EESTI KEEL
1. SISSEJUHATUS
Täname, et olete valinud Iron Baltic toote. Juhendist leiate haagise OFFROAD 500 ja selle külge
paigaldatava lisavarustuse tehnilised andmed ning juhised komplekteerimiseks, ohutuks töötamiseks ja
hoolduseks. Haagise otstarbevastane kasutamine võib kaasa tuua majanduslikku kahju ja tekitada
inimestele kehavigastusi, mistõttu on väga oluline, et toodet kasutav isik loeks juhendi läbi ja kasutaks
toodet nõuetekohaselt. Toote mis tahes väärkasutus vabastab tootja vastutusest tekkinud kahjustuste ja
kulude hüvitamise eest. Tootja ei vastuta ega hüvita kulusid kahjustuste eest, mis on tekkinud toote
mistahes valesti kasutamisest.
MÄRKUS: Kõik juhendis toodud fotod ja illustratsioonid ei pruugi kujutada tingimata tegelikke

2. OHUTUSJUHISED
Enamik õnnetustest juhtuvad hooletuse või ettevaatamatuse tõttu. Vältige õnnetusi ja järgige allpool toodud
ohutusjuhiseid.
Sõiduk ja selle külge haagitud haagis moodustavad koos pika töömasina millega on keeruline manööverdada,
mistõttu väikestel ja kitsastel aladel on töötamine raskendatud.
VÄLJAÕPE
•Lugege põhjalikult ohutusjuhiseid ja kasutustingimusi. Veenduge, et
olete võimeline sõidukit ja haagist ohutult kasutama.
•Ärge kunagi lubage sõidukit ega haagist kasutada lastel.
•Sõidukit ega haagist ei tohi kasutada joobes olles või ravimite mõju all,
mis mõjutavad taju ja/või reaktsiooni.
•Jälgige, et tööpiirkonnas ei viibiks inimesi, eriti väikelapsi ja loomi.
•Arvestage, et paigaldatud haagis muudab sõiduki juhitavust ja
manööverdamisomadusi.
KEELATUD TOIMINGUD
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist liiga järskudel kallakutel.
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist, kui kõik kinnituselemendid ei ole korralikult kinnitatud.
•Keelatud on kasutada haagist enne, kui olete kogu kasutusjuhendi hoolikalt läbi lugenud.
•Keelatud on sõita sõidukiga, mille külge on paigaldatud haagis, kiiremini kui 20 km/h, või vastavalt
veomasina tootja soovitustele (väiksem on määrav).
•Keelatud on vedada haagisel inimesi.
•Keelatud on haagise külge monteerida lisaseadmeid, mida tootja ei ole heaks kiitnud.
KOHUSTUSLIKUD TOIMINGUD
•Järgige kõiki ATV tootja esitatud juhiseid.
•Kasutage sõidukiga töötamisel alati nõuetekohast kaitsevarustust (kiiver jms)
•Veenduge, et kõik kõrvalseisjad on töötamise ajal ohutus kauguses.
•Puhastage tööpiirkond võimalikest ohtlikest elementidest.
•Jälgige, et kõik ohutuskleebised oleksid heas seisukorras –vajadusel vahetage kahjustatud kleebised
uute vastu välja.
•Valige alati olukorrale sobiv kiirus. Vähendage kiirust, kui töötate mäeküljel või ebaühtlasel maastikul.
•Olge pidurdamisel ja pööramisel ettevaatlik.
•Järgige haagise lubatud koormusi.
•Koorma haagis selliselt, et veokuulile mõjuv jõud ei ületaks 60 kg või veomasina tootja soovitusi.
•Alati tuleb tagada sõiduki ohutu teelpüsivus ja kasutada selleks vastavaid tarvikuid (ketid,
vasturaskused jms)
•Jaga haagise koorem võimalikult ühtlaselt (rasked esemed on soovitatav asetada keskele telje kohale).
•Jälgige alati, et kõik komponendid oleks korrektselt paigaldatud
•Kontrollige pärast esimest töötundi poltide pingsust. Hiljem tehke seda iga kümne töötunni järel.
•Töö lõpetamisel peatage sõiduki mootor, aktiveerige seisupidur
•Haagise lahti haakimise ajal ei tohi kastis olla koormat.

3. OHUTUSKLEEBISED
Ohutuskleebised peavad asetsema Teie haagise peal. Kui mõni neist kleebistest puudub või on
kahjustada saanud, võtke ühendust edasimüüjaga, et asendada puuduvad kleebised enne haagise
kasutamist uutega.
Ohutuskleebiste tähendused
Maksimaalne lubatud sõidukiirus 20 km/h!
Maksimaalne lubatud kandevõime 500 kg!
Keelatud on haagisel vedada inimesi!
Keelatud on liigelda kallakutel üle 15°!
Kasti langetamisel jälgi, et jäsemed ei jääks kasti ja raami vahele!
Koorma maha kallutamisel jälgi ümbrust ja veendu ohutuses!

4. TOOTE KIRJELDUS
Iron Baltic OFFROAD 500 on ATV või UTV külge haagitav ja ennast praktikas õigustanud
vastupidava konstruktsiooniga haagis, mis on mõeldud kuni 500 kg koorma vedamiseks.
Haagis on mõeldud kasutamiseks ATV ja UTV-ga maastikul, kuid seda saab järgi haakida kõikidele
50 mm veokuuliga sõidukitele. Haagis ei põhjusta maastikule märkimisväärseid kahjustusi ning
sellega saab puude vahel kergesti manööverdada, võimaldades juurdepääsu kohtadesse, kuhu suured
traktorid ja muud veomasinad ei pääse.
Veokasti esi ja tagaluuk on eemaldatavad ning lisana on võimalik veokastile lisada ka kõrgendused
(89.2000), mis võimaldavad vedada ka ülegabariidilisi koormaid. Veokasti kallutamine on võimalik
lisavarustusena gaasiamordi abil või elektro-hüdraulilise silindriga.

5. KASUTUSJUHEND
•Enne toote kasutamist lugege läbi ohutusjuhised!
•Enne sõitu kontrollige haakepea kinnitust tiisli külge.
•Enne sõitu veenduge, et kõik liikuvad osad on nõuetekohaselt kinnitatud ja/või lukustatud.
•Enne sõitu kontrollige, kas veokuul on kindlalt haakepea haardes (haakeseadise indikaatoris
on näha lukustuse seisund).
•Enne sõitu kontrollige rehvide seisukorda ja rehvirõhku (täpne soovitatav rõhk on kirjas rehvi
küljel). Vajadusel asenda rehvid AINULT tootjapoolt ettenähtud rehvidega!
•Enne sõitu kontrollige ratta poltide pingsust.
•Koorma haagis ühtlaselt, arvesta täismassi ja, et veokuulile mõjuv jõud ei ületaks 60 kg või
vastava veomasina soovitust (väiksem on määrav). Jälgi et koorem ei ulataks üle haagise
külgede.
•Jälgige, et koorem ei ulatuks üle haagise külgede.
•Suurim lubatud kiirus haagist vedades on 20 km/h, või vastava veomasina soovitus (väiksem
on määrav).
•Veenduge, et kasti klambrid oleks enne koorma laadimist lukustatud.
•Veokastist koorma kallutamiseks avage kasti klamber ning tõstke kasti.
6. HOOLDUS
•Pärast haagise kasutamist, peske see hoolikalt. Suurema mustuse eemaldamiseks kasutage
voolavat vett. Haagise pesuks sobib väga hästi autopesuvahend.
•Haagise ratta vahetust teostada ainult horisontaalsel kõval pinnasel, asetades tungraua silla
raami vertikaalse toru otsa alla.
•Kui haakeseade toimib raskesti, tuleb seda määrida haakeseadmel näidatud kohtadest (v.t.
allolev skeem) või pöörduda tootja või tema volitatud esindaja poole.

7. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Iron Baltic product. This manual contains specifications for the trailer
OFFROAD 500, as well as instructions for product assembly, safe operation and maintenance.
Unnecessary use of the trailer can result economic damage and personal injury, so it is very important
that the person who using the product read and use this manual in accordance with the requirements.
Any misuse of the product will release the manufacturer from liability for any damage or expense
incurred.
NOTE: Photos and drawings in this manual may not necessarily depict the actual models of trailer or
their accessories. They are merely given as a frame of reference and are based on the latest available
information at the time of publication.
This symbol is used throughout the manual and on warning signs in order to
warn users of the potential for serious injury. Before using the vehicle and
trailer, carefully read the safety instructions and make sure that you have
understood them. Follow all instructions and ensure that everyone who uses
the equipment follows them!
Keep this manual for future reference.

8. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Most accidents occur due to negligence or carelessness. Avoid accidents and follow the safety instructions given
below.
The ATV together with the trailer hitched to it form a long working machine, which is not easy to manoeuvre;
therefore, operating in small and narrow areas can be a complicated task.
TRAINING
•Read thoroughly the safety instructions and terms of use.
•Never allow children to operate the vehicle or the trailer. Never allow
adult persons to operate the vehicle or the trailer if they have not
received the proper training
•Neither the vehicle nor the trailer can be used while drunk or under the
influence of drugs that affect perception and/or reaction.
•Do not allow bystanders, children or animals into the work zone.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
•Never operate the trailer on overly steep slopes.
•Never operate the trailer without all the protective parts properly
installed.
•Do not operate the trailer before you have carefully read the whole operation manual.
•Never drive faster than 20km/h, or what the vehicle manufacturer recommends (the lower speed must
be observed).
•Never carry any passenger on the trailer.
•It is forbidden to mount attachments to the trailer that are not approved by the manufacturer
MANDATORY ACTIONS
•Follow all the instructions of the ATV manufacturer.
•Always use proper protective equipment (helmet etc.) when using the vehicle.
•Make sure that bystanders are moved to a safe distance when operating the trailer.
•Make sure that all of the safety stickers are in good condition. Replace damaged stickers as required.
•Reduce the speed of the ATV when working on a hillside or uneven terrain.
•Be careful when braking.
•The load to the ATV hitch ball should not exceed 60kg, or the weight specified by the manufacturer of
the vehicle (the lower weight must be observed).
•The safe road-steadiness of the vehicle must always be ensured by using the correct accessories for the
task in hand (chains, counterbalances, etc).
•Distribute the load on the trailer as evenly as possible (place heavy pieces to the centre, on the axle).
•Always check that all components are properly installed.
•Check and tighten the bolts after the first working hour and then after every ten working hours.
•When unhooking the trailer, make sure there is no load on the trailer
MAKE SURE THAT THE TRAILER IS IN PERFECT WORKING CONDITION AND THAT
THE TOWING COUPLING HEAD IS PROPERLY ATTACHED TO THE ATV HITCH BALL.
IF SOMETHING HAPPENS DURING THE WORK THAT COULD DAMAGE THE
PRODUCT, AN INSPECTION OF THE DEVICE MUST BE CARRIED OUT TO IDENTIFY
POSSIBLE DAMAGE. DAMAGE (CRACKS IN CONSTRUCTION OR WELDS, DEFORMED
PARTS) CAN ENDANGER PROPERTY AND HUMAN HEALTH. THE DEVICE MUST NOT
BE USED BEFORE THE DAMAGE IS REMOVED.

9. SAFETY LABELS
The safety labels shall be present on your trailer. If any of those labels is absent or gets damaged,
contact your dealer in order to install new labels in place of the absent ones before operating the
machine.
Meaning of safety labels
Maximum permitted speed 20 km / h!
Maximum load capacity 500 kg!
Never carry any passenger on the trailer!
It is forbidden to drive slopes over 15°!
When lowering the box, ensure that the limbs do not fall between the box and
the frame!
Trace the surroundings when tilting the load and make sure it is safe!
Read the manual before use!

10.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Iron Baltic OFFROAD 500 is a durable trailer that can be attached to the ATV or UTV and carry
up to 500 kg load.
The trailer is designed for ATVs and UTVs to be used off-road but can be towed with any other
vehicle equipped with a 50 mm hitch ball. Trailer does not cause notable damage to the terrain and can
be easily manoeuvre between trees, allowing access to places where large tractors are not accessible.
Cargo box is designed for transporting various goods and materials. The front and rear panels of the
box are removable and in addition, it is possible to add side extensions (89.2000) to the cargo box
which allows to transport oversized loads. Tilting of the cargo box is possible as an option with gas
shock or electro-hydraulic cylinder.

11.USER GUIDE
•Read the safety instructions before driving!
•Check tow coupling connection to the tow beam before ride.
•Before ride, check all removable accessories are secured and locked.
•Before ride, check is the towing coupling securely connected with tow ball (check the
indicator on tow coupling)
•Before ride, check tire condition and pressure (the exact tire pressure is marked on the side of
the tire). If needed change the tires. Use only tires specified by the trailer manufacturer.
•Before ride, check tension of the wheel bolts.
•Load the trailer evenly and in such way that the centre of the load is as close to the axle as
possible.
•When loading take into account the capacity of the trailer and that the load to the ATV hitch
ball should not exceed 60kg, or the weight specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle (lower
weight must be observed). Make sure that the load cannot exceed of the trailer’s sides.
•The highest speed when transporting a load is 20km/h, or what the vehicle manufacturer
recommends (the lower speed must be observed).
•Make sure that the box clamp is locked before loading the load.
•To tilt the load from the cargo box, apply the ATV parking brake, open the box clamp and lift
the box.
12.MAINTENANCE
•Always wash the trailer after use. To remove most of the dirt, use running water. Usual car
shampoo can be used for washing the trailer.
•Only change trailer tire on flat and hard surface, by placing jack stand under the vertical axle
beam corner.
•If the tow coupling moves difficultly, add oil to places showed on the diagram or contact
manufacturer or licenced reseller.

Samm 7 Paigaldage kasti luugid (Pos.8). Paigaldamiseks avage luugi küljes olevad riivlukustid
tõmmates neid luugi keskosa poole. Asetage luuk kasti külge selliselt, et riivlukustid
asetseksid kasti ülaosas olevate avadega kohakuti. Vabastage riivlukustid ja
kontrollige, et need oleksid kastis olevates avades ja lõpuni lukustatud. Luugi alumise
osa lukustamiseks kasutage kasti küljes olevad luugi lukusteid.
Step 7 Install the hatches to the cargo box (Pos.8). To install, pull the latches towards to the
center of the hatch. Place the hatch to the box so that the latches align with the holes in
the top of the cargo box. Release the latches and check that they are fully locked in the
holes in the box. Lock the lower part of the hatch with the hatch locks on the box.
