Connections
Setup is quick and easy!
1 Plug a Cat5e/6 Ethernet cable — up to 100 m long — from your powered source device (for
example, a PoE injector or switch) into the PoE In connector on the extender/repeater.
2 Plug a second Cat5e/6 Ethernet cable — also up to 100 m long — from the
device you want to transmit power and data to (for example, a PoE network
camera ) into the PoE Out connector on the extender/repeater.
The LED chart below explains how you can tell if your connections are good.

The distance chart below explains how much power you can expect to
be delivered to your PoE device based on how many extender/repeaters
you connect in series (5 is the maximum recommended).

Functionality
This extender/repeater supports the IEEE 802.3at protocol and is designed to work with all
IEEE 802.3af- or IEEE 802.3at-compliant devices. Note: If your connected device is not PoE
compliant, this extender/repeater can still be used to extend data-only transmission distances.
The two holes on the base of the housing allow you to screw the extender/
repeater in place to help maintain secure cable connections.

Funktion

Funcionalidad
El Extensor / Repetidor PoE+ de alta potencia Gigabit es compatible con el protocolo IEEE

Fonctionnalité
Ce prolongateur/répéteur prend en charge le protocole IEEE 802.3at et est conçu pour
fonctionner avec tous les dispositifs compatibles IEEE 802.3af ou IEEE 802.3at. Remarque :
si le dispositif connecté n’est pas compatible PoE, ce prolongateur/répéteur peut toujours
être utilisé pour allonger les distances de transmission de données uniquement.
Les deux orifices à la base du boîtier permettent de visser le prolongateur/
répéteur afin de le fixer pour maintenir les connexions des câbles.
