1. SISSEJUHATUS
Täname, et olete valinud Iron Baltic toote. Juhendist leiate haagise IB 1200 ja selle külge
paigaldatavate kraana ja veokasti tehnilised andmed ning juhised toodete komplekteerimiseks, ohutuks
töötamiseks ja hoolduseks. Haagise otstarbevastane kasutamine võib kaasa tuua majanduslikku kahju
ja tekitada inimestele kehavigastusi, mistõttu on väga oluline, et toodet kasutav isik loeks juhendi läbi
ja kasutaks toodet nõuetekohaselt. Toote mis tahes väärkasutus vabastab tootja vastutusest tekkinud
kahjustuste ja kulude hüvitamise eest. Tootja ei vastuta ega hüvita kulusid kahjustuste eest, mis on
tekkinud toote mistahes valesti kasutamisest.
MÄRKUS: Kõik juhendis toodud fotod ja illustratsioonid ei pruugi kujutada tingimata tegelikke

2. OHUTUSJUHISED
Enamik õnnetustest juhtuvad hooletuse või ettevaatamatuse tõttu. Vältige õnnetusi ja järgige allpool toodud
ohutusjuhiseid.
Sõiduk ja selle külge haagitud haagis moodustavad koos pika töömasina millega on keeruline manööverdada,
mistõttu väikestel ja kitsastel aladel on töötamine raskendatud.
VÄLJAÕPE
•Lugege põhjalikult ohutusjuhiseid ja kasutustingimusi. Veenduge, et
olete võimeline sõidukit ja haagist ohutult kasutama.
•Ärge kunagi lubage sõidukit ega haagist kasutada lastel.
•Sõidukit ega haagist ei tohi kasutada joobes olles või ravimite mõju all,
mis mõjutavad taju või reaktsiooni.
•Jälgige, et tööpiirkonnas ei viibiks inimesi, eriti väikelapsi ja loomi.
•Arvestage, et paigaldatud haagis muudab sõiduki juhitavust ja
manööverdamisomadusi.
KEELATUD TOIMINGUD
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist liiga järskudel kallakutel.
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist, kui kõik kinnituselemendid ei ole korralikult kinnitatud.
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist enne, kui olete kogu kasutusjuhendi hoolikalt läbi lugenud.
•Keelatud on sõita sõidukiga, mille külge on paigaldatud haagis, kiiremini kui 20 km/h, või vastavalt
veomasina tootja soovitustele (väiksem on määrav).
•Keelatud on vedada haagisel inimesi.
•Kraanaga töötades on keelatud viibida kraana all.
•Kraanaga on keelatud tõsta inimesi.
•Keelatud on koorma tõstmine üle inimeste.
•Keelatud on haagise külge monteerida lisaseadmeid, mida tootja ei ole heaks kiitnud.
KOHUSTUSLIKUD TOIMINGUD
•Järgige kõiki ATV tootja esitatud juhiseid.
•Veenduge, et kõik kõrvalseisjad on haagisega töötamise ajal ohutus kauguses.
•Kasutage sõidukiga töötamisel alati nõuetekohast kaitsevarustust (kiiver jms)
•Veenduge, et kõik kõrvalseisjad on töötamise ajal ohutus kauguses.
•Puhastage tööpiirkond võimalikest ohtlikest elementidest.
•Jälgige, et kõik ohutuskleebised oleksid heas seisukorras –vajadusel vahetage kahjustatud kleebised
uute vastu välja.
•Valige alati olukorrale sobiv kiirus. Vähendage kiirust, kui töötate mäeküljel või ebaühtlasel maastikul.
•Olge pidurdamisel ja pööramisel ettevaatlik.
•Järgige haagise, kraana ja veokasti lubatud koormusi.
•Koorma haagis selliselt, et veokuulile mõjuv jõud ei ületaks 60 kg või veomasina tootja soovitusi.
•Alati tuleb tagada sõiduki ohutu teelpüsivus ja kasutada selleks vastavaid tarvikuid (ketid,
vasturaskused jms)
•Jaga haagise koorem võimalikult ühtlaselt (rasked esemed on soovitatav asetada keskele telje kohale).
•Jälgige alati, et kõik komponendid oleks korrektselt paigaldatud
•Kontrollige pärast esimest töötundi poltide pingsust. Hiljem tehke seda iga kümne töötunni järel.
•Töö lõpetamisel peatage sõiduki mootor, aktiveerige seisupidur
•Haagise lahti haakimise ajal ei tohi kastis olla koormat.

3. OHUTUSKLEEBISED
Ohutuskleebised peavad asetsema Teie haagise peal. Kui mõni neist kleebistest puudub või on
kahjustada saanud, võtke ühendust edasimüüjaga, et asendada puuduvad kleebised enne haagise
kasutamist uutega.
Ohutuskleebiste tähendused
Maksimaalne lubatud sõidukiirus 20 km/h!
Maksimaalne lubatud kandevõime 1200 kg!
Keelatud on haagisel vedada inimesi!
Keelatud on liigelda üle 15° kallakutel!
Kasti langetamisel jälgige, et jäsemed ei jääks kasti ja raami vahele!
Koorma maha kallutamisel jälgige ümbrust ja veendu ohutuses!
Pärast koorma maha kallutamist võib kasti ja maapinna vahele
tekkida takistus, mis põhjustab iseeneslikku kasti vajumist!
Ebaühtlane koorma paigutus võib põhjustada koorma liikumist.
Jälgige, et jäsemed ei jääks kasti ja koorma vahele!

4. TOOTE KIRJELDUS
Iron Baltic IB 1200 on ATV või UTV külge haagitav ja ennast praktikas õigustanud vastupidava
konstruktsiooniga haagis, mis on mõeldud kuni 1200 kg koorma vedamiseks.
Haagis on mõeldud ATV-dele ja UTV-dele maastikul kasutamiseks, kuid seda saab järgi haakida
kõikidele 50 mm veokuuliga sõidukitele. Haagis ei põhjusta maastikule märkimisväärseid kahjustusi
ning sellega saab puude vahel kergesti manööverdada, võimaldades juurdepääsu kohtadesse, kuhu
suured traktorid ja muud veomasinad ei pääse. Nelja rattaga tandemtelg, koos laiade rehvidega, annab
haagisele suurepärase maastikuvõimekuse, võimaldades lihtsalt liikuda ka üle kändude ja kraavide.
Haagise pikkus on reguleeritav teleskooptoru abil, mis võimaldab vedada kuni 3,5 meetri pikkuseid
palke. Haagise koormapostid on lihtsasti eemaldatavad, et tagada mugavam koorma laadimine. Lisaks
on koormapostid pööratavad, mis tähendab, et takistusega kokkupuutel ei tekita see haagisele suuri
kahjustusi.
Veokast (86.2000) on mõeldud erinevate kaupade ja materjalide vedamiseks. Veokasti esi- ja tagaluuk
on eemaldatavad ning lisana on võimalik veokastile lisada kõrgendused (86.2500), mis võimaldavad
vedada ka ülegabariidilisi koormaid. Veokasti kallutamine on võimalik komplekteerides haagise koos
kraanaga (23.3000) või kasti kallutus mehhanismiga (23.4000).
Haagise kraana (23.3000), mis on varustatud elektrilise vintsiga, on mõeldud veokasti kallutamiseks
ning palkide või muu koorma tõstmiseks. Lisaks on kraana abil veokasti paigaldamine / tõstmine
haagise peale kergem ja tehtav nö ühemehe tööna.

5. KASUTUSJUHEND
•Enne toote kasutamist lugege läbi ohutusjuhised!
•Enne sõitu kontrollige haakepea kinnitust tiisli külge.
•Enne sõitu veenduge, et tugiratas on üles tõstetud ja kindlalt kinnitatud.
•Enne sõitu veenduge, et kõik liikuvad osad (koormapostid, tiisli toru, veokast) on
nõuetekohaselt kinnitatud ja/või lukustatud.
•Enne sõitu kontrollige, kas veokuul on kindlalt haakepea haardes (haakeseadise indikaatoris
on näha lukustuse seisund).
•Enne sõitu kontrollige rehvide seisukorda ja rehvirõhku (soovitatav rõhk on 1,5 bar).
Vajadusel asenda rehvid AINULT tootjapoolt ettenähtud rehvidega!
•Enne sõitu kontrollige ratta poltide pingsust.
•Koormake haagis ühtlaselt ja selliselt, et koorma tsenter jääks võimalikult telje keskele.
Vajadusel pikendage haagist, muutes tiislitoru pikkust raamitoru suhtes. Reguleerimiseks
keerake lahti raami toru küljes olevad lukustusmutrid (locking nut) ja pingutus poldid
(tightening bolt) ning eemaldage tapp (pin). Seejärel valige sobiv tiisli pikkus vastavalt
veetavale koormale, fikseerige pikkus tapiga (pin) ja pingutage pingutus poldid (tightening
bolt) ning luksutus mutrid (locking nut). Tiisli toru on võimalik seadistada viie erineva
pikkusega:
1. Pikkus L1 on mõeldud kuni 1900 mm pikkuse koorma vedamiseks.
2. Pikkus L2 on mõeldud 1900 mm kuni 2300 mm pikkuse koorma vedamiseks.
3. Pikkus L3 on mõeldud 2300 mm kuni 2700 mm pikkuse koorma vedamiseks.
4. Pikkus L4 on mõeldud 2700 mm kuni 3100 mm pikkuse koorma vedamiseks.
5. Pikkus L5 on mõeldud 3100 mm kuni 3500 mm pikkuse koorma vedamiseks.

•Koorma laadimisel arvestage haagise kandevõimet, täismassi ja, et veokuulile mõjuv jõud ei
ületaks 60 kg või vastava veomasina soovitust (väiksem on määrav).
•Jälgige, et koorem ei ulatuks üle haagise külgede.
•Suurim lubatud kiirus haagist vedades on 20 km/h, või vastava veomasina soovitus (väiksem
on määrav).
•Enne kraanaga töö alustamist, rakendage ATV seisupidur ja fikseerige kraana tugijalad kõvale
ja tasasele pinnasele.
•Koorma tõstmiseks vajalike kinnitusvahendite paigaldamisel võtke arvesse koorma
raskuskeset. Peatage tõste poole meetri kõrgusel ja kontrollige tõstetava koorma tasakaalu
ning kinnituste tugevust.
•Kraanaga tõstmisel jälgige, et koorem ei saaks tõstetrossidel libiseda.
•Ärge alustage kraanaga tõstmist, kui te pole kindel ühenduse tugevuses.
•Ärge ületage kraana maksimaalset tõstevõimet.
•Kraanaga veokasti paigaldamisel haagisele:
1. Peatage haagis võimalikult lähedale veokasti küljele, rakendage sõiduki seisupidur.
2. Seadistage tiisli toru asendisse L1.
3. Fikseerige kraana tugijalad kõvale ja tasasele pinnale.
4. Seadistage kraana nool kõige ülemisse asendisse ja eemaldage külg suunalist liikumist
piirav tapp.
5. Paigaldage 4-haruline tõsterihm veokasti küljes olevate tõsteaasade külge.
6. Alustage tõstmist, vajadusel suunake käega veokasti liikumist.
NB! Keelatud on tõsta kasti milles on koorem!
7. Fikseerige veokast tagumise kanduri külge tappide abil.
•Veokasti kasutamisel veendu, et kasti klambrid oleks enne koorma laadimist lukustatud.
•Veokastist koorma kallutamiseks avage kasti klambrid ning tõstke kasti.
•Veokasti kallutamisel kraanaga kasutage kõige ülemist kraana noole positsiooni ja kõige
lühemat noole pikkust. Eelistage kasutada kasti ees osas olevat tõsteadapterit - kasti sees
olevat tõsteaasa kasutage ainult vajadusel.
6. HOOLDUS
•Pärast haagise kasutamist, peske see hoolikalt. Suurema mustuse eemaldamiseks kasutage
voolavat vett. Haagise pesuks sobib väga hästi autopesuvahend.
•Haagise ratta vahetust teostada ainult horisontaalsel kõval pinnasel, asetades tungraua silla
raami vertikaalse toru otsa alla.
•Kui haakeseade toimib raskesti, tuleb seda määrida haakeseadmel näidatud kohtadest (v.t.
allolev skeem) või pöörduda tootja või tema volitatud esindaja poole.

7. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Iron Baltic product. This manual contains specifications for the trailer IB
1200, the crane and cargo box mounted on the trailer, as well as instructions for product assembly,
safe operation and maintenance. Unnecessary use of the trailer can result economic damage and
personal injury, so it is very important that the person who using the product read and use this manual
in accordance with the requirements. Any misuse of the product will release the manufacturer from
liability for any damage or expense incurred.
NOTE: Photos and drawings in this manual may not necessarily depict the actual models of trailer or
their accessories. They are merely given as a frame of reference and are based on the latest available
information at the time of publication.
This symbol is used throughout the manual and on warning signs in order to
warn users of the potential for serious injury. Before using the vehicle and
trailer, carefully read the safety instructions and make sure that you have
understood them. Follow all instructions and ensure that everyone who uses
the equipment follows them!

8. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Most accidents occur due to negligence or carelessness. Avoid accidents and follow the safety instructions given
below.
The ATV together with the trailer hitched to it form a long working machine, which is not easy to manoeuvre;
therefore, operating in small and narrow areas can be a complicated task.
TRAINING
1. Read thoroughly the safety instructions and terms of use.
2. Never allow children to operate the vehicle or the trailer. Never allow
adult persons to operate the vehicle or the trailer if they have not
received the proper training
3. Neither the vehicle nor the trailer can be used while drunk or under the
influence of drugs that affect perception or reaction.
4. Do not allow bystanders, children or animals into the work zone.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
•Never operate the trailer on overly steep slopes.
•Never operate the trailer without all the protective parts properly
installed.
•Do not operate the trailer before you have carefully read the whole operation manual.
•Never drive faster than 20km/h, or what the vehicle manufacturer recommends (the lower speed must
be observed).
•Never carry any passenger on the trailer.
•Do not stand under the crane.
•It is forbidden to lift people with the crane.
•Do not lift the load over a person.
•It is forbidden to mount attachments to the trailer that are not approved by the manufacturer
MANDATORY ACTIONS
•Follow all the instructions of the ATV manufacturer.
•Always use proper protective equipment (helmet etc.) when using the vehicle.
•Make sure that bystanders are moved to a safe distance when operating the trailer.
•Make sure that all of the safety stickers are in good condition. Replace damaged stickers as required.
•Reduce the speed of the ATV when working on a hillside or uneven terrain.
•Be careful when braking.
•The load to the ATV hitch ball should not exceed 60kg, or the weight specified by the manufacturer of
the vehicle (the lower weight must be observed).
•The safe road-steadiness of the vehicle must always be ensured by using the correct accessories for the
task in hand (chains, counterbalances, etc).
•Distribute the load on the trailer as evenly as possible (place heavy pieces to the centre, on the axle).
•Always check that all components are properly installed.
•Check and tighten the bolts after the first working hour and then after every ten working hours.
•When unhooking the trailer, make sure there is no load on the trailer
•Follow the permissible loads on the crane
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAILER IS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION AND THAT
THE TOWING COUPLING HEAD IS PROPERLY ATTACHED TO THE ATV HITCH BALL.
IF SOMETHING HAPPENS DURING THE WORK THAT COULD DAMAGE THE
PRODUCT, AN INSPECTION OF THE DEVICE MUST BE CARRIED OUT TO IDENTIFY
POSSIBLE DAMAGE. DAMAGE (CRACKS IN CONSTRUCTION OR WELDS, DEFORMED
PARTS) CAN ENDANGER PROPERTY AND HUMAN HEALTH. THE DEVICE MUST NOT
BE USED BEFORE THE DAMAGE IS REMOVED.

9. SAFETY LABELS
The safety labels shall be present on your trailer. If any of those labels is absent or gets damaged,
contact your dealer in order to install new labels in place of the absent ones before operating the
machine.
Meaning of safety labels
Maximum permitted speed 20 km / h!
Maximum load capacity 1200 kg!
Never carry any passenger on the trailer!
It is forbidden to drive slopes over 15°!
When lowering the box, ensure that the limbs do not fall between the
box and the frame!
Trace the surroundings when tilting the load and make sure it is safe!
After tilting the load, there may be an obstacle between the cargo
box and ground, which may cause cargo box spontaneous lowering.
Uneven load distribution may cause the load to move. Make sure
that limbs do not get stuck between load and trailer!
Read the manual before use!

10.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Iron Baltic IB 1200 is a durable timber trailer that can be attached to the ATV or UTV and carry
up to 1200 kg load.
The trailer is designed for ATVs and UTVs to be used off-road but can be towed with any other
vehicle equipped with a 50 mm hitch ball. Trailer does not cause notable damage to the terrain and can
be easily maneuver between trees, allowing access to places where large tractors are not accessible.
The four-wheeled tandem axle, combined with wide tires, gives the trailer excellent off-road
capabilities, allowing you to easily move over stumps and ditches.
The length of the trailer is adjustable, which allows to transport logs up to 3 meters in length. Trailer
log bolsters are removable which is good when loading the trailer. In addition, the log bolsters are
turnable, which means that contact with an obstacle does not cause major damage to the trailer.
Cargo box (86.2000) is designed for transporting various goods and materials. The front and rear
panels of the box are removable and in addition, it is possible to add side extensions (86.2500) to the
cargo box which allows to transport oversized loads. Cargo box tilting is possible by assembling the
trailer with crane (23.3000) or a box tilting mechanism (23.4000).
The trailer crane (23.3000) is equipped with an electric winch and is designed to lift logs and other
loads and it can used to tilt the cargo box also. With the crane, it is easy to mount the cargo box on to a
trailer and can be done as a one-man job.

11.USER GUIDE
•Read the safety instructions before driving!
•Check tow coupling connection to the tow beam before ride.
•Before ride, make sure the trailer stand is up and secured.
•Before ride, check all removable accessories are secured and locked.
•Before ride, check is the towing coupling securely connected with tow ball (check the
indicator on tow coupling)
•Before ride, check tire condition and pressure (the exact tire pressure is 1,5 bar). If needed
change the tires. Use only tires specified by the trailer manufacturer.
•Before ride, check tension of the wheel bolts.
•Load the trailer evenly and in such way that the centre of the load is as close to the axle as
possible. If necessary, extend the trailer by changing the length of the drawbar. To adjust,
loosen the locking nuts and tightening bolts on the frame tube and remove the pin. Then select
the appropriate drawbar length according to the load being transported. Secure the length with
a pin and tighten the tightening bolts and the locking nuts. The drawbar tube can be set to five
different lengths:
1. Length L1 is intended for carrying loads up to 1900 mm in length.
2. Length L2 is intended for loads between 1900 mm and 2300 mm.
3. Length L3 is intended for loads between 2300 mm and 2700 mm.
4. Length L4 is intended for loads between 2700 mm and 3100 mm.
5. Length L5 is intended for loads between 3100 mm and 3500 mm.

•When loading take into account the capacity of the trailer and that the load to the ATV hitch
ball should not exceed 60kg, or the weight specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle (lower
weight must be observed). Make sure that the load cannot exceed of the trailer’s sides.

•The highest speed when transporting a load is 20km/h, or what the vehicle manufacturer
recommends (the lower speed must be observed).
•Apply the ATV parking brake before working with crane.
•Make sure that the support legs are on hard, level ground and locked in, before operating with
crane.
•When installing fasteners to load for lifting, take into account the centre of the gravity of load.
Stop lifting at a height of half a meter and check the balance of the load.
•When lifting, make sure that the load cannot slip on the lifting ropes.
•Do not start lifting unless you are sure of the strength of the connection.
•Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the crane.
•When installing cargo box with crane on a trailer:
1. Stop the trailer as close to the side of the cargo box as possible
2. Apply the ATV parking brake.
3. Set drawbar length to length L1.
4. Fix the crane support legs to a hard and level surface.
5. Set the crane boom to the highest position and remove the pin that restricts lateral
movement.
6. Attach the 4-prong lifting strap to the lifting points on the cargo box.
7. Start lifting, if necessary, guide the movement of the cargo box by hand.
NB! It is forbidden to lift the cargo box with a load in it!
8. Fix the cargo box to the rear carrier with pins.
•When using cargo box, make sure that the box clamp is locked before loading the load.
•To tilt the load from the cargo box, apply the ATV parking brake, open the box clamp and lift
the box.
•When tilting the cargo box with a crane, use the highest crane boom position and the shortest
boom length. Prefer to use the lifting adapter in front of the box and use the lifting point inside
the box only when necessary.
12.MAINTENANCE
•Always wash the trailer after use. To remove most of the dirt, use running water. Usual car
shampoo can be used for washing the trailer.
•Only change trailer tire on flat and hard surface, by placing jack stand under the vertical axle
beam corner.
•If the tow coupling moves difficultly, add oil to places showed on the diagram or contact
manufacturer or licenced reseller.

Samm 1 Paigaldage sillatala (Pos.1) külge ratta kiiged (Pos.10). Jälgige, et kiige küljes olev
määrdenippel (Pos.19) jääks allapoole. Kinnitamiseks kasutage M16x130 polti
(Pos.23), Ø16 mm seibi (Pos.26) ja M16 nyloc mutrit (Pos.29). Enne kiige
kinnituspoldi pingutamist fikseerige selle asend kiige poldi fiksaatoriga (Pos.8)
kinnitades see silla külge M6x16 poldi (Pos.20) ja Ø6 mm seibiga (Pos.24).
Step 1 Install swing arms (Pos.10) to axle beam (Pos.1). Make sure that the grease nipple
(Pos.19) of the swing arm is facing downwards. For fastening use M16x130 bolt
(Pos.23), Ø16 mm washer (Pos.26) and M16 nyloc nut (Pos.29). Before tightening the
swing-arm mounting bolt, fix it position with bolt fixing plate (Pos.8) by attaching it
to the axle with M6x16 bolt (Pos.20) and Ø6 mm washer (Pos.24).

Samm 3 Paigaldage raami toru (Pos.2) sillatala külge. Jälgige, et raami torus olev tapiava (tiisli
toru kinnitusava) (drawbar mounting hole) oleks maapinna suhtes vertikaalselt ja
asuks haagise esiosa (FRONT) pool! Kui kasutate haagist metsaveo haagisena
paigutage sillatala võimalikult veetava koorma keskele. Kui kasutate haagist koos
veokastiga on sillatala õige asukoht 1085 mm raamitoru esiservast. Fikseerige raami
toru asend M12x30 poltidega (Pos.21) ja lukustage poldid M12 mutritega (Pos.27).
Step 3 Install frame tube (Pos.2) to axle beam. Make sure that the pin hole (drawbar
mounting hole) in the frame tube is vertical to ground and is on the front side of
trailer! If you are using the trailer as timber trailer then place the axle beam in the
middle of the expected load to be carried. If you use trailer with a cargo box, the
position of the axle beam is 1085 mm from the front edge of the frame tube. Secure
frame tube position with M12x30 bolts (Pos.21) and lock the bolts with M12 nuts
(Pos.27).

Samm 4 Paigaldage tagumine kandur (Pos.4) raami toru peale selliselt, et kanduri tagumine
serv oleks raami toru servaga tasa. Jälgige, et veokasti kinnitusavad (cargo box
mounting holes) oleksid haagise tagaosa (REAR) pool! Kinnitamiseks kasutage 70x70
U-polte (Pos.7), Ø10 mm seibe (Pos.25) ja M10 nyloc mutreid (Pos.28).
Step 4 Install rear carrier (Pos.4) to frame tube so that the edge of the carrier is equal to edge
of the frame tube. Make sure that cargo box mounting holes are on the rear side of the
trailer. For fastening use 70x70 U-bolts (Pos.7), Ø10 mm washers (Pos.25) and M10
nyloc nuts (Pos.28).
