components and high standard of quality control in a modern production environment. Your IP-
700mUSBWorld Phone is protected with a 24 month limited warranty policy.
Warranty isvoid if:
The identifying sticker label on the back of the phone is removed or tampered with, or serviced
by a non-authorized party.
The defect is not caused by workmanship or bymanufacturing process.
The phone is not operated as outlined in the user
’ s manual.
A sales receipt or proof of purchase is not available.
Damages are due to natural disaster or other factors such as lightning, over-voltage, excess
humidity or fire.

tool for today’s mobile lifestyle.
To achieve optimum digital sound quality, the IP-700m integrates the latest technology in echo
cancellation, noise reduction and digital sound processing with onboard Digital Clarity

DSP chip.
IPFones and Skype, empowering consumers with three different ways to send/receive calls any
where in the world. Please see the following diagram:
IP-700m to IP-700m Calls: Unlimited calls to anyone, anywhere in the world forever
free. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no deposits, no annual contracts.
IP-700m to Regular/Cellular Phones: Through SkypeOut service, you can call to
any regular or cellular phone throughout the world. These calls are not free but very
inexpensive. Most country rates start around $0.02/minute. Rates are subject to
change. See Appendix A or visit www.skype.com for country rates and additional
details.
Regular/Cellular phones to IP-700m: Through SkypeIn service, people can make
calls to your IP-700m using regular or cellular phones from anywhere. With SkypeIn
service, you would get your own regular phone number from Skype so others can
simply dial that number to talk to you from any phone. The call is free no matter
where you are in the world. This call is also free to the calling party if the call is
originated from the same area code as your regular number. See Appendix A or visit

3 Installation
Step 1: Install Skype software, create a Skype User ID, and add names of people you
want to call to your contact list.
Step 2: Install IPFones software.
Step 3: Connect the IP-700m to your computer USB port and start calling family, friends,
and colleagues.
Detail information for each step is described below.
3.1 Installing Skype Software
Load the IPFones CD into your computer CD-ROM drive and wait for the installation program to
be launched (automatically). The following screen will display.
To start the install, select English or French by double click on the red bullet next to the
language. The following screen will display.

Click on the “INSTALL SKYPE” button to begin the installation of Skype software.
Select English language or your language of choice and click the Next button.

Read the license agreement, check the “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and click
the Next button.
