The photo machine is a mechatronics equipment, whic
h has both fine mechanical
structure and complex electronic circuit system. There is a precision print head in the
mechanism, which should be moved slightly in the process of moving and use to avoid collision
and vibration. Ensure that the work site and th
e surrounding area of the machine are clean and
free of obvious dust, so as to avoid being stained with dust in the air. Some circuits have
important sensitive electronic devices such as CPU and memory. When starting up, be sure to
connect the ground wire
to avoid generating static electricity and causing other faults. This
equipment cannot be used in humid environment.
Instructions for use
1.1 Power safety

1.2 Precautions for operation
A、
Always use the power switch to turn off the photo machine. (i.e. the power switch behind the right
side of the photo machine) please do not unplug the photo machine power plug

Please do not put tools or other items on the printing platform or cover plate of the machine, so as to
avoid unnecessary losses caused by untimely cleaning before the machine is running.

Before handling the photo machine, please make sure that your printing trolley is fixed in the initial
position.

When printing, be sure to use the paper jam (anti warping sheet) to prevent the paper from
deflecting and scraping the nozzle.
E、 The machine must be guarded while it is working. (there shall be full-
time operators).
F、
The grating strip shall be checked frequently to see whether it is clean and damaged. If it is dirty, it
shall be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
G、 The guide rail shall be c
hecked frequently to see whether it is clean; It is recommended to apply
grease (or part lubricating oil, etc.) on the guide rail after using it for 1-
2 months to reduce the friction
