Leggere attentamente tutto il presente manuale prima di procedere con la messa in servizio.
Per la messa in servizio, è importante attenersi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni riportate nel presente manuale.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità, in caso di danni a cose e persone provocati da messe in servizio o variazioni non conformi
dell’impianto.
Utilizzare “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600”esclusivamente per l’uso previsto dal produttore e non eseguire modiche arbitrarie o
trasformazioni dell’apparecchio.
Su impianti modicati o trasformati, INDEL B non riconoscerà garanzia o danni.
L’impianto non è progettato per l’utilizzo in ambienti potenzialmente esplosivi.
L’impianto non è progettato per l’utilizzo in ambiente salino.
Le indicazioni che si riferiscono alla DESTRA ed alla SINISTRA, sono relative al conducente del mezzo rivolto in direzione del senso di marcia.

I COLLEGAMENTI ALLA BATTERIA DEL VEICOLO E AD OGNI ALTRA FONTE ENERGETICA.
Se i cavi elettrici devono passare attraverso pareti con spigoli vivi, utilizzare tubi di protezione o canaline speciche.
Fissare fermamente i cavi elettrici prestando particolare attenzione al loro percorso lungo pareti metalliche che conducono elettricità; evitare
inoltre il contatto con parti taglienti.
Collegare “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” all’alimentazione proteggendo il sistema mediante un fusibile.
Non inserire le mani nelle aperture di aerazione e non introdurre nessun oggetto esterno nell’impianto.
Smaltire i materiali degli imballi come richiesto dalla normativa vigente, separandoli se è disponibile la raccolta differenziata.

USO
Il presente manuale contiene le indicazioni per l'uso e la manutenzione del prodotto, deve essere quindi conservato dall'utilizzatore.
DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Il condizionatore d’aria SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600, consente di raggiungere il massimo comfort termico nel vano cuccetta delle cabine guida
dei veicoli industriali durante le soste diurne e notturne.
E’ composto da 2 unità principali: l’EVAPORATORE installato all’interno della cabina ed il CONDENSATORE installato all’esterno.
FUNZIONA A MOTORE SPENTO, in modo estremamente silenzioso. Si installa rapidamente senza necessità di modiche su qualunque tipo di veicolo.
Utilizza refrigerante R134a (fluido refrigerante ecologico).

“SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” è un condizionatore a tutti gli effetti quindi il compagno ideale di ogni viaggio ma soprattutto di ogni
sosta; viste le sue caratteristiche renderà più soddisfacente e rigenerante la pausa diurna o notturna rendendo più sicura la ripresa del viaggio.
“SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” è utilizzabile sia in sosta (che è il suo impiego ideale) ma anche in movimento, per dare un ulteriore
contributo al lavoro del condizionatore di primo impianto.
“SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” è fornito precaricato di refrigerante R134a, quindi amico dell’ambiente.

5.0 - FUNZIONAMENTO
Il funzionamento di “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” può essere gestito direttamente dal pannello comandi o in remoto attraverso il
telecomando.
Il telecomando gestisce le funzioni principali ma la modica delle impostazioni standard si può effettuare solo attraverso il pannello di controllo.
ATTENZIONE: la modifica delle impostazioni standard deve essere affidata a personale qualificato e preparato in materia. Qualunque
modifica effettuata con il libero arbitrio potrebbe far insorgere problemi a “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” e/o al veicolo.
5.1 - FUNZIONI PRINCIPALI
ON – OFF - Una pressione veloce sul tasto accende / spegne “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600”.
Ad impianto acceso sul display compare sempre l’ultima temperatura impostata.
MODE
- Ad ogni pressione sul tasto si passa da una modalità ad un’altra fra MIN, AUTO e MAX. Si illumina l’icona relativa.
MIN
Corrisponde alla minima potenza di “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” (minima resa e minima velocità
del compressore - il timer è impostato su 6 ore di funzionamento, al termine delle quali “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ
AIRCON 1600” si spegne automaticamente). (Il timer è modicabile con il parametro P0 - vedi modica impostazioni).
AUTO
La gestione è automatica (la resa e la velocità del compressore sono gestite in modo automatico in base alla
temperatura richiesta dall’utente e alla temperatura rilevata - il timer è impostato su 4 ore di funzionamento, al
termine delle quali “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” si spegne automaticamente). (Il timer è modicabile
con il parametro P1 - vedi modica impostazioni).
MAX Corrisponde alla massima potenza di “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” (massima resa e massima velocità del
compressore e del ventilatore), dopo 20 minuti “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” passa in modalità "AUTO".
- Ad impianto spento, se si preme il tasto MODE, si attiva la modalità di ACCENSIONE RITARDATA e si illumina l’icona relativa
: “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” si accenderà automaticamente dopo un certo numero di ore, visualizzato sul
display; il numero di ore si può impostare da 1a 99 attraverso i tasti TEMPERATURA (+ / -).
VENTILAZIONE - Ad ogni pressione (+ / -) corrisponde l’incremento o il decremento di una velocità di ventilazione: si può scegliere fra 6 livelli di
ventilazione differenti. Sul display compare il livello selezionato.
- Ad impianto spento, se si preme il tasto (+ / -) si avvia la sola ventilazione.
TEMPERATURA - Ad ogni pressione (+ / -) corrisponde l’incremento o il decremento di un grado di temperatura: da un minimo di 17 ad un massimo
di 32. Sul display compare la temperatura selezionata.
5.2 - MODIFICA IMPOSTAZIONI
ATTENZIONE: prima di effettuare qualsiasi modifica delle impostazioni leggere attentamente le note sottostanti.
ATTENZIONE: la modifica delle impostazioni standard deve essere affidata a personale qualificato e preparato in materia. Qualunque
modifica effettuata con il libero arbitrio potrebbe far insorgere problemi a “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” e/o al veicolo.
Per accedere al menù di modica si devono premere contemporaneamente i tasti (+ / -) e (+) ad impianto spento.
Per scorrere i vari menù utilizzare i tasti (+ / -); per scegliere i valori desiderati utilizzare i tasti (+ / -).
I valori saranno salvati dopo pochi istanti senza toccare nulla.
Se non si preme alcun tasto si esce automaticamente dal menù.

I menù modificabili sono i seguenti:
P0 - Timer (modalità MIN) Nella modalità MIN il sistema è impostato di default su 6 ore di funzionamento. Il valore di default
può essere modicato in questo menù. Il range di scelta è da 1a 99 ore.
P1 - Timer (modalità AUTO) Nella modalità AUTO il sistema è impostato di default su 4 ore di funzionamento. Il valore di default
può essere modicato in questo menù. Il range di scelta è da 1a 99 ore.
P2 - Timer (modalità MAX) Nella modalità MAX il sistema funziona al massimo della potenza per i minuti impostati. Il range
di scelta è da 1a 99 minuti. Il sistema passerà poi in modalità AUTO.
A3 - Gradi Celsius e Fahrenheit Il sistema è impostato di default su gradi Celsius. In questo menù è possibile modicare il
parametro in gradi Fahrenheit.
A4 - Offset Si riferisce alla differenza di temperatura letta dalla sonda e la temperatura impostata sul display.
In questo menù si può modicare questo valore da -9°C a +9°C con step di 1°C.
A5 - Valore salva-batteria É impostato di default a 21.5 Vdc (Cut-out) e 24 Vdc (Cut-in). In questo menù è possibile variare
tali valori in base alla tabella sottostante. I valori in grassetto sono quelli di default.

5.3 - ERRORI
Nel caso in cui si verichi un problema, l’impianto si ferma e sul display viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore evidenziato nella tabella sottostante.

(È intervenuto il dispositivo salva-batteria. La tensione è scesa
al di sotto del valore impostato.)
Avviare il veicolo per caricare la batteria.

Sovraccarico di corrente dalla ventola evaporatore
(La ventola dell'evaporatore sovraccarica la centralina oltre
il limite consentito. Causa possibile: corto circuito o un
impedimento alla rotazione della ventola.)
Portare in un centro di assistenza autorizzato.
E3
Compressore bloccato
(Il rotore risulta bloccato o la pressione all'interno del circuito
frigorigeno è troppo elevata.) L'eventuale comparsa sul display del segnale E3 – E4 – E5 non
è sintomo di guasto ma è una normale procedura di gestione
del compressore da parte della centralina elettronica. Solo nel
caso di permanenza prolungata del segnale contattare il centro
di assistenza autorizzato.

Temperatura elevata sulla centralina di controllo
(Se il circuito frigorigeno è sovraccaricato o se la temperatura
ambiente è elevata, la centralina di controllo evidenzia questa
situazione.)

(L'impianto potrebbe aver perso il gas.)
Portare in un centro di assistenza autorizzato.

Sonda di temperatura
(Se la sonda è in corto circuito o non è connessa, l'impianto
si ferma.)

Tilt
Èintervenuto il sensore di disattivazione impianto in caso di
ribaltamento.

Sovraccarico di corrente dalla ventola condensatore
(La ventola del condensatore sovraccarica la centralina
oltre il limite consentito. Causa possibile: corto circuito o un
impedimento alla rotazione della ventola.)
E0 Compressore disconnesso
Si è scollegato un cavo di alimentazione del compressore.

1.0 - GENERAL INFORMATION AND WARNINGS
Carefully read this manual before operating the device.
Prior to initiating operation it is important to carefully follow the instructions contained in this manual.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility in case of damage or injury to objects or people caused by operation or variations which
are not compliant with the device.
Use “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600”exclusively for the use intended by the manufacturer and do not perform modications or
changes to the device.
INDEL-B will not acknowledge warranty on devices which have been changed or modied.
The device is not designed to operate in potentially explosive environments.
The device is not designed to operate in saline environments.
Indications referring to RIGHT and LEFT, are relative to the vehicle’s driver looking towards the direction of motions.
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY INSTALLATION OR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS ON “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” , DISCONNECT
ALL CONNECTIONS TO THE VEHICLE’S BATTERY AND TO ALL OTHER POWER SOURCES.
If the electrical cables have to go through bulkheads with sharp corners, use protective sheaths or piping.
Firmly secure the electrical cables paying close attention to their path along metal bulkheads able to conduct electricity; furthermore, avoid
contact with sharp edges.
Connect “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” to the vehicle’s power supply protecting the system by using a fuse.
Do not insert hands in the ventilation vents and do not place any foreign object into the device.
Dispose of packaging material as required by standing regulations, separating them for recycling.
Replacement parts can be ordered at the INDEL-B assistance service.

2.0 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION
USE
This manual contains the information for the use and maintenance instructions. We recommend the user to keep it in safe and clean place.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The air conditioner SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600 allows to keep optimum thermal conditions inside the sleeping area of industrial vehicles’ driving
cabins during day or night stops.
This is comprised of 2 main units: the EVAPORATOR installed inside the cab and the CONDENSER installed outside.
IT WORKS WHEN ENGINE IS SWITCHED OFF and is extremely quiet. It can be easily installed on any type of vehicle without alterations.
It uses R134a refrigerant (ecological refrigerant fluid).

Under all aspects “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” is an air conditioner and so the ideal companion for any trip and especially for
any stop; its features make the day or night rest shift more satisfying and regenerative, thus rendering travel activities safer.
“SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” can be used when the vehicle is idle (its ideal use) but also when the vehicle is under way, in order to
contribute to the workload of the vehicle’s in-built air conditioner.
“SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” is supplied pre-loaded with R134a refrigerant, so it is environment-friendly as well.

5.0 - OPERATION
The operation of “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” can be controlled directly by the control panel or remotely by means of the remote
commander.
The remote commander operates the main functions but changes to the standard settings may be done only by means of the control panel.
WARNING: changing the standard settings must be carried out only by qualified personnel. Any change performed without the proper
skills may cause damage to “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” and/or to the vehicle.
5.1 - MAIN FUNCTIONS
ON – OFF - A rapid pressure on the button turns “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600”. on and off.
When the device is on, the display always shows the last set temperature.
MODE
- Every pressure of the key cycles through the modes MIN, AUTO and MAX. The corresponding icon lights up.
MIN
This corresponds the lowest power setting of “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” (lowest performance
and lowest compressor speed – the timer is set for a continued function of 6 hours, after which “SLEEPING
WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” goes off automatically). (The timer can be modied with the P0 parameter - see the
“Changing the settings” section).
AUTO
The management is automatic (performance and compressor speed are managed automatically based on the
temperature required by the user and on the current temperature - the timer is set for a continued function of 4 hours,
after which “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” goes off automatically). (The timer can be modied with the
P1 parameter - see the “Changing the settings” section).
MAX
This corresponds to the highest power setting of “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” (highest performance
and highest compressor and ventilator speed), after 20 minutes “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” goes to
the “AUTO” mode.
- When the device is off, if you press the MODE button, you will activate the DEFERRED ACTIVATION mode and the relative icon
lights up: “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” will turn itself on automatically after a certain number of hours have
elapsed, shown on the display; the number of hours can be set between 1 and 99 by using the TEMPERATURE (+ / -) buttons..
VENTILATION - Each pressure (+ / -) corresponds to the increase or decrease of the ventilation speed: you can choose between 6 different
levels of ventilation. The display will show the selected level.
- When the device is off, if you press the (+ / -) button, you will activate only the ventilation.
TEMPERATURE - Each pressure of the (+ / -) buttons corresponds to the increase or decrease of one degree of temperature: from a minimum value
of 17 to a maximum of 32. The display will show the selected temperature.
5.2 - CHANGING THE SETTINGS
WARNING: before changing any setting, carefully read the following notes.
WARNING: changing the standard settings must be carried out only by qualified personnel. Any change performed without the proper
skills may cause damage to “SLEEPING WELL OBLÒ AIRCON 1600” and/or to the vehicle.
To access the setting menu, simultaneously press the (+ / -) and (+) buttons while the device is off.
To scroll between menus use the (+ / -); buttons; to choose the desired values, use the (+ / -) buttons.
The values will be saved after a few moments without touching anything else.
You can exit from the menu by not touching any button.

The following are the menus which can be modified:
P0 - Timer (MIN mode) In MIN mode, the system’s default setting is 6 hours of continuous operation. The default value
can be changed in this menu. The choice range is between 1 and 99 hours.
P1 - Timer (AUTO mode) In AUTO mode, the system’s default setting is 4 hours of continuous operation. The default value
can be changed in this menu. The choice range is between 1 and 99 hours.
P2 - Timer (MAX mode) In MAX mode, the system operates at its max power for the preset minutes. The choice range is
between 1 and 99 minutes. The system switches to the AUTO mode.
A3 - Celsius and Fahrenheit degrees The system’s default setting is Centigrade degrees. This menu allows you to change the
parameter to Fahrenheit degrees.
A4 - Offset This refers to the temperature difference detected by the probe and the temperature shown on
the display. This menu allows you to change this value from -9°C to +9°C with 1°C increments
A5 - Battery saver value The default setting is 21.5 Vdc (Cut-out) and 24 Vdc (Cut-in). This menu allows to change these
values based on the following table. Values shown in bold are the default ones.

5.3 - ERRORS
In case of a problem, the device shuts down and the display will show one error message from the following list.

Battery power
(The battery-saver has activated. Power decreased below the
set threshold.)
Start the vehicle in order to recharge the battery.
E2
Power overload from the cooling fan
(The cooling fan overloads the board beyond the allowed
limit. Possible cause: short circuit or something is blocking
the fan from rotating.)
Take the device to an authorised dealer.
E3
Blocked compressor
(The rotor is blocked or the pressure in the cooling circuit is
too high.) The presence of E3 – E4 – E5 codes do not indicate a
malfunction, but is a normal management procedure for
the compressor by the electronic board. Only if the code
continues to be displayed contact an authorized dealer.
E4 Overcurrent on the compressor
E5
High temperature in the control board
(If the cooling circuit is overloaded or if the surrounding
temperature is too high, the control board signals this issue.)
E6 Empty circuit
(The system may have lost gas.)
Take the device to an authorized dealer.
E7
Temperature probe
(If the probe has short circuited or has become disconnected,
the device stops working.)
E8
Tilt
The system shutdown sensor has tripped, due to tilting of the
unit.
E9
Power overload from the condenser fan
(The cooling fan overloads the board beyond the allowed
limit. Possible cause: short circuit or something is blocking
the fan from rotating.)
E0 Disconnected compressor
A power supply cable of the compressor has disconnected.
