Warranty
IVT tools are intended only for do-it-yourself activities. We
guarantee that IVT tools are in accordance with statutory/
country-specic regulations (proof of purchase by invoice or
delivery note). The warranty is not valid for consumables and
accessories which partly belong to the scope of supplies.
The warranty cannot be invoked in the following cases:
1. normal wear of mechanisms and components which have a
limited life;
2. maintenance and replacement of hardware parts that wears
quickly (carbon brushes, cutting tools, gearwheels);
3. overloads or loads which are too extensive and may lead
to: simultaneous failure of one or more hardware parts which•
are functionally connected with the system;
burning, charring, melting due to excessive internal•
temperatures of the hardware (heating elements, switches,
wiring, housings);
4. mechanical damage or presence of foreign objects in the
tool;
5. commercial use;
6. use of purposes not mentioned in this instruction manual;
7. dismantling and repair work not carried out by IVT
specialist.
8. defects in the tool caused by improper use, inappropriate
operatingormaintenanceprocedures,any use not in accordance
with the printed material provided, abnormal environmental or
electric conditions.
Gewährleistung
Die IVT Geräte sind nur für das Haushaltarbeit vorbestimmt.
Benutzer muss die Bedienungsanleitung für die Geräte der
Firma. IVT ist eine Gewährleistung entsprechend den Gesetzen
und spezischen Besonderheiten jedes Landes vorgesehen (die
Faktura oder der Abgabeschein gilt als einen Beweis des Kaufs).
Diese Gewährleistung ist nicht für Verbrauchsmaterialien und
Zubehör geeignet, die teilweise in den Lieferumfang enthalten
sind.
Garantie gilt nicht bei den nächsten Fällen:
1. bei dem Langzeitverschleiß der Mechanismen und Bauteile,
die begrenzte Leistungsfähigkeitsperiode haben;
2. bei der Vorbeugung und dem Einsatz der Verschleißteile
(Kohlebürsten, Zahnräder);
3. bei der Überlastung und der intensiven Ausnutzung, deren
Folgen sind:
gleichzeitiges Versagen von einem oder mehreren•
funktionell verbundenen Bauteilen oder Baugruppen
Verbrennen, Verkohlung, Nachschmelzen unter der hohen•
Temperatur der Bauteile (Heizkörper, Schalter, Leitungsdraht,
Gehäuse);
4. wenn mechanische Fehler, Fremdkörpern gefunden sind;
5. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem Produktions- und Industieziel
ausgenutzt worden ist;
6. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem nicht von dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung geeignetem Ziel ausgenutzt worden ist;
7. wenn das Werkzeug nicht von den Fachleute von IVT
geönet, repariert worden ist.
8. bei der Beschädigungen des Gerätes nach
dem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Bedienungs- und
Betriebsordnungübertretung, bei der Nichtbefolgung
der Vorschriften, bei dem Gebrauch im abnormelen
Umweltbedienungen oder Elektrischebedienungen.

розетки) вследствие высоких внутренних температур;
4. Механическое повреждение, присутствие посторонних
предметов в инструменте;
5. Коммерческое использование;
6. Использование для целей, не предусмотренных
настоящей инструкцией по эксплуатации;
7. Разборка и ремонт, выполненные не специалистами IVT.
8. Повреждения инструмента в результате ненадлежащего
использования, нарушения порядка эксплуатации или
обслуживания, несоблюдения письменных указаний,
эксплуатации в аномальных условиях окружающей среды
или электрических условиях.

Gwarancja
Narzędzia IVT są przeznaczone tylko do użytku prywatnego.
Dla instrumentu IVT jest przewidziana gwarancja odpowiednio
do praw i specycznych właściwości każdego kraju (dowodem
spełnienia kupna jest faktura albo fracht). Gwarancja nie
rozpowszechnia się na dodatkowe materiały i narzędzia, które
częściowo wchodzą do dostarczonego kompletu.
Gwarancja nie działa w następnych wypadkach:
1. Naturalnego zniszczenia mechanizmów i węzłów, które
mają ograniczony okres przydatności do pracy;
2. Prolaktyki i zamiany szybko zniszczalnych detali (szczotki
węglowe, koła zębate);
3. Przeładunku lub wykorzystania w trybie intensywnym,
skutkiem których jest:
jednoczesne złamanie jednego lub więcej funkcjonalnie•
związanych detali oraz węzłow;
spalanie się, zwęglanie, topienie się pod wpływem•
wysokiej temperatury wewnętrznej detali (elementy
grzejne, przyciski, druty, korpusy);
4. Mechanicznych obrażeń, zaistnienia w środku przedmiotów
obcych;
5. Wykorzystania w celach wytwórczych lub przemysłowych;
6. Wykorzystania w celach, nie przewidzianych przez niniejszą
instrukcję;
7. Otwarcia, remontu, który był zrobiony nie fachowcem IVT.
8. Uszkodzenia instrumentu wskutek użycia w sposób
niewłaściwy, naruszenia sposobu eksploatacji albo obsługi,
nieprzestrzegania wskazań pisemnych, eksploatacji w
anomalnych warunkach środowiska przyrodniczego albo
warunkach elektrycznych.

работ. Для iнструменты IVT прадугледжана гарантыя ў
адпаведнасціззаконамііспецыфічныміасаблівасцямікожнай
краіны (доказам здзяйснення пакупкі з’яўляецца рахунак-
фактура або накладная). Гарантыя не распаўсюджваецца
на расходныя матэрыялы і прыналежнасці, якія часткова
ўваходзяць у камплект пастаўкі.
Гарантыя не дзейнічае ў наступных выпадках:
1. натуральнага зносу механізмаў і вузлоў, якія маюць
абмежаваны перыяд працаздольнасці;
2. прафілактыкі і замены быстразношваючыхся дэталяў
(вугальныя шчоткі, шасцярня);
3. перагрузкі або інтэнсіўнага выкарыстання, вынікам якіх
з’яўляюцца:
адначасовы выхад са строю аднаго або больш•
функцыянальна звязаных дэталяў і вузлоў;
згарання, асмальвання, аплаўлення пад уздзеяннем•
высокай унутранай тэмпературы дэталяў (награвальныя
элементы, кнопкі, правады, корпусы);
4. механічных пашкоджанняў, наяўнасці ўнутры
іншародных прадметаў;
5. выкарыстання ў вытворчых або прамысловых мэтах;
6. выкарыстання ў мэтах, не прадугледжаных дадзенай
інструкцыяй;
7. раскрыцця, рамонту, які быў зроблены не спецыялістамі
IVT
8. Пашкоджанні інструмента ў выніку неналежнага
выкарыстання, парушэнні парадку эксплуатацыі або
абслугоўвання, невыканання пісьмовых указанняў,
эксплуатацыі ў анамальных умовах навакольнага асяроддзя
або электрычных умовах.
Гарантія
Інструменти IVT призначені тільки для виконання побутових
робіт. Для електроінструмента IVT передбачена гарантія
відповідно до законів і специфічні особливості кожної
країни. Підтвердженням є гарантійний талон!
Гарантія не поширюється на витратні матеріали та приладдя,
які частково входять в комплект поставки.
Гарантійне обслуговування не здійснюється у випадках:
1. Природного зносу механізмів та вузлів, що мають
обмежений період працездатності;
2. Профілактики і заміни швидкозношуваних деталей
(вугільні щітки, шестірні);
3. Перевантаження або інтенсивного використання,
наслідком яких є:
одночасний вихід з ладу одного або більше•
функціонально пов’язаних деталей і вузлів;
згоряння, обвуглювання, розплавлення під впливом•
високої внутрішньої температури деталей (нагрівальні
елементи, кнопки, проводи, корпуси);
4. механічних пошкоджень, наявності всередині сторонніх
предметів;
5. використання у виробничих або промислових цілях;
6. використання в цілях, не передбачених цією
інструкцією;
7. розтину, ремонту, який був зроблений не фахівцями IVT.
8. Пошкодження інструменту в результаті неналежного
використання, порушення порядку експлуатації або
обслуговування, недотримання письмових вказівок,
експлуатації в аномальних умовах навколишнього
середовища або електричних умовах.

Gli strumenti IVT sono progettati per il solo utilizzo hobbistico
e per il fai-da-te. Il team IVT garantisce che i nostri prodotti
sono conformi ai regolamenti specici per i Paesi in cui sono
commercializzati (a prova dell’acquisto è necessaria la fattura
o la bolla di consegna). La garanzia non è valida per i beni di
consumo che fanno parte del campo degli accessori.
La garanzia non può essere rivendicata nei seguenti casi:
1. normale usura dei meccanismi e degli assemblaggi, che
hanno una vita limitata;
2. per la manutenzione o la sostituzione di parti di consumo

Narzędzia IVT są przeznaczone tylko do użytku prywatnego.
Dla instrumentu IVT jest przewidziana gwarancja odpowiednio
do praw i specycznych właściwości każdego kraju (dowodem
spełnienia kupna jest faktura albo fracht). Gwarancja nie
rozpowszechnia się na dodatkowe materiały i narzędzia, które
częściowo wchodzą do dostarczonego kompletu.
Gwarancja nie działa w następnych wypadkach:
1. Naturalnego zniszczenia mechanizmów i węzłów, które
mają ograniczony okres przydatności do pracy;
2. Prolaktyki i zamiany szybko zniszczalnych detali (szczotki
węglowe, koła zębate);
3. Przeładunku lub wykorzystania w trybie intensywnym,
skutkiem których jest:
jednoczesne złamanie jednego lub więcej funkcjonalnie•
związanych detali oraz węzłow;
spalanie się, zwęglanie, topienie się pod wpływem•
wysokiej temperatury wewnętrznej detali (elementy
grzejne, przyciski, druty, korpusy);
4. Mechanicznych obrażeń, zaistnienia w środku przedmiotów
obcych;
5. Wykorzystania w celach wytwórczych lub przemysłowych;
6. Wykorzystania w celach, nie przewidzianych przez niniejszą
instrukcję;
7. Otwarcia, remontu, który był zrobiony nie fachowcem IVT.
8. Uszkodzenia instrumentu wskutek użycia w sposób
niewłaściwy, naruszenia sposobu eksploatacji albo obsługi,
nieprzestrzegania wskazań pisemnych, eksploatacji w
anomalnych warunkach środowiska przyrodniczego albo
warunkach elektrycznych.

8. Пашкоджанні інструмента ў выніку неналежнага
выкарыстання, парушэнні парадку эксплуатацыі або
абслугоўвання, невыканання пісьмовых указанняў,
эксплуатацыі ў анамальных умовах навакольнага асяроддзя
або электрычных умовах.
Гарантія
Інструменти IVT призначені тільки для виконання побутових
робіт. Для електроінструмента IVT передбачена гарантія
відповідно до законів і специфічні особливості кожної

Гарантія не поширюється на витратні матеріали та приладдя,

Гарантійне обслуговування не здійснюється у випадках:

že nástroje spoločnosti IVT vyhovujú určitým v každej krajine
štandardom (dokladom o kúpe je faktúra alebo dodací list).

react. Do not use this tool in any of these situations.
Make sure that all the protective devices (if present) are•
tted and are in good condition.
Never operate the tool with defective safety devices or•
guards (if present), or without safety devices in place.
Inspect the entire tool to look for loose parts (e.g. nuts, bolts,•
screws, etc.) and for any damage. Check at frequent intervals if
screws and bolts (if present) are properly tight to be sure the
equipment is in safe working condition. Repair or replace them,
if necessary, before using the tool. Serious injury to the operator
and to the bystanders could result if there’s any damage to the
tool.
While using the tool, dress properly. Do not wear loose•
clothing or jewellery that could become caught by the tool.
Wear suitable working clothes. It is recommended that legs and
feet are covered, to protect them from eventual ying debris.
Do not work barefoot or wearing open sandals. Long air should
be tided back.
Keep handles and grips dry, clean and free from oil and•
grease.
Use proper protective equipment. Use safety glasses•
and safety gloves. Also use a dust mask during pulverulent
operations or if exhaust gases are present. When necessary, use
also non-slipping boots or shoes, hardhat and earplugs. If the
noise level exceeds 85 dB(A), ear protection is obligatory.

the tool.
Do not start to use the tool if it is in an inverted position or it•

The use of an RCD or other circuit breaker unit does not
release the operator from the safety instructions and safe
working practices given in this manual.
The main voltage must correspond to the one marked•
on the labels and on this manual. Do not use other sources of
power.
Before inserting the plug in the main socket, make sure that•
the socket ratings are correct and correspond to those indicated
on the rating label on the appliance.
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes,•
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. This increases risk of electric
shock if your body is grounded.
CAUTION
Touching electried parts may cause death by electric shock
or burn.
Never move the appliance by pulling at the cables.•
Do not abuse the cord. Keep it away from heat, oil, sharp•
edges or moving parts.
Always guide the connection line safely.•

Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply•

CAUTION
The appliance should always be switched o at the mains

To avoid danger, damaged power cord should be replaced•

Immediately unplug the tool when its cable is damaged or•
cut.
ATTENTION

and dry. Try to prevent the device from getting wet or being

When tool is used outdoor, only use an extension cable that•
is suitable for outdoor use and which is marked for this specic
use. Keep it away from the working area, from damp, wet or oily
surfaces and away from heat and ammable materials.
Avoid any accidental starting: make sure that the power•
switch (if present) is in the o position, before plugging the
tool in.
Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool•
on.
Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn the tool on•
or o. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
WARNING
During the use of power tools, some dust containing chemicals
known to cause cancer, may occur. Some of these chemicals are:
lead from lead based paints, crystalline silica from bricks and
cement and other masonry products, arsenic and chromium
fromchemically treated lumber and otherdangerous products.If
dust is present, your risk from these exposures varies, depending
on how often you do this type of work.To reduce your exposure
to these chemicals, any time you do pulverulent operations,
work in a well ventilated area and work with approved safety
equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to
lter out microscopic particles.
If the appliance strikes a foreign body, examine the device•
for signs of damage and carry out any necessary repairs before
restarting and continuing to work.
If the appliance starts to vibrate abnormally, turn it o•
and check for the cause immediately. Vibration is generally a
warning of trouble.
Always switch o the appliance and wait until the device•
completely stops whenever you leave the machine, before
carrying out maintenance, before checking, cleaning or working
on the appliance.
It is forbidden to move or modify any of the internal parts•
of the device.
Specic safety rules
Make sure that all devices mounted on the saw blade are in•
perfect working order.
Make sure that the saw blade is set correctly.•
Do not use steel HSS blades which do not meet the•
specications stated in this manual.
Before sawing, remove all nails and other metal objects•
from the workpiece.
Never start sawing before the saw reaches its full speed.•
The circular saw may be removed from the workplace only•
after it is switched o and the cutting blade has stopped.
Never try to slow the saw blade down by exerting pressure•
on the side.
Make sure that the diameter of the internal ange lug•
corresponds with the internal hole of the saw blade.
Use only sharp, awless saw blades. Replace immediately•
cracked, bent or dull saw blades.
Direction of the arrow on the cutting blade must always•
match the direction of the arrow on the circular saw protective
case.
Any removal of circular saw guard devices before sawing is•
forbidden.
While sawing small workpieces that are too light to be•
securely positioned under their own weight, clamping devices
must be used.
Any sawing of asbestos-containing workpieces is•
forbidden.
Under no circumstances do not touch the rotating cutting•
blade with your hands.
Do not operate the circular saw overhead.•
Do not block the movable protective case, do not allow it•
to become clogged with sawdust. Should it be the case, please
stop the circular saw and do not resume its operation until the
malfunction is xed.
Keep hands away from cutting area and the blade. Keep•
your second hand on auxiliary handle, or motor housing.
Never hold piece being cut in your hands or across your leg.•
Secure the workpiece to stable platform.
Check guard for proper closing before each use.•
If blade get jammed, or when interrupting a cut for any reason,
release the trigger and hold the saw motionless in the material
until the blade comes to a complete stop. Never attempt to
remove the saw from the work or pull the saw backward while
the blade is in motion or kickback may occur.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure that all components are
included. Refer to the drawings on this manual. If any parts are
missing or broken, please call IVT assistance center.
Causes and operator prevention of the
kickback
Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound or1.
misaligned saw blade, causing the uncontrolled saw to lift up
and out of the work piece toward the operator.
When the blade is pinched or bound tightly by the kerfs2.
closing down, the blade stalls and the motor reaction drives the
unit rapidly back toward the operator.
If the blade becomes twisted or misaligned in the cut, the3.
teeth at the back edge of the blade can dig into the top surface
of the wood, causing the blade to climb out of the kerfs and
jump back toward the operator.
Kickback is the result of the tool misuse and/or incorrect4.
operating procedures or conditions and can be avoided by
taking proper precautions as given below:
Maintain a rm grip with both hands on the saw and•
position your body and arms to allow you to resist kickback
forces, which can be controlled by the operator by taking proper
precautions.
When the blade is binding or interrupting a cut for any•
reason, release the trigger and hold the saw motionless in the

material until the blade completely stops.
Never attempt to remove the saw from the work piece or•
pull the saw backward while the blade is in motion or kickback
may occur.
Investigate and take corrective action to eliminate the cause•
of blade binding.
Wet lumber, green lumber or pressure treated lumber•
require special attention during cutting operation, to prevent
kickback.
Avoid cutting nails. Inspect and remove all nails from lumber•
before cutting.
When you restart a saw in a work piece, center the saw blade•
in the kerfs and check the saw teeth are not engaged into the
material. If the saw blade is binding, it may walk up or kickback
from the work piece as the saw is restarted.
Support large panels to minimize the risk of blade pinching•
and kickback. Large panels tend to sag under their own weight.
Supports must be placed under the panel on both sides, near
the line of cut and near the edge of the panel.
Do not use dulled or damaged blade.•
Unsharpened or improperly set blades produce narrow•
kerfs, causing excessive friction, blade binding and kickback.
Blade depth and bevel adjusting locking knobs must be•
tight and secure before cutting. If blade adjustment shifts while
cutting, it may cause binding and kickback.
Using the saw with an excessive cutting depth, increases•
loading on the unit and susceptibility to twisting of the blade in
the kerfs. It also increases the surface area of the blade available
for pinching under conditions of kerfs close down.
Use extra caution when making a• pocket cut into existing
walls or other blind areas. The protruding blade may cut objects
that can cause kickback.
Installation and adjustment of circular
saw elements
CAUTION
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it must be
disconnected from the mains.
Replacement of saw blade
Put the tool on the end of the electric motor case.1.
While holding the outer ange (13)2.
with the pin-spanner (19), unscrew the
saw blade xing bolt (12) with the help of the spanner (18).
Shift the movable safety guard (11) so that it is completely3.
inserted into the protective case (4); it shall be done in order to
draw out the saw blade (10) freely. [F1]
Replace the saw blade (10). When mounting the cutting4.
blade (10) please make sure that the diameter of the seat bore
matches the diameter of the ridge on the inner ange (21).
Return the movable safety guard (11) into the home5.
position: teeth of the safety blade (10) must be completely
encased into the movable safety guard (11).
Mount the outer ange (13) (the groove on the outer ange6.
(13) must be set towards the cutting blade) and, while holding it
with the pin-spanner (19), tighten the saw blade xing bolt (12)
with the help of the spanner (18). [F2]
Dust extraction
Dust extraction prevents large accumulations of
dust, high concentrations of dust in the ambient air
and facilitates disposal.
For long periods of working with wood or for commercial use
on materials that produce dust that is detrimental to health,
the machine is to be connected to a suitable external dust
extraction device.
Initial operation
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power supply voltage
must match the information quoted on the tool identication
plate.

To switch the machine on, keep the lock-o button (16)
depressed and press the on/o switch (3). [F3]

To switch the machine o, release the on/o switch (3). [F3]
Operating instruction
Make sure that the workpiece is clamped securely. Please•
be sure that the workpiece is positioned face down, as the lower
edge will be thus processed more accurately.
The tool has to be switched on before saw blade (10)•
touches the working piece. Do not apply too much force:
cutting operations are not fast. Excessive force applied will not
accelerate the job, and will result in the tool overload.
Hold the power tool with both hands by both handles, as it•
will provide for the required control of the tool.
Cut marks indicate the position of the saw blade (10) while•
carrying out vertical cuts as, well as cuts at 45°. It is advisable
to carry out a trial cut to eliminate errors in the course of the
operation. [F4]
Setting the cutting depth
The power tool design enables the stepless cutting depth
adjustment. An accurate cut can be achieved, if the saw blade
(10) overhangs the material by about 3 mm.

The parallel guide (14) enables cutting along the existing

Maintenance and storage
CAUTION
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.

Personen, die sich in Zustand des Geistes oder rauschgift-
suchterzeugender Intoxikation, oder durch die Tätigkeit von
medizinischen Pillen niederläßt, wird nicht erlaubt, mit Einfall zu
arbeiten. Alter des Arbeiters wird in lokalen normativen Taten
installiert.
ACHTUNG
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie Alkohol, Medikamente
und Drogen eingenommen haben, als auch Sie krank,
müde sind oder Fiber haben. Ihre Reaktion kann sich
verschlechtern.
Überzeugen Sie sich, dass alle Schutzvorrichtungen (bei•
Vorhandensein) installiert und funkzionsfähig sind.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät ohne Schutzvorrichtungen (bei•

barfuß oder in geonete Sandalien nicht. Sammeln Sie das
lange Haar hinten.
Enthalten Sie die Grie in der Sauberkeit und Trockenheit.•
Benutzen Sie die entsprechenden Schutzvorrichtungen.•
Benutzen Sie die Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschuhe. Bei der
Arbeit mit den Pulvern oder bei den Abgaseausstößen benutzen
Sie die Atemschutzmaske. Notwendigerweise ziehen Sie nicht
glitschige Schuhe, den Helm und die Ohrenstöpseln an. Wenn
das Niveau des Lärms 85 dB (A) übertritt, verwenden Sie die
Schutzkopfhörer unbedingt.
ACHTUNG
Verwenden Sie die Arbeitsschutzmittel! Schutzvorrichtungen
und individuelle Schutzmittel gewährleisten Schutz Ihrer Ge-
sundheit und Gesundheit der Leute, die nahe, ebensogut wie
störungsfreier Arbeit des Gerätes legen, werden garantiert.

VORSICHT
Das Gerät ist notwendig zuerst auszuschalten, und dann von

Verwenden Sie die.
Überwachen Sie die Elektroinstrumente in den feuchten und

Das Gerät mit dem fehlerhaften Schalter stellt die Gefahr vor
und fordert die Reparatur.
ACHTUNG
Manchmal wird den Staub während der Gerätsarbeit
gebildet,den Krebserzeugenen chemischen Stoen enthalten
kann. Zu solchen chemischen Stoen gehoeren: Blei im Bestand
vom Bleiweiß, Quarz, der den Ziegel und den Zement bildet,
Arsen und Chrom, die im Sägeholz enthalten sind, bearbeitet
von den chemischen Reagenzien, und übrige schädliche Stoe.
Das Risiko der Einwirkung der angegebenen chemischen Stoe
hängtvonder Frequenzder mit ihnendurchfuehrendenArbeiten
ab. Um ihre schädliche Einwirkung zu verringern, arbeiten Sie
im gut lüfteten Raum und verwenden Sie die sanktionierten
Schutzvorrichtungen, zum Beispiel, Mundschutz, die für
AbltrierungdermikroskopischenTeilchenspeziellentwickelt
sind. Bewahren Sie eine unveränderliche Stellung.
Beim Treen unter das Gerät des nebensächlichen•
Gegenstandes, schauen Sie es auf das Vorhandensein der
Beschädigungen an und, falls notwendig, reparieren Sie es.
An Enstehung der übermäßigen Vibration, stoppen Sie•
sofort die Kraftmaschiene und stellen Sie Gründe klar. Vibration
ist normalerweise Zeichen der Beschädigung.
Bevor dem Verlassen des Arbeitsplatzes, Reparatur,•
Besichtigung oder Reinigung des Gerätes schalten Sie es ab und
bis zum vollen Stillstand warten.
Es wird verboten, elektrische und mechanische•
Schutzvorrichtungen zu ändern oder zu entfernen.
Sondere Sicherheitsregeln
Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle am Kreissägeblatt montierten•
Einsatzwerkzeuge einwandfrei funktionieren.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Kreissägeblatt ordnungsgemäß•
montiert ist.
Verwenden Sie keine Kreissägeblatter aus HSS-Stahl, die•
den in dieser Betriebsanleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten nicht entsprechen.
Vor Sägen entfernen Sie vom Werkstück Nägel und andere•
Metallgegenstände.
Setzen Sie das Sägen nie an, solange das Kreissägeblatt•
seine Höchstdrehzahl nicht erreicht hat.
Kreissäge darf vom Arbeitsplatz erst aufgeräumt werden,•
wenn Kreissägeblatt ausgeschaltet und völlig zum Stillstand
gekommen ist.
Versuchen Sie nie, die Drehzahl des Kreissägeblattes durch•
seitliches Gegendrücken herabzusetzen.
Überprüfen Sie, dass Ansatz-Durchmesser des inneren•
Flansches der inneren Bohrung des Sägeblattes entspricht.
Arbeiten Sie nur mit scharfen defektfreien Sägeblättern.•
Gerissene, verdrehte oder stumpfe Sägeblätter müssen immer
sofort gewechselt werden.
Die Pfeilrichtung auf dem Sägeblatt muss immer•
mit der Pfeilrichtung auf der Schutzhaube der Kreissäge
übereinstimmen.
Es ist verboten, vor dem Sägen Schutzvorrichtungen von•
der Kreissäge zu demontieren.
Bei der Bearbeitung kleinerer Werkstücke durch Sägen,•
welche zu leicht sind, um durch eigenes Gewicht sicher
festgehaltenzu werden,müssenSpannvorrichtungeneingesetzt
werden.
Bearbeitung von asbesthaltigem Material ist verboten.•
Greifen Sie mit den Händen keinesfalls ans rotierende•
Sägeblatt.
Arbeiten Sie mit der Säge nicht in oberer Stellung (über•
Kopf).
Klemmen Sie die bewegliche Schutzhaube nicht und lassen•
Sie keine Anhäufungen von Spänen unter der Schutzhaube
zu. Schalten Sie die Säge ggfs. aus und fahren Sie mit der
Bearbeitung nicht fort, bis die Störung nicht behoben ist.
Kommen Sie mit den Händen nicht in den Sägebereich•
und an das Sägeblatt. Halten Sie mit Ihrer zweiten Hand den
