The SuperNano-Web filter media is a dry synthetic media that outperforms the competition. The media itself is a proprietary base blend of synthetics and
cellulose. Cellulose fibers are larger than synthetic fibers, and have larger spaces between the fibers, causing contaminants to load in the depth of the
media and plug the airflow path. This creates higher restriction levels and less capacity. The synthetic fibers in the SuperNano-Web media are submicron
in diameter and have small interior fiber spaces, which result in more contaminants being captured on the surface of the media. This can help keep restric-
tion levels low as the filter loads with dirt and containments
To Clean your filter:
Carefully remove the filter from the housing. Once removed, wipe down the housing using a clean shop towel, being careful not to knock any dirt and/or
debris in the air inlet. Your filters can be cleaned by carefully vacuuming the filter media from the dirty side, or by holding the filter with one hand and care-
fully blowing the filter media at a 45-degree angle from the clean side using low-pressure shop air (15-20 lbs. psi).
*IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOT USE ANY CLEANERS ON THE SUPERNANO-WEB MEDIA OR APPLY ANY OIL!!!

with the following aftermarket modifications.

If you look at the picture to the left, you can see the Nano-
fiber web on top of our base media. That web, or Super-
Nano-Web as we like to call it, helps trap smaller particles
and protect your engine.
Injen intake systems are street legal in most states unless the state is adopting to
California Emissions standards. States that have adopted California emission stan-
dards include: Arizona, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Maine, Mary-
land, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania,
Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. These states will require an California Air
Resource Board Executive Order Number (CARB E.O.) for the legal use of an
Injen intake system in your vehicle for use on public roads or highways. These ve-
hicle will be considered " egal in California only for racing vehicles competition use
only, which may never be used upon a public street or highway. Please keep your
factory air box assembly for any future use.
N TE: DISC NNECT BATTERY BEF RE INSTALLATI N!!!

1. Stock intercooler pipes shown.
4. Once both sides are loosend, carefully
remove the OEM hose out of vehicle.
3. Once the bumper is removed. Start
by loosening the hot side intercooler OEM
rubber hose using 7mm nut driver on both
sides.
5. Install the injen hot side intercooler pipe
using the 2-5/8”x 2-3/4” step hump hose and 2-
1/2” hump hose with clamps provided.
8. Slide the trans cooler cover over
and remove.
7. Remove the front bumper cover, re-
move screws on top and bottom. Carefully
pop out. Disconnect the camera and
sensors also.
6. Adjust for fitment and tighten clamps
using 8mm nut driver or ratchet.
10. Disconnect the Temperature sensor
harness.
9. Once removed, loosen the clamp on
the cold side of the intercooler pipe using
7mm nut driver.

2. Push clip on hood release lever, and
remove. ift up and pull back the grille
cover.

11. oosen the sensor using T25 torx
bit.

7. Verify the clamps are tightend and
secured.

12. Now push the clip down and rotate the
sensor out of the intercooler tube.
16. Install the provided 1/8” NPT plug to the
fitting on the intake tube. secure and tighten
using allen key. Install intercooler tube into the
vehicle from bottom up and position.
15. oosen the trans cooler bracket
and pull back. this will allow for installation
of the injen cold side intercooler tube.
17. Install the temperature sensor to the
machined pad and secure using provided M5
hex screw. Tighten using 8mm nut driver.
14. oosen the horn bracket and pull
back.
18. Install the provided 2-5/8” x 2-3/4”
step hump hose with clamps to the throttle
body. Do not tighten

13. oosen the clamp on the throttle body
using 7mm nut driver. Pull out and remove from
the vehicle from down under the vehicle.

19. Re-connect the temperature
sensor harness.
20. Install the 2-5/8” x 2-3/4” step
hump hose with clamps to the intercooler
and connect. adjust for clearance and fit-
ment.
21. Secure and tighten all clamps
using 8mm nut driver or ratchet.
22. Secure and re-tighten the horn
bracket and trans cooler. Re-install the
trans cooler cover. Re-install bumper cover
and re-connect sensors and camera.

1. Upon complet on of the nstallat on, reconnect the negat ve battery term nal before you start the eng ne.
2. Al gn the ent re ntake system for the best poss ble f t. Once the ntake has been properly f tted cont nue to t ghten all nuts, bolts and clamps.
3. Per od cally, recheck the al gnment of the ntake system and make sure there s proper clearance around and along the length of the ntake. Fa lure to follow proper
ma nentance procedures may cause damage to the ntake and w ll vo d the warranty.
4. Start the eng ne and l sten carefully for any odd no ses, rattles and/or a r leaks pr or to tak ng t for a test dr ve. If any problems ar se go back and check the vacuum l nes,
hoses and clamps that maybe caus ng leaks or rattles and correct the problem.
5. Check the f lter for excess ve d rt bu ld up. Clean or replace the f lter w th an or g nal Injen f lter (can be bought on-l ne at “ njenonl ne.com”). Congratulat ons! You have
just completed the nstallat on of the best ntake system sold on the market. Enjoy the added power and performance of your new ntake system.
Congratulations! You have just completed the installation of this intake system. Periodically, check the alignment of the intake,
normal wear and tear can cause nuts and bolts to come loose. Note: Check clearance and adjust if needed! Failure to check
the ali nment and adjust the intake can cause dama e that will void the warranty. Injen Technolo y is not responsible
for any dama es caused by/from improper installation.

Test Drive:
1. W th the transm ss on n neutral or park and the park ng brake engaged, start the eng ne. L sten for a r leaks or odd no ses. If a r leaks are detected, secure hoses and con-
nect ons. For any odd no ses, nspect ent re system for cause and adjust ntake as needed. The Injen ntake w ll funct on dent cally to the factory system but w ll be louder and
more powerful.
2. Perform a road test. L sten for odd no ses or rattles and f x as necessary.
3. If there are no ssues, cont nue to enjoy your added performance from the Injen performance Intake k t.
4. Injen Technology recommends you per od cally check clearance and adjust f needed! Fa lure to check the al gnment and adjust the ntake can cause damage that w ll
