Auswechseln des Kupplungsystems / Exchange of the clutch system
Kupplungssystem Version 2 / Clutch System - Version 2
Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Anleitung zum austauschen der Kupplung nur bei Messgeräten der IML-
RESI F-Serie angewendet werden kann, die schon auf das neue Kupplungssystem umgebaut bzw.
nachgerüstet worden sind.
Please note that you can only use this manual (exchange of clutch system) if your instrument has recently
been updated to this new system. Every user that had send his/her unit for service/repair/calibration before
December 1, 2009 needs to refer back to the Version 1 manual!
Ein Verschleiß der Überlastkupplung liegt vor, wenn der Schlitten mit dem Schreiber nicht aus der hinteren
Position fährt und/ oder wenn der Schreiber beim Bohrvorgang nicht gleichmäßig nach vorne fährt!
The overload clutch is worn out, if:
- the slide with the recording needle does not move away from the rear position!
- the recording needle does not move forward at uniform (constant) speed!
Nach dem Entfernen der Kupplungsabdeckung sind die unterschiedlichen Systeme wie folgt erkennbar:

- Hakenschlüssel / Hook spanner Required spare parts (Tool Kit):
-Schraubendreher / Screw driver
-Demontage-Magnet / Disassembly magnet -2x Kupplungsscheiben / 2x clutch discs
-1x Kupplungsbuchse /1x clutch bushing
- 1x Kupplungsmutter / 1x clutch nut
- 2x NordLock-Scheiben* / 2x NordLock-discs*
-3x Planscheiben 0,5 / 3x Faceplates 0,5
*NordLock-Scheiben können mehrmals verwendet
werden!
*NordLock-discs can be used more than once!
Anleitung / Instructions
Das neue Kupplungssystem Version 2 wird wie folgt ausgetauscht:
The new clutch system can be exchanged as follows:
-Antriebsakku aus Sicherheitsgründen entfernen!
Remove battery from Bosch drill!
-Kupplungsabdeckungen entfernen!
Remove clutch cover!
-Hakenschlüssel ansetzen und mit dem Schrauben-
dreher die Kupplung im Uhrzeigersinn aufdrehen.

- Kupplungsmutter entfernen!
Remove clutch nut!
-NordLock-Scheiben und die Kupplungsbuchse mit Hilfe
dem Demontage-Magnet entfernen!
Remove the Nordlock discs and clutch bushing with
the aid of the disassembly magnet!
Hinweis:
Darauf achten, dass auch die Planscheiben entfernt sind
Note:
Please make sure that you also remove the face
plates!

Einsetzen des neuen Kupplungssystems / Insertion of the new clutch system
- Einsetzen des neuen Kupplungssystems
Insertion of the new clutch system
- Kabelbinder entfernen
und das System der Reihen-
folge nach bis zum Anschlag
einsetzen.
Remove cable binder and
insert the system in order
as far as it will go.
Hinweis: Darauf achten, dass die Kupplungsbuchse
bis zum Anschlag nach unten gedrückt wird.
Note:Please make sure that you push down the
clutch bushing as far as it will go.
- Einsetzen der 2 NordLock-Scheiben*und aufsetzen
der Kupplungsmutter
Insert the 2 NordLock discs and attach the
clutch nut
Mit Hilfe des Hakenschlüssels und dem Schrauben-
dreher die Kupplungsmutter gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
bis zum Anschlag zudrehen!
Tighten the clutch nut counter clockwise with the aid of
the hook spanner and the screw driver as far as it will
go!
