Attaching upright supports, beams
and pry bar holders
Attach Upright supports (C) to Bottom tray (B), using
16 pcs Bolts (AA), and tighen with 16 pcs Washers (CC)
and Nuts (BB).
Square up unit and tighten securely.
Installing the Drawer Body

With 2 people, gently lower the Drawer body (A) in
between the Upright supports (C) to rest on the Middle
beams (G) and Pry bar holders (H & I).
CAUTION:
Two people are recommended for assembly.
Attach Beams (G) to the middle position of the Upright
supports (C) at front and rear, using 4 pcs Bolts (AA),
and tighen with 4 pcs Washers (CC) and Nuts (BB).

Attach Pry bar holders (H & I) to the middle position
of the Upright supports (C) at left and right side, using
4 pcs Bolts (AA) and tighen with 4 pcs Washers (CC) and
Nuts (BB).

Attaching the casters
Attach the Rigid casters (E) and Swivel casters (F) to the
Bottom tray (B) on the preferred side by inserting 16 pcs
Bolts (AA) through Bottom tray (B).
Tighten securely with 16 pcs Washers (CC) and Nuts (BB).

Be sure the Swivel casters (F) are locked.

□Ensure the Upright supports (C) are resting under the
top lip of the Drawer body (A) and the attachment holes
are properly aligned.

4Attaching the handle

Attach the Side handle (D) on the same side as the Swivel casters (F) by inserting 2 pcs Bolts (BB) through
Side handle (D), Upright supports (C) and Drawer body (A) and tighten with 2 pcs Washers (CC) and Nuts (BB).
Secure the Drawer body (A) to the Upright supports (C) by inserting 14 pcs Bolts (BB) on other end of Upright supports (C)
and tighten 14 pcs with Washers (CC) and Nuts (BB).

Operation

Removing the drawers 2 Re-inserting the drawers
Fully extend the empty drawer.

drawer slide.
Extend the drawer slides.

Insert the brackets on each side of the drawer into
the slots in the slides, being careful that they are
properly positioned.
□Once properly inserted, completely close the drawer
to set the slides in their proper positions.
