NURODYMAI / NOTES / УКАЗАНИЯ
Pakeliamų garažo vartų montavimą, techninę priežiūrą, remontą bei išmontavimą privalo atlikti
kvalikuotas specialistas.
Montuotojui:
- Montavimo darbus atlikite montavimo instrukcijoje nurodyta tvarka;
- Atliekant montavimo darbus, atkreipkite dėmesį į galimas grėsmes, apibrėžtas standartuose EN 12604
bei EN 12453.
Vartotojui:
- Pasirūpinkite tinkamu pastato džiovinimu arba vėdinimu, priešingu atveju atsiranda korozijos pavojus;
- Prieš pradedant tinkavimo, dažymo darbus, pasirūpinkite tinkama vartų apsauga, kadangi cementas,
gipsas ir kitos statybinės medžiagos gali sugadinti vartų paviršių;
- Apsaugokite vartus nuo agresyvių ir ėsdinančių medžiagų, nes tai kelia korozijos pavojų;
- Apsauginę plėvelę nuo vartų būtina nuplėšti per 30 dienų po vartų sumontavimo (šis nurodymas
negalioja dažytiems vartams).

The tting, repair, maintenance and dismantling of sectional garage door should be carried out by
specialists.
For installer:
- By tting of door carefully care out the following instruction;
- When the door is tted, attention must be paid to potential hazards as dened in standarts EN 12604
and EN 12453.
For user:
- Ensure that the building is kept suciently dry and well ventilated to exclude the risk of corrosion; -
Before undertaking any plastering or painting near the door, it is essential to adequately protect it, as
splashes of cement, plaster or paint could damage the surface;
- Protect the door from caustic, aggressive substances- failure to do so, could lead to corrosion;
- The protective lm must be removed within the period of 30 days at the latest after door installation
(this prescription does‘nt obtain for painted doors).

Монтаж, техобслуживание, ремонт и демонтаж подъемных гаражных ворот должен выполнять
квалифицированный специалист.
Для монтажника:
- Монтаж проводите согласно инструкции по монтажу;
Учитывайте при монтаже ворот возможную опасность, указанную в стандартах EN 12604 и EN 12453.
Для пользователя:
- Следите за тем, чтобы здание было достаточно сухим и обеспечивалась необходимая вентиляция
для исключения возможной коррозии;
- До начала штукатурных и малярных работ, необходимо защитить ворота, так как цемент, гипс и
другой строительный материал могут вызвать повреждения поверхности ворот;
- Для исключения возникновения коррозии, защитите ворота от агрессивных и едких веществ;
- Защитную плёнку необходимо сорвать с ворот через 30 дней после монтажа ворот (это указание
не применяется к крашеным воротам).

- Prieš pradedant montavimo/demontavimo darbus, aptverti pavojingas zonas, kur gali patekti pašaliniai
asmenys. Darbo zoną paženklinti įspėjamuoju ženklu “Pašaliniams vaikščioti draudžiama”;
- Vykdant montavimo/demontavimo darbus aukštyje naudoti apsauginį šalmą;
- Visus darbus aukštyje atlikite naudodamiesi paaukštinimo priemonėmis (statybiniai
stelažai su aptvarais saugančiais nuo kritimo), kurios turi būti patikrin tos ir išbandytos,
atitinkančios ES reikalavimus ir sertikuotos;
- Dirbant ant perstumiamų pastolių būtina ksuoti ratukus apsaugančius nuo savaiminio
pasislinkimo;
- Mažuosiuose pastoliuose ir perstumiamose darbo platformose turi būti trijų dalių šoninė
apsauga, kai paklotas yra 2,0 m ir daugiau aukštyje (1).
- Mažuosius pastolius ir perstumiamas darbo platformas perstumti tik palengva ir lygiu,
tvirtu ir be kliūčių pagrindu.
- Ratukai turi būti patikimai pritvirtinti ir po pastūmimo įtvirtinti stabdžio svirtele (2). -
Vengti bet kokių smūgių.
- Perstumti tik išilgine kryptimi arba įstrižai.
- Prieš perstumiant pastolius nepritvirtintas dalis apsaugoti nuo kritimo.
- Ant pakloto nešokinėti.
- Tarp perstumiamų darbo platformų ir pastato neleidžiama įrengti tiltelio.
- Kėlimo mechanizmus įrengti ant platformų draudžiama.
- Kopėčias atremti tik saugiuose atramos taškuose. Palikti mažiausiai 1 m iškilusį kopėčių
ilginį virš plokštumos, į kurią bus lipama
- Atremiamąsias kopėčias apsaugoti nuo paslydimo, nuvirtimo, nušliaužimo ir įgrimzdimo,
pvz., padidinant atstumą tarp apatinių atramų , pritaikant kopėčių kojas pagrindui, ant
kurio statomos, užkabinimo įtaisais, pritvirtinant kopėčių viršų.
- Judėjimo zonoje kopėčias apsaugoti atitvėrimais.
- Kopėčių kojos turi turėti apsaugas nuo slydimo. Grindys (pagrindas) lygus ir neslidus;
- Atremiamąsias kopėčias pastatyti saugiai, išlaikant teisingą pastatymo kampą.
Jis turi būti:
- atremiamųjų kopėčių su skersiniais 65 – 750,
- atremiamųjų kopėčių su pakopomis 60 – 700.
- Akių apsaugai vykdant gręžimo darbus
būtina naudoti apsauginius akinius ar veido
apsaugos skydelį;
- Kvėpavimo takų apsaugai būtina naudoti
respiratorių;
- Įrankius darbui naudoti vadovaujantis
gamintojo instrukcija;
- Darbo metu naudotis asmeninėmis
apsaugos priemonėmis;
- Klausos apsaugai, kai darbo priemonė
skleidžia didesnį nei 85 dBa, naudoti ausines;
- Darbo vieta turi būti tvarkinga, išvalyta
nuo statybinių atliekų ir kt. pavojų keliančių
daiktų;

SAFETY REQUIREMENT’S
EN - IMPORTANT!
- Before the installation/ dismantling works are started, fence the dangerous zones and zones, where the
outsiders may get to. Mark the working zone by the warn-ing sign“Forbidden access to outsiders”;
- Wear the protective helmet while executing installation/ dismantling works at height;
Use the scaold means while working at height (constructional shelving with enclosures
protecting from falling). These means have to be inspected and tested; they have to satisfy
the EU requirements, and be certied;
- While working on the shifting scaolds, it is necessary to xate the wheels protecting from
spontaneous shift;
- The side protection of three parts has to be used in the small scaolds and shifted work
platforms, when the mat is at 2,0 m and bigger height (1).
- Push the small scaolds and shifted work platforms very slowly on the smooth, rm
surface free of obstacles.
- The wheels have to be reliably fastened and anchored by the brake lever (2).
- Avoid any impacts.
- Push only in the longitudinal or diagonal direction.
- Before shifting the scaolds, protect the unprotected parts from falling.
- Do not jump on the mat.
- The bridge cannot be installed between the shifted work platforms and the building.
- It is forbidden to install the lifting mechanisms on the platforms.
- Lean the ladder only on safe points of support. Leave the ladder’s bearer at least 1 m
above the plane, to which people are going to climb.
- Protect the leaning ladder from slip, falling down, glissade and sinking, e.g. increase the
distance between the lower supports, adjust the ladder’s legs to the surface, on which they
are erected, use the hitching devices to fasten the top of the ladder.
- Protect the ladder by enclosures in the movement zone.
- The ladder’s legs must have protection against slip. The oors (surface) have to be smooth
and not slippery;
- Erect the leaning ladder safely keeping the correct angle of erection. It has to be:
- 65 – 75° when the leaning ladder has spokes,
- 60-70° when the leaning ladder has stairs.
- The goggles or face protection have to be
used to protect eyes during drilling works;
- The respirator has to be used to protect
airways;
- Use the work tools according to the
manufacturer’s instructions;
Use personal protection equipment while
working;
- Use ear-tabs to protect hearing when the
work tool emits more than 85 dBa;
- Keep the work place tidy, clean from
constructional waste and other items, which
may cause hazard.
