Caster/Base Pan Assembly
1. Place Base Pan upside down on bench.
2. Position 2 Swivel and 2 Fixed Casters on
Base Pan – match hole patterns of casters
to holes of Base Pan. (image A)
3. Insert 3/8''-16 x 1'' Hex Head Bolt through Base Pan, use
3/8'' Flat Washer, 3/8'' Locking Washer and 3/8''-16 Hex
Nut to secure bolt. (see drawing 1, image B & image C)

4. Flip base onto casters
5. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN ANY BOLTS UNTIL ALL ASSEMBLY
IS COMPLETE – the “looser” bolts will allow easier assembly
of subsequent shelves.
6. Find Holes in lip of Base – 2 holes on lip on one half
of the base – attach right and left Front Support w/Hangers
to the middle holes of the Base. Position Hanger Posts
so they point away from rear holes (image D).
Attach using ¼''-20 x 5/8'' Hex Head Bolt, ¼'' Flat Washer,
¼'' Locking Washer, & ¼''-20 Hex Nut (see drawing 2 & image E).

7. Attach Rear Support to Base Pan using ¼''-20 x 5/8''
Hex Head Bolt, ¼'' Flat Washer, ¼'' Locking
Washer, & ¼''-20 Hex Nut (see images F & G).
8. Select required height for lowest Shelf. With assistance,
position Shelf with lip pointing upward and attach using
¼''-20 x 5/8'' Hex Head Bolt, ¼'' Flat Washer, ¼'' Locking
Washer, & ¼''-20 Hex Nut (images H, I, and J).

9. Select required height for second Shelf –
repeat step 8 to assemble (image K)
10. Position Top Frame Assembly at top of frame using
¼''-20 x 3/4 '' Hex Head Bolt, ¼'' Flat Washer, ¼'' Locking
Washer, & ¼''-20 Hex Nut (images L & M).

11. Tighten up all nut/bolt combinations
to finish assembly (images N &O)
