WARNINGS
• Attention: the camera supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. It does NOT support 5GHz band
• The camera is not waterproof, so it is not suitable for outdoor installations. It is an electronic device. It is
recommended to protect the camera and the power cable (the power plug does not have an IP protection
rating, so it must be 100% protected to avoid short circuits).
• The warranty will not cover damage due to water infiltration inside.
• In the event that the camera is in areas subject to significant changes in light / brightness, it will be necessary
to wait a few seconds for the image to return perfectly, the time necessary for the automatic recovery of the
light sensitivity. If the camera is oriented from a dark area towards highly luminous areas, the shooting of
those areas may appear very blurry and white, but also with a green color tone. It is not a defect but a
peculiarity of the built-in IR LEDs that will tend to activate as the twilight sensor inside the camera will start
working. It will therefore be necessary to orient the camera in another way. Also bear in mind that the camera
in the dark will shoot in black/white.
• If you have not used the system for a long time, disconnect the camera power supply.
• Do not cut the power supply cord of the unit to adapt it to another power source.
• Check that the power supply and the cable coming out of it are not damaged; otherwise, disconnect the
power supply and contact your dealer for replacement with an equivalent model.

DESCRIPTION
MICRO SD CARD
To make the recordings, please put the micro SD card (max. 64GB) into the camera when it is in off. After
adding the camera to the mobile app, please access to the settings to reset the SD and set the recording mode
(24h or in case of motion alarm).
FIRST INSTALLATION
Turn on the camera and wait it to complete the start-up procedure; at the end of the procedure, the camera
will emit a "ding ding ding" sound.
Please, proceed to connect the camera to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router using Hey Smart app.
HEY SMART APP
Download and install the HEY Smart app from Apple and/or Google stores
Note: Select your country, enter the email and complete the account registration. At the end of the
registration, you can make the login (mail / password). Please, make sure to connect your smartphone to the
2.4GHz Wi-Fi modem to which you want to connect the camera.

Note 1: The QR code must be placed in front of the camera at a distance of 15-20 cm. The camera will issue
a confirmation beep once connection has been made.
Note 2: Cloud Storage is not free.

PUSH ON MOTION ALARM
In the camera settings is possible to enable the motion detection. When the camera triggers, you will receive
a push notification. In addition, on the app, you can view all notifications with related snapshots.
SD MEMORY CARD SETTINGS AND RECORDING ACCESS
By accessing the camera settings, you can check the capacity of the inserted micro SD card, recording mode
(continuous or on motion event), format it.
In the main view (commands), you can access the recordings simply by selecting the date.
Note: The recording files have .MEDIA extension. You can view them e.g using VLC player with a PC.

RESET FACTORY SETTINGS
To reset to factory settings, you must delete the camera from the app by accessing the settings camera. When
it restarts, the camera will again issue the "ding ding ding" awaiting association.
ASSOCIATION WITH AMAZON ALEXA
Access the skills from the alexa app, search Smart Life and connect your account. Once the connection is
established, ask Alexa to search all devices to add them.

ASSOCIATION WITH GOOGLE HOME
Make the Log in to the Google Home app, search Smart Life and connect your account.
Once learned, you can ask: "Alexa, show me <Camera Name>", "Hey Google, show me <Camera Name>"
Important: The camera display requires monitor supports (eg Amazon Echo spot or smart TV using Google
Chromecast).

PC CONNECTION: FIND A NETWORK CAMERA WITH WISEETOOL.EXE
The camera has the DHCP function active, this means that it has no IP address. By connecting the camera to
the router via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi (via App), it will receive a free IP address from the router, without
creating conflicts with other devices on the network. To be able to contact it from Browser (IE or Chrome) it
is necessary to know which IP address has acquired from the router.
Start WiseeTool.exe (available into the CD) with a double click. The program does not require installation.
Search and change the IP of the room on the WiseeTool network
1. Start WiseeTool.exe,
2. Select Refresh to search for cameras already connected to the router.
3. Select the room found on the network
4. On the right side we can see the IP address of the room. If necessary, change the network parameters.
5. Enter the Username and Password (admin, admin)
6. Confirm the changes made with Setting
Input in the WebBrowser (IE, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) this:
http://ip_address:9527 , enter the default User name and Password (admin, admin) and Select OK/Login.
