Before operating the unit, Please read this manual thoroughly and retain it for

reference.
The Lens
in
the picture
is
not included.

Features :
There are two mounting holes provided for flexible installation. One on the top
and the other one on the bottom.
Resolution:
This
camera is using 1/3” CCDimage Sensor with an effective 252K
(EIA)/298K
(CCIR) pixels. The camera can produce an image with a horizontal resolution
of
380
TV lines.
Electronic Shutter:
This camera
is
equipped with automatic electronic shutter circuit. The shutter
speed will automatically adjust from 1/60
to
l/10000
second for
EIA
and
1/50
to
l/10000
second for CCIR system.
Minimum
Illuminance:
This camera has AGC (Auto Gain Control) circuit.
As
a result, the camera can
produce a clear image with a minimum illuminance of 0.1 Lux.

The Camera has provided control signal and miniature plug for both the Video
or
Direct Drive Auto

Operation
Procedure:
(a)
Install a
CS
mount type lens to the camera.
If
a C mount type lens is used, please
install the lens with the C mount adaptor (provided)to the camera.
Connect coaxial cable
from
the camera video output to video input
of
Monitor or
other video equipments directly.
(In
surveillance system combination, please be
sure that the input
of
the last video equipment terminated at
75
Ohms.) The
picture will appear
on
the monitor screen when the power
is
supplied to the
camera.

The Auto Shutter Control Switch is set to
"
ON
"
position at the factory before the
camera is shipped. With the Auto Shutter Control Switch is in the
"
OFF
"
position, adjust aperture of the lens to obtain the most desirable aperture setting.
Please adjust the focus on the lens to obtain the best quality picture on the
monitor. After performing the above process, if Auto Shutter is required, please
turns the switchto
"
ON
"
position.
(d) Back Focus Adjustment: Depending on the lens used, proper focus may not be
obtained even by performing lens focus adjustment. In this case, back focus
adjustment is needed. First, set the focus ring of the lens to the infinite position
and take a picture at a distance of 20 meter or more from the camera. Loosen the
lens mount with the

angle wrench, and turn the mount and the lens at the same
time
so
that the picture on the monitor is in focus. Then secure screw firmly at
the point where the subject is in focus.

BACK FOCUS SCREW ADJUSTING

The external synchronization (Line Lock) switch is set
to
“ON”
position at rhe
factory, The camera will synchronize to the zero crossing of incoming AC
voltage, which is connected
to
the middle pin
of
the power connector. Please
ensure that all the input AC voltage connection of the camera are on the same
phase. If the power voltage connection is reversed. the camera will lock at
180^
of the incoming AC voltage. When the wrong connection is found, please make
the correction
for
the zero crossing synchornization purpose.

the following diagram.

(c) Please set the Auto Shutter switch on the hack of the camera to “OFF”position
and then adjust the focus. The “AI” switch is for the selection of different type of
Auto Iris Lens. For the Video
Auto
Iris Lens, please adjust the “ALC” and
“IRIS
LEVEL” on the Lens to obtain the optimum setting. For the
DC
(Direct Drive)
Auto Iris Lens, please adjust the LEVEL ADJUSTOR on the back
of
the camera
for the optimum setting.
