INTRODUCTION:
The SP500 model dough sheeter which is our latest high-tech product adopts Special motor driver and
Bidirectional compression .And the machine that Equipped with protective mask both has Smoothing workable
and reliable safety. Also it has some advantages of innovative designing, durable style, reliable performance,
automation and so on.
This machine is especially suitable for Suppressing bread in West Cake Shop, hotels, restaurants, canteens
units etc. Inner parts where the food contacts are manufactured using stainless steel or special surface treatment,
in line with national health standards.

Notion
：
Any power line without plug should be lined on the extending disconnected device, which is operated by
the user who installs at least 3 mm Distance on the fixer. And this kind of device’s current should be larger than
or equal to 35A.
Warning: The machine shouldn’t be washed by water directly.
Usage requirement:
1. The machine should be placed on the dry ground lever, in order to make it smoothly.
2. Before using, first of all, we should Inspect the voltage to make sure whether it’s suitable for the normal
using voltage or not. Second, we also should make sure whether the external wires both solid and reliable.
3. Do don’t press too thin per time to prevent from insufficient Electrical power.

4. Put aside security shield first, and then you can make the machine start.
Maintenance:
1. After using each time, you should make it seriously clean to avoid the growth of bacteria and ensure food
hygiene.
2. The replacement of the gear box’s Grease is about one time per 6 months.
3. The tightness of the chain should be checked about one time per month.
4. View the installation of the circuit, about one time per 6 months.
Common faults and exclusion methods:
1. A machine could not be activated: Inspect the installation of machine’s circuit whether there is a mistake, or
whether security shield is fixed well or not.
2. Protective enclosures failure: Open Cover to check whether the line is wrong.
3. Overheating: (1) long working hours; (2)insufficient voltage ; (3) check power supply voltage;
(4)load excessive ; (5) adverse mechanical movement。
4. Low efficiency: (1)View Motor whether is good(2) chain relaxed or damaged: first way to remove of the back
cover and then loose electrical bolts, in order to make the chain retense .second way to replace the chains
by new one .
