Important Instructions
Do's
1. Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the functions of the hand blender before operation.
2. Before connecting the appliance check the mains voltage comply with
the voltage specified.
3. The blades are very sharp, so be careful while operating the blender.
4. Repairs or the replacement of the main cord must only be done by authorized service
personnel.
5. Keep the appliance away from the reach of the children.
6. Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning or storing.
7. The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities only.
Don'ts
1. Do not run the blender continuously for more than one minute. Allow the motor to cool
down sufficiently before starting the next cycle.
2. Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee seeds and grains.
3. Do not overload the motor. The quantity of material for blending or chopping operation
should not be more than the specified quantity.
4. Do not operate the hand blender unless the attachments are properly clamped with the
motor housing part.
5. Do not allow the cord to hang over the edges of the table, or touch hot surface.
6. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
7. Do not attempt to repair the hand blender at home or allow any unauthorized person to do it
either.
8. Do not let any persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge use this appliance, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
9. Do not let any children in any case play with the appliance.
Before First Use
1. After unpacking the unit and before any use, make sure the mechanical parts of the unit
and all its attachments are not damaged.
2. Carefully go through the instruction manual before starting the operation.

How to Use Hand Blender (Fig. 1)
The blender is perfectly suited for preparing Sauces, Purees, Soups, Mayonnaise, Baby
Foods, Milk Shakes, mixing Drinks etc.
1. Attach the stem (5) to the motor housing (3) [matching arrow marks on stem with release
buttons (4)] by pressing it, until you hear a click sound.
2. Pour the ingredients into the multipurpose jar (8) and blend by pressing switch (2) [You can
operate the blender in the jar or directly in the saucepan while cooking]
3. Detach the stem (5) by pressing release buttons (4)
Accessories:
Chopping accessory (Fig. 2)
The chopper accessory is perfectly suited for chopping meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic,
carrots, walnuts, almonds, chillies, crushing ice etc.
1. Pre-cut meat, cheese, garlic, onions, garlic, carrots, chillies etc.
2. Remove stalk from herbs, leafy vegetables.
3. Remove bones, tendons from the meat.
4. Place the food to be chopped in the multipurpose jar (8) with chopping blade (9) inside and
fit the jar lid (7) firmly.
5. Fit the motor housing (3) into the gear box (6) until you hear a click sound.
6. Attach the unit to the jar lid (7) and switch the appliance ON
7. Press push button switch (2) to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the motor part
(3) with one hand and the multipurpose jar (8) with the other.
8. Stop the appliance when food reaches the desired texture.
9. After use, first remove the motor housing part, then open the jar lid (7) Press the accessory
release button (4) to free jar gear box (6).
10.Carefully take out the chopping blade (9). Remove the processed food from the
multipurpose jar (8).
Whisking Accessory (Fig. 3)
This accessory is used to whip cream, beat egg whites etc.
1. Insert the whisking accessory (11) into jar gear box (6). Join this unit to the motor unit (3) by
pressing, until you hear click sound.
2. Put the food into a large bowl and switch the appliance ON by pressing switch (2)
3. Remove the whisking accessory (11) and press the accessory release buttons (4) to free gear
box (6) by pulling ring on the whisking accessory.
Do not switch the appliance ON if the whole unit is not properly fitted and connected together.
For better results, turn the whisking accessory clockwise.

Fruit Juice Sieve (Fig. 4)
This accessory is used for making juices of soft fruits.
1. Attach the stem (5) to the motor housing (3) [matching the arrow markes on stem with
release buttons (4)] by pressing, until you hear a click sound.
2. Place the sieve (10) in the multipurpose jar (8) and add the fruits to be processed.
3. Switch the appliance ON by pressing the switch (2). Press the fruits to be processed. The
juice will go into the jar, but the pips, skin and thick pulp will remain in the sieve container.
4. Take out the sieve (10) with fruit pips, skin & pulp & clean it.
Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Unplug the blender from the supply switch.
2. Unlock the motor housing and clean it with soft, damp cloth.
3. After processing salty food, you should rinse the blade stem right away.
4. When processing food like carrots, green leafy vegetables, meat etc. the plastic part of the
hand blender may become discoloured. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing
them in the dishwasher.
5. Never submerge the motor unit in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
6. During the cleaning process, take special care with the blades, as these are very sharp.
7. In case of any defect, contact authorized service centre or company's service personnel.
