Take a rest if you feel fatigue and/or pain. Stop exercise and contact a physcian immediately if

The iChoice A10 is the newest generation of pedometers that allows the user to track personal
activities, interact with an online interface, log physical activity and personalized diet.

Do not disassemble or modify the unit in any way without authorization. Doing so may result in
permanent damage to the unit.
Do not submerge the unit in liquid. Doing so will result in damage to the unit.

My iChoice is a simple, easy to use web interface that syncs up with your iChoice A10.
You can log your activities, eating habits, weight-
loss goals, blood pressure and more.
My iChoice will allow you to keep an eye on how
you are doing in terms of your physical activities,
calories burned and food intake – without having

What is My iChoice?
Getting Started
1. Remove your iChoice A10 from its packaging. Make sure all components are present.

account. If you are already an iChoice member
and want to sync your device with your existing
account, follow screen instructions and log in.
If you forget your email address and/or password,
follow the directions on screen to retrieve it.

iChoice Exchange will automatically run and sync your iChoice Walk data
with ichoicelife.com when it is pluged into your computer.

iChoice Exchange is a free application that allows you to instantly upload your iChoice A10’s tracking data
to your own personal ichoicelife.com account. Before using your iChoice A10 you should download and
install the iChoice Exchange on your computer.
To download the iChoice Exchange:
1. Navigate to www.ichoicelife.com/help/download
2. Click the download button to start the installation of the iChoice Exchange software

Using your iChoice A10
Understanding the Display
How to Wear
You can place your iChoice A10 in a pocker, or clip anywhere on your clothing. We recommend attaching
the iChoice A10 close to your torso.
You can switch between displays by pressing the main button located on the top of the unit.
Your iChoice A10 provides a functional stopwatch.
Long press the main button for 2 seconds to enter stopwatch mode, and then
short press to start and stop. After stop it, long press to exist.
You can customize to choose which above parameters will display and the order in which they load through
"Device Settings" on user center of My iChoice.

By default, your iChoice A10's screen will switch off automatically after 5 seconds if there has been no touch-tone
operation. Press the main button to wake up your iChoice A10. The present display interface will remain and new
tracking data will appear. Your iChoice A10 will continue to track data while in the screen timeout mode.
After tracking activities with your iChoice A10, you can upload recent date to your personal account.
• Plug your iChoice A10 into any available USB
• Double click the iChoice Exchange icon - main interface screen will appear
Use this option when you want to upload the most recent data from your iChoice A10 to your account or transfer
your new personal information, body information or device settings to your iChoice A10.

If your iChoice A10's firmware and / or iChoice Exchange are/ is not the latest version, a window will appear
automatically when the iChoice Exchange starts running to prompt for an update.
If you want to update your iChoice A10 manually, plug your unit and click Check for Update
Your iChoice A10 will start checking for updates. If an update is present, your will be prompted to update.
Click Update. Follow on screen instructions to complete installation.

Wipe your iChoice A10’s surface with a soft dry cloth.

Your iChoice A10 will track and store data for 7 days of detailed.
When the storage space of your iChoice A10 is near full, the prompt “FULL”will be displayed on the
screen.
The unit will overridden old data, therefore we recommended syncing your unit when the display shows “FULL”.
To ensure no data is lost, we recommend syncing your unit regularly and at least one time every 7 days.
