5. Hold the camera up to the window and establish a suitable mounting location ensuring the following
requirements are met:
a) Ensure the dashcam is not mounted on any window tint, shade or antenna commonly found
surrounding the rear vision mirror. This can affect mounting and GPS lock.
b) Clear view of the driver upper body.
Note: It is essential you can see the entire upper body (Seatbelt waste strap to just above the
head)
c) Clear view of the road
d) The dashcam does not obstruct the driver’s field of vision.
e) The distance to the dashcam is further than your arm.
1. Once the correct angle is found tighten the screws again.
2. Perform one final check of the camera angles.
3. Remove the 3M adhesive tape on the camera bracket and attach the camera to the window.
4. Call customer Customer Support for final viewing angle sign-off and testing.
Installing the Tamper Proof Case and Sticker:
1. Remove screws from tamper proof case.
2. Apply tamper proof sticker as shown in image below:
Note: The objective of this sticker is to prevent the driver from adjusting the viewing angle.
3. Position the tamper proof case around the right-hand side of the dashcam.
4. Tighten the security screws.
Note: Please ensure the tamperproof screwdriver is provided to the installation contact. It must not be left in the
vehicle or provided to the driver.

the camera. You will have to give them the IMEI, registration and Field Work Order.
It is important to leave the vehicle ignition ON during the commissioning. The commissioning team will inform you
of any potential faults and make you change the angle of the cameras if they are not correctly adjusted.
