PART ONE: QUICK START GUIDE
It is preferred that you once test your system before the
handover. Run a diagnostics test by testing all the
featuers offered through the website.

Connect the inputs
Power the AVIS controller
Run diagnostics
Conntect the requried inputs to the controller. Your
device will have labels where to connect each inputs
Each AVIS controller comes with a single power source
which powers all the required components on board.
Connect this to the power supply and you are all set up.

WARNINGS
•This product shall only be connected to an external power supply rated
at 5V DC, and a minimum current of 600-1800mA. Any external power
supply used with the AVIS shall comply with relevant regulations and
standards applicable in the country of intended use.
•This product should be operated in a well-ventilated environment and,
if used inside a case, the case should be properly ventilated/cooled.
•This product should be placed on a stable, flat, non-conductive surface
in use and should not be contacted by conductive items.
•The connection of incompatible devices to the input connector may
affect compliance or result in damage to the unit and invalidate the
warranty.
•All peripherals used with AVIS should comply with relevant standards
for the country of use and be marked accordingly to ensure that safety
and performance requirements are met.
•Where peripherals are connected that do not include the cable or
connector, the cable or connector used must offer adequate insulation
and operation in order that the requirements of the relevant performance
and safety requirements are met.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE

To avoid malfunction or damage to your AVIS controller module please
observe the following:
•Do not expose it to water, moisture or place on a conductive surface
whilst in operation. Keep the device in the enclosure provided. Any
tampering will result in the warranty being void.
•Do not expose it to heat from any source; AVIS is designed for reliable
operation at normal ambient room temperatures.
•Take care whilst handling to avoid mechanical or electrical damage to
the enclosure and connectors.
•Avoid handling the printed circuit board while it is powered. Only
handle by the edges to minimise the risk of electrostatic discharge
damage.
•AVIS is not designedto be powered from a USB porton other connected
equipment, if this is attempted it may malfunction.

Warranty Information
This product is a combination of different operational units used together. It is
not advised to tamper the device, the enclosures, or the connectors. If done so,
the warranty will be void and Phoenix Engineers will not be responsible to
repair, or maintain the device.
