3DESCRIPCIÓNDELEQUIPO
LosbañosRONERCOMPACTestán diseñadospararegularlatem-
peraturadelagua desde ambiente +5ºC hasta +85ºC.
Estosbañosdisponendeunabombade circulaciónquepermiten
regularlatemperaturaconprecisiónyestabilidad; grifo de desagüe
parafacilitarsuvaciado; sensordetemperaturaynivel;circuitode
controlde temperaturacon displaydigital.
Aplicacionesa nivelculinario:
-Coccionesdeproductospreviamenteenvasadosalvacío(carnes,
pescados,aves,verduras,terrinas,patés,mermeladas,conservas,
aceitesaromáticos,etc...)atemperaturacontrolada con máximapre-
cisión yportiempodeterminado.
-Serealizancoccionesdirectase indirectas.
-Pasteurización(85ºC)de elaboracionescocinadascontécnicas
tradicionales.
-Regeneracióntérmicadeelaboracionesacabadasyenvasadasal
vacío.
-Idealcomobaño maríaparacalentarconcontrolabsolutoelabo-
racioneslistasoque no puedan excederdeciertatemperatura, por
ejemplo, la mayonesacaliente de sifón.

(9)o (10)parapre jareltiempodeesperaen horas.
-Pulsarlatecla(11). Seiluminaranlosindicadores(5)y(6)durante
eltiempodeespera.Cuando elbañosepongaenmarchaseapa-
garáelindicador(6),mientrasque elindicador(5)permanecerá
encendido.
-El bañosepuede pararmanualmenteaccionando de nuevolatecla
(11).
9MANTENIMIENTOYLIMPIEZA
Antesde retirarla tapa del equipo, desconectarlodelaredeléc-
trica.
Loselementosderegulaciónycalefacción sólodebensermani-
puladosporpersonal demantenimiento cuali cado.
LIMPIEZA:
Unavezalmesesrecomendablehacerunalimpiezapreventivade
residuoscalcáreosde la cubetayelsistema internodecalefacción y
bombeo. Paraelloseguirlassiguientesinstrucciones:
1. Vaciarelbaño.
2. Llenarlo conuna solución devinagre al10%.
3. Hacerfuncionarelbaño durante unos30minutosamáxima
temperatura.
4. Vaciarelbaño.
5. Pasarun pañoparasecar.
Paralalimpiezadelasdiferentespiezasdelosaparatos,recomen-
damoslossiguientesproductos:
Limpiezadelaceroinoxidable: Alcohol.

1. Fillthe vesselwithwateratleasttillthe waterlevelreachesthe
levelsensor(15).
2. Switchon the main switch(1).The display(4)willlightup.
4. Pressthe key(11). The system(waterpumpand heating)starts
up.Payattentiontothehole(16)becausethewaterhasto flow
fromit. If not, stop the bath with the key(11), wait forbetween 30
and60secondsand repeatthe operationuntilthewateroutfall
formthehole.
CAUTION!DONOT STARTUPUNLESS
KEEPINGINMINDTHEFOLLOWING:

Itis recommendedthatthewaterlevelisnottoo
low inordertoavoidthatairmight enterbythe
pipe waste.
Itisalsorecommendedto checkthatthedrainage
valve20 is properlyclosed.
8SETTINGUPTEMPERATURES AND TIMES
Thebath can work in2 ways:
8.1. USUALMODE:
-Turn onthemainswitch (1).Thedisplay(4)willlight up.
-Press thekey(7)and simultaneouslythe keys(9)or(10)to set
thedesiredtemperature.Duringthisoperation, theled(2)remains
lighting.
-Press thekey(11)to startthe bath.The led(5)willlight up.
-Tostop, pressthe key(11).Theled (5)willswitchoff.

-When theset time haselapsed,thebathstopsautomaticallyand
theindicator(5)switchesoff.
-Thebath canbestopped manuallybypressingthekey(11)again.
8.2.2 SetTime Start Up
-Turnonthemainswitch (1).Thedisplay(4)willlight up.
-Press thekey(7)and simultaneouslythe keys(9)or(10)to set
thedesired temperature. Duringthis operation the led(2)remains
lighting.
-Press the key(8)onceortwiceuntilthe led (6)willlight and keep
itpressed. Simultaneouslypressthekeys(9)or(10)tosetthe
standbytime inhours.
-Press the key(11).The leds(5)and(6)willremainlighting during
thestandbytime.Whenthe bath willstartup,the led (6)willswitch
