DIRECTIONS
To turn on, plug the unit into an electrical outlet and press the Power Button.
MAX PRIME WET TO DRY will automatically turn on at the highest heat setting
of 425°F. Press the Power Button again to select the desired temperature as
indicated by the LED lights. Keep pressing the Power Button to cycle through the
temperature settings. The lights will ash until MAX PRIME WET TO DRY reaches
the desired temperature.
The MAX PRIME WET TO DRY Blowout Revolving Styler has 4 Heat Settings:
285°F, 315°F, 385°F, 425°F. The unit is on the Max temperature setting when all
of the LED lights are illuminated.
Recommended temperatures by hair type:
HAIR TYPE SETTING TEMPERATURE
Thick, Coarse, Curly High/Max 385°F - 425°F
Normal, Medium, Wavy Medium/High 315°F - 385°F
Fine, Thin Low 285°F
When done styling, press the Power Button until all of the LED lights are off. If
you forget to turn off your MAX PRIME WET TO DRY Blowout Revolving Styler,
the Automatic Shut Off will turn the unit off after 45 minutes. To turn back on,
press the Power Button.
ROTATION: Close your MAX PRIME WET TO DRY twice quickly (double-click) to
change the rotation direction of the barrel. For maximum performance, make sure
the barrel rotates in the natural direction of hair.
REMOVABLE HEAT GUARD: Be sure to only remove or attach the Heat Guard
when MAX PRIME WET TO DRY is off and the barrel is cool. To attach, snap the
Heat Guard onto the barrel side facing away from the bristles with the wide end
placed just below the barrel.
STYLING
WET TO DRY: Towel dry hair to remove as much water as possible before
beginning. Hair should be damp, not soaking wet. Glide MAX PRIME WET TO
DRY down your hair once to dry and once to style. MAX PRIME WET TO DRY
works best if you glide it through your hair slowly. Repeated passes should be
unnecessary if you proceed slowly. If you hear a little crackling, that means the
moisture is evaporating properly from the barrel.
CLASSIC BLOWOUT: To achieve the MAX PRIME WET TO DRY Classic Blowout,
start with clean, damp hair. Brush hair to detangle and section hair into 1-2 inch
pieces, starting with the under layers rst. Position MAX PRIME WET TO DRY so
the rotating barrel side is closest to the roots with the barrel placed underneath
the section of hair. Close to activate the barrel rotation and slowly glide MAX
PRIME WET TO DRY down to the ends. Glide once down your hair to dry and
once to style.
VOLUME, CURLS & WAVES: For extra lift, close MAX PRIME WET TO DRY around a
section of hair at the roots and let the barrel rotate for 3-5 seconds before gliding
down to ends of hair. For soft curls and waves, wrap a section of hair around the
barrel and close MAX PRIME WET TO DRY, allowing the barrel to rotate. Hold in
place 3-5 seconds, then open and let the curl gently drop off the barrel.
