Lighterliquidsprovidelesspressurepermm‐to
calculatethecorrectscaleforyourtransmitter,
multiplytheHdimensionbythespecificgravityof
yourliquid.Forexample,tocalculatetherangeon
atransmitterusedona1mtankofdiesel,you
wouldmultiplytheheight(1000mm)bytheSG
(0.7)togetaneffectiverangeof0‐700mmWG.

Installation
Yourtransmittermustconnectedtoatappingpointthatisascloseaspossibletothebottomofyourtank,as
thetransmittercanonlyreadthevolumeofliquidaboveit.
Youcanconnectitdirectlytothetappingpoint,orconnectitviapipework.However,thepipeworkmustalso
leaddownwardsandmustnotcontainanyloops.
PLEASENOTE:The‘H1’dimension(thedistancefromthetappingpointtothetransmitter)maynotexceedthe
‘H’dimension(theheightofthetank).
