Remove and replace the projector lens
1 Remove the two IR windows on each side of the projector. To remove the covers, gently pry one
end up, then lift the window off.
2 Remove the two screws adjacent the IR receivers on each side of the projector.

Note that you need to remove the windows and screws from the other corner too.
3 Pull the front bezel off of the projector.

4 Remove the screw that fastens the retainer clip to the interior lens ring. Then lift the clip out of its
slot.

5 To remove the lens ring, slide it downward so that the bottom retaining clip clears the zoom and
focus motor housing.

6 Use an Allen wrench to remove the three screws that fasten the lens assembly to the optical
engine. Then carefully pull the lens out of the projector.
7 Install the new lens, and reassemble the projector.
