Temp Chek™ Plus
Unboxing and Assembly
Instructions
Step 1 - Remove all contents from original packaging and retrieve the
Stand Base and both Short and Long Poles.
Step 2 - Remove the Screw from the bottom of the Long Pole and place
through the Base. Attach the Long Pole to the Base by tightening the screw
using the Allen wrench.
Step 3 - Attach the Short Pole to the Long Pole by twisting the end of the
Short pole with a bolt into the top of the Long Pole. Make sure all holes on
the both Pole faces front to back. Adjust height by twisting the upper
portion of the Long Pole.
Step 4 - Retrieve and place the metal mount with tray on the Short Pole
making sure the center hole is matched up to the lowest hole on the Short
Pole. Use 2 Long Screws to tighten and secure the Metal Tray to the Short
Pole.
Step 5 - Retrieve the Snap Sign and place above the Metal Tray use 2
Long Screws to tighten at the top and bottom of the frame.
*(Pictured is the frame without the sign inserted into the frame. However the sign itself
can be inserted either before or after attached to the stand.)
Step 6 - Unpackage the Temp Chek™ Plus Unit and hook it onto the Short
Screws. Use the Wing Nuts on the back to tighten.
Step 7 - Remove cap from from the top of the unit and fill with the sample
hand sanitizer that is included and place cap back on. Note - this will need
regular refilling depending on use.
Step 8 - Install the provided sign in the snap frame if not attached already.
Step 9 - Use Strap on the back of the Metal Frame to secure the cables to
the pole. Use extras provided in the bag if needed for cable management.
Step 10 - Press the Power Button and then the other button to put in
Fahrenheit mode.
Step 11 - Test the Temp Chek™ Plus unit by putting your hand under from
the front. It will take a couple tries for the hand sanitizer to be sufficiently
primed. It is also advised that the unit be on in the environment it will be
used in for 30 minutes to be calibrated before constant use.
