Warranty
IVT tools are intended only for do-it-yourself activities. We
guarantee that IVT tools are in accordance with statutory/
country-specic regulations (proof of purchase by invoice or
delivery note). The warranty is not valid for consumables and
accessories which partly belong to the scope of supplies.
The warranty cannot be invoked in the following cases:
1. normal wear of mechanisms and components which have a
limited life;
2. maintenance and replacement of hardware parts that wears
quickly (carbon brushes, cutting tools, gearwheels);
3. overloads or loads which are too extensive and may lead
to:
• simultaneous failure of one or more hardware parts which
are functionally connected with the system;
• burning, charring, melting due to excessive internal
temperatures of the hardware (heating elements, switches,
wiring, housings);
4. mechanical damage or presence of foreign objects in the
tool;
5. commercial use;
6. use of purposes not mentioned in this instruction manual;
7. dismantling and repair work not carried out by IVT
specialist.
8. defects in the tool caused by improper use, inappropriate
operatingormaintenanceprocedures,any use not in accordance
with the printed material provided, abnormal environmental or
electric conditions.
Gewährleistung
Die IVT Geräte sind nur für das Haushaltarbeit vorbestimmt.
Benutzer muss die Bedienungsanleitung für die Geräte der
Firma. IVT ist eine Gewährleistung entsprechend den Gesetzen
und spezischen Besonderheiten jedes Landes vorgesehen (die
Faktura oder der Abgabeschein gilt als einen Beweis des Kaufs).
Diese Gewährleistung ist nicht für Verbrauchsmaterialien und
Zubehör geeignet, die teilweise in den Lieferumfang enthalten
sind.
Garantie gilt nicht bei den nächsten Fällen:
1. bei dem Langzeitverschleiß der Mechanismen und Bauteile,
die begrenzte Leistungsfähigkeitsperiode haben;
2. bei der Vorbeugung und dem Einsatz der Verschleißteile
(Kohlebürsten, Zahnräder);
3. bei der Überlastung und der intensiven Ausnutzung, deren
Folgen sind:
• gleichzeitiges Versagen von einem oder mehreren
funktionell verbundenen Bauteilen oder Baugruppen
• Verbrennen, Verkohlung, Nachschmelzen unter der hohen
Temperatur der Bauteile (Heizkörper, Schalter, Leitungsdraht,
Gehäuse);
4. wenn mechanische Fehler, Fremdkörpern gefunden sind;
5. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem Produktions- und Industieziel
ausgenutzt worden ist;
6. wenn das Werkzeug mit dem nicht von dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung geeignetem Ziel ausgenutzt worden ist;
7. wenn das Werkzeug nicht von den Fachleute von IVT
geönet, repariert worden ist.
8. bei der Beschädigungen des Gerätes nach
dem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Bedienungs- und
Betriebsordnungübertretung, bei der Nichtbefolgung
der Vorschriften, bei dem Gebrauch im abnormelen
Umweltbedienungen oder Elektrischebedienungen.

Gwarancja
Narzędzia IVT są przeznaczone tylko do użytku prywatnego.
Dla instrumentu IVT jest przewidziana gwarancja odpowiednio
do praw i specycznych właściwości każdego kraju (dowodem
spełnienia kupna jest faktura albo fracht). Gwarancja nie
rozpowszechnia się na dodatkowe materiały i narzędzia, które
częściowo wchodzą do dostarczonego kompletu.
Gwarancja nie działa w następnych wypadkach:
1. Naturalnego zniszczenia mechanizmów i węzłów, które
mają ograniczony okres przydatności do pracy;
2. Prolaktyki i zamiany szybko zniszczalnych detali (szczotki
węglowe, koła zębate);
3. Przeładunku lub wykorzystania w trybie intensywnym,
skutkiem których jest:
• jednoczesne złamanie jednego lub więcej funkcjonalnie
związanych detali oraz węzłow;
• spalanie się, zwęglanie, topienie się pod wpływem
wysokiej temperatury wewnętrznej detali (elementy
grzejne, przyciski, druty, korpusy);
4. Mechanicznych obrażeń, zaistnienia w środku przedmiotów
obcych;
5. Wykorzystania w celach wytwórczych lub przemysłowych;
6. Wykorzystania w celach, nie przewidzianych przez niniejszą
instrukcję;
7. Otwarcia, remontu, który był zrobiony nie fachowcem IVT.
8. Uszkodzenia instrumentu wskutek użycia w sposób
niewłaściwy, naruszenia sposobu eksploatacji albo obsługi,
nieprzestrzegania wskazań pisemnych, eksploatacji w
anomalnych warunkach środowiska przyrodniczego albo
warunkach elektrycznych.

Garanzia
Gli strumenti IVT sono progettati per il solo utilizzo hobbistico
e per il fai-da-te. Il team IVT garantisce che i nostri prodotti
sono conformi ai regolamenti specici per i Paesi in cui sono
commercializzati (a prova dell’acquisto è necessaria la fattura
o la bolla di consegna). La garanzia non è valida per i beni di
consumo che fanno parte del campo degli accessori.
La garanzia non può essere rivendicata nei seguenti casi:
1. normale usura dei meccanismi e degli assemblaggi, che
hanno una vita limitata;
2. per la manutenzione o la sostituzione di parti di consumo
(spazzole al carbonio, utensili da taglio, ruote dentate);
3. picchi di tensione che possono indurre a:
• simultanea rottura di una o più parti dei componenti
collegati con il sistema;
• carbonizzazione, fusione a causa di eccessive temperature
interne al motore (elementi termici, interruttori, cavi, custodie);
4. danni meccanici dovuti alla presenza di oggetti estranei
inseriti nell’apparecchio;
5. uso commerciale;
6. usi e scopi non menzionati in questo manuale di istruzioni;
7. disassemblaggio e lavori di riparazione non eettuati dal
servizio assistenza IVT.
8. difetti allo strumento riconducibili a un uso improprio,
inosservanza delle istruzioni operative o di manutenzione,
qualsiasi impiego non conforme con il materiale stampato
fornito o un utilizzo in anomale condizioni elettriche o
ambientali.

Záruka
IVT nástroje sú určené len pre domáce použitie. Zaručujeme,
že nástroje spoločnosti IVT vyhovujú určitým v každej krajine
štandardom (dokladom o kúpe je faktúra alebo dodací list).
Táto záruka sa nevzťahuje na spotrebný materiál a dodatočné
príslušenstvo, ktoré je súčasťou dodávky.
Záruka sa nevzťahuje v týchto prípadoch:
1. Bežné opotrebenie rýchlo opotrebených mechanizmov a
detailov;
2. Bežné opravy a výmeny rýchlo opotrebených výrobkov
(uhlíky, ostré časti, prevodovky);
3. Preťaženie alebo nadmerné zaťaženie, čo vedie k:
• súčasnému zlyhaniu jedného alebo viacerých častí, ktoré sú
funkčne spojené so systémom;
• zapaľovaniu, ohraňovaniu, topeniu výrobkov (vykurovacie
telesá, spínače, elektrická inštalácia, zásuvky) v dôsledku
vysokých vnútorných teplôt;
4. Mechanické poškodenie, prítomnosť cudzích predmetov v
nástroji;
5. Komerčné použitie;
6. Použitie na iné účely, než ktoré sú popísané v tomto návode
na prevádzku;
7. Demontáž a oprava vykonané nie odborníkmi IVT.
8. Poškodenie nástroja v dôsledku nesprávneho používania,
porušenie poriadku prevádzky a údržby, nedodržanie
písomných pokynov, prevádzka za abnormálnych podmienok
životného prostredia alebo elektrickej podmienky.
Garanţia
Instrumente de IVT sunt destinate numai pentru uz rezidential.
Vă garantăm că instrumentele companiei IVT corespund
standardelor ecărei ţări (drept dovadă de procurare serveşte
factura sau foaia de însoţire). Garanţia nu se aplică pentru
materialele consumabile şi dispozitivele suplimentare incluse în
volumul de livrare.
Garanţia nu se aplică în următoarele cazuri:
1. Uzura obişnuită a mecanismelor şi pieselor rapid uzurabile;
2. Reparaţia curentă şi schimbarea pieselor rapid uzurabile
(perii de carbon, piese de tăiere sau roţi zimţate);
3. Supraîncărcarea sau încărcarea excesivă, care conduc la:
• defectarea simultană a unei sau a mai multor piese care
funcţional sunt legate de sistem;
• incendierea, carbonizarea, topirea produselor (elemente
de încălzire, întrerupătoare, cablu, prize) ca rezultat al
temperaturilor interne ridicate;
4. Defecţiuni mecanice, prezenţa obiectelor străine în
instrument;
5. Utilizarea comercială;
6. Utilizarea în alte scopuri decât cele descrise în acest manual
de exploatare;
7. Dezasamblarea şi reparaţia efectuate de alţi specialişti decât
cei ai companiei IVT.
8. Deteriorarea instrumentului, ca urmare a abuzului, încălcare
a ordinii de funcţionare, întreţinere sau, non-instrucţiuni scrise,
care funcţionează în condiţii anormale, de mediu sau condiţiile
de funcţionare electrice.

IVT nástroje jsou určeny pouze pro domácí použití. Zaručujeme,
že nástroje společnosti IVT souhlasí stanoveným v každé
konkrétní zemi normám (kontrola a nákup se provádí na základě
faktury a výdejky). Záruka se nevztahuje na spotřební materiál a
přídavné příslušenství které jsou součástí dodávky.
Záruční podmínky neplatí v následujících případech:
1. Běžné opotřebení rychle opotřebovatelných mechanismů
a dílů;
2. Údržba a výměna rychlé opotřebovatelných (uhlíkové
kartáče, řezné díly, ozubená kola);
3. Přetížení nebo nadměrné zatížení, což vede do:
• současné selhání jednoho nebo více detailů výrobku a
dodatečných uzlů, které jsou funkčně spojeny se systémem;
• požáru, spékání, tavení díky vysoké vnitřní teplotě výrobků
(topná tělesa, spínače, kabeláž, zásuvky);
4. mechanické poškození, přítomnost cizích předmětů uvnitř
přístroje;
5. Komerční využití;
6. Použití pro účely neuvedené v tomto návodu k použití;
7. Rozebírání a opravy, provedené ne odborníky IVT.
8. Poruchy nástroje v důsledku neodpovídajícího využívání,
narušení provozu, nebo služby, nedodržení písemných předpisů,
provozu v anomálních podmínkách okolního prostředí, nebo
elektrických podmínkách.

Garantija
IVT įrankiai skirti tik buitiniam naudojimui. Mes garantuojame,
jog IVT kompanijos įrankiai atitinka kiekvienos iš konkrečių šalių
normas (pirkimo įrodymu laikomi PVN sąskaita-faktūra arba
lydraštis). Garantija nesuteikiama papildomoms medžiagoms ir
priemonėms, įeinančioms į komplektą.
Garantija nesuteikiama sekančiais atvejais:
1. Įprastas greitai susidėvinčių detalių ir mechanizmų
susidėvėjimas;
2. Greitai susidėvinčių gaminių priežiūra ir pakeitimas (anglies
šepetėliai, peiliukai, krumpliaračiai);
3. Perkrovimas arba pernelyg didelis apkrovimas, privedantys
prie:
• vienos arba kelių detalių, funkcionaliai susyjančių su
sistema, gedimo tuo pačių metu;
• gaminių (kaitinimo elementai, jungikliai, instaliacija,
lizdai) įsiliepsnojimo, apdegimo, lydymosi dėl aukštų vidaus
temperatūrų;
4. Mechaniniai pažeidimai, pašalinių daiktų pateikimas į
įrankį;
5. Komercinis naudojimas;
6. Naudojimas tikslams, kurie nėra numatyti šioje naudojimo
instrukcijoje;
7. Ardimas ir remonto darbai, atliekami ne IVT specialistų.
8. Įrankio pažeidimai naudojant jį ne pagal paskirtį, nesilaikant
naudojimo arba aptarnavimo tvarkos, nepaisant raštinių
nurodymų, naudojant nenormaliomis aplinkos sąlygomis arba
elektrinėmis sąlygomis.
Garantija
IVT instrumenti paredzēti tikai sadzīves darbu pildīšanai.

uzliesmojuma, apogļošanos, apkušanas augstas iekšējas
temperatūras rezultātā;
4. mehāniskie bojājumi, nepiederošie priekšmeti instrumenta
iekšienē;
5. komerciāla izmantošana;
6. izmantošananolūkiem,kurinavparedzētišajāEkspluatācijas
instrukcija;
7. demontēšana un remonts, kuru izpildīja ne IVT speciālisti.
8. instrumenta bojāšanos, izraisīta ar nepiedienīgo
izmantošanu,lietošanas vaiapkalpošanas kartībasneievērošanu,
rakstisko instrukciju ignorēšanu, ekspluatāciju anomālajā
apkārtējā vidē vai elektrības režīmā.

Lasherramientasde IVTsedestinanpara la utilización doméstica.
Garantizamos que las herramientas de IVT corresponden a
las normas vigentes del país (factura o albarán de transporte
demuestran la compra). La garantía no cubre material fungible y
accesorios que entran en el juego de algunos suministros.
La garantía no cubre los siguientes casos:
1. desgaste natural de los mecanismos y componentes con la
vida útil limitada;
2. mantenimiento y sustitución de las unidades y piezas de
desgaste rápido (cepillos de carbón, cuchillas, engranajes);
3. sobrecarga de la herramienta o demasiada carga, lo que
puede provocar:
• falla simultanea de las unidades funcionales y componente
o componentes unidos en un sistema;
• inamación, carbonización, derretimiento como
consecuencia del sobrecalentamiento de los componentes
interiores (elementos calentadores, selectores, cables, carcasas);
4. deterioro mecánico o presencia de objetos ajenos en la
herramienta;
5. uso comercial;
6. utilización con los nes no previstos en el presente manual
de intrucciones;
7. desmontaje o reparación de la herramienta por otros
especialistas que no son de IVT.
8. falla de la herramienta causada por su aplicación indebida,
operación incorrecta o mantenimiento inadecuado, su
utilización fuera de lo descrito en la documentación adjunta,
en las condiciones ambientales adversas o con parametros

Intended use
This model of mini saw is intended for sawing wood, plastic,
metal, while resting rmly on the workpiece.
Safety regulation for the use
General safety rules
The following listed safety instructions should serve you for the
right use of the tool and for the protection of your own safety,
therefore, please read this very carefully.
When passing this tool to a third person, these instructions must
be handed too.
Retain this user manual and all other literature supplied with
your tool for any future reference.
Comply with all the safety information and the warnings on the
tool.
Be familiar with the controls and the proper use of the tool
before attempting to use it and above all, make sure you know
how to stop to use it in case of emergency.
Following these simple instructions will also maintain your tool
in good working order.
• The tool must be assembled correctly before use.
• Only use the tool for its designed purposes.
• On the tool, there may be also decals and further indications
about the safety equipment to use that must be considered.
The prevention of accidents is dependent upon the awareness,
common sense and proper training of everyone involved in the
operation, transport, maintenance and storage of the tool.
• Never leave the tool unattended.
• Never allow children to use the tool. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the tool.
• Keep children and pets away. All onlookers should be kept
at a safe distance away from the tool when it is in use.
• The user is responsible for third parties while working with
the tool.
• People who aren’t acquainted with the operating
instructions, children, juveniles who have not yet reached the
minimum age for using this tool and people under the inuence
of alcohol, drugs or medication are not allowed to use the tool.
Local regulations may restrict the age of the operator.
WARNING
The consumption of alcohol, medication and drugs, plus
states of illness, fever and fatigue will aect your ability to
react. Do not use this tool in any of these situations.
• Make sure that all the protective devices (if present) are
tted and are in good condition.
• Never operate the tool with defective safety devices or
guards (if present), or without safety devices in place.
• Inspect the entire tool to look for loose parts (e.g. nuts, bolts,
screws, etc.) and for any damage. Check at frequent intervals if
screws and bolts (if present) are properly tight to be sure the
equipment is in safe working condition. Repair or replace them,
if necessary, before using the tool. Serious injury to the operator
and to the bystanders could result if there’s any damage to the
tool.
• While using the tool, dress properly. Do not wear loose
clothing or jewellery that could become caught by the tool.
Wear suitable working clothes. It is recommended that legs and
feet are covered, to protect them from eventual ying debris.
Do not work barefoot or wearing open sandals. Long air should
be tided back.
• Keep handles and grips dry, clean and free from oil and
grease.

operations or if exhaust gases are present. When necessary, use
also non-slipping boots or shoes, hardhat and earplugs. If the
noise level exceeds 85 dB(A), ear protection is obligatory.
WARNING
Use personal protective equipment! Safety devices and
personal protective equipment protect your own health and
the health of others and ensure a trouble-free operation of
the tool.
• Do not start to use the tool if it is in an inverted position or it
is not in the right working order.
• Ensure that you have a good stand, while you operate with
the tool. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
• Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Before
use, all foreign bodies must be removed from the working area,
also pay attention to foreign objects during the operation.
• Do not force the tool.
• Only work in daylight or suciently good articial light.
Never operate the tool without good visibility.
• Be careful not to drop the tool or hit it against obstacles.
ATTENTION
Stay alert. Watch what you are doing. Distraction can cause
you to lose control. Use common sense.
Electrical safety rules
ATTENTION
When using electrical tools, the following safety instructions
should be observed to prevent the risk of electric shock,
personal injury and re. Read and observe these instructions
carefully before using the tool.
• It is recommended for increased electrical safety to use
a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a tripping current of not
more than 30 mA. Always check your RCD every time you use it.
Consult a reliable electrician.
WARNING
The use of an RCD or other circuit breaker unit does not
release the operator from the safety instructions and safe
working practices given in this manual.
• The main voltage must correspond to the one marked
on the labels and on this manual. Do not use other sources of
power.
• Before inserting the plug in the main socket, make sure that
the socket ratings are correct and correspond to those indicated
on the rating label on the appliance.
• Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes,
radiators, ranges and refrigerators. This increases risk of electric
shock if your body is grounded.
CAUTION
Touching electried parts may cause death by electric shock
or burn.
• Never move the appliance by pulling at the cables.
• Do not abuse the cord. Keep it away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts.
• Always guide the connection line safely.
• Do not use power tools near ammable liquids or gases.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply
before transporting it to other places.
CAUTION
The appliance should always be switched o at the mains
before disconnecting any plug and socket connector or
extension cables.
• Never pass the appliance over the extension cable while the
tool is working. Make sure you always know where the cable is.
• Do not wire an extension cable directly into your device
yourself. Instead, take the device to your nearest authorized
Service Centre.
• To avoid danger, damaged power cord should be replaced
by manufacturer or its agent, or similar qualied person.
• Immediately unplug the tool when its cable is damaged or
cut.
ATTENTION
DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Consider working area
environment. Do not expose power tools to rain. Do not use
power tools in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit
and dry. Try to prevent the device from getting wet or being
exposed to humidity. Do not leave it outside overnight. Water
entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
• The power supply cable should be checked regularly and,
before using it, make sure the cable is not damaged or worn out.
If the cable is not in good condition, do not use the appliance;
take it to an authorized service centre.
• When tool is used outdoor, only use an extension cable that
is suitable for outdoor use and which is marked for this specic
use. Keep it away from the working area, from damp, wet or oily
surfaces and away from heat and ammable materials.
• Avoid any accidental starting: make sure that the power
switch (if present) is in the o position, before plugging the
tool in.
• Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool
on.
• Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn the tool on
or o. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is
dangerous and must be repaired.
WARNING
During the use of power tools, some dust containing chemicals
known to cause cancer, may occur. Some of these chemicals are:
lead from lead based paints, crystalline silica from bricks and
cement and other masonry products, arsenic and chromium
from chemically treated lumber and other dangerous products. If
dust is present, your risk from these exposures varies, depending
on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure
to these chemicals, any time you do pulverulent operations,
work in a well ventilated area and work with approved safety
equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to

lter out microscopic particles.
• If the appliance strikes a foreign body, examine the device
for signs of damage and carry out any necessary repairs before
restarting and continuing to work.
• If the appliance starts to vibrate abnormally, turn it o
and check for the cause immediately. Vibration is generally a
warning of trouble.
• Always switch o the appliance and wait until the device
completely stops whenever you leave the machine, before
carrying out maintenance, before checking, cleaning or working
on the appliance.
• It is forbidden to move or modify any of the internal parts
of the device.
Specic safety rules
• Keep your workplace clean. Blends of materials are
dangerous.
• Some material contains chemicals which may be toxic and
dust which is injurious to health can be generated when working
on wood and other materials. Take caution to prevent working
dust inhalation and skin contact. Wear a breathing mask. Never
use the device to work on any materials containing asbestos!
• The impact of noise can cause damage to hearing. Wear
ear-mus.
• Sparks generated during working or splinters, chips and
dust emitted by the device can seriously damage your sight.
Wear safety goggles.
• Secure the workpiece. Do not support the workpiece with
your hand or foot. Use clamping devices or a vice.
• Use suitable detectors to determine if utility lines are hidden
in the work area or call the local utility company for assistance.
Contact with electric lines can lead to re and electric shock.
Damaging a gas line can lead to explosion. Penetrating a water
line causes property damage or may cause an electric shock.
• Hold the power tool only by the insulated gripping surfaces
when performing an operation where the cutting tool may
contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a “live”wire
will also make exposed metal parts of the power tool “live” and
shock the operator.
• Use only sharp, awless saw blades. Bent or unsharp saw
blades can break or cause kickback. Keep cutting tools sharp
and clean.
• Avoid cutting nails. Inspect workpiece for any nails and
remove them before operation.
• Apply the device to the workpiece only when switched on.
Otherwise there is danger of kickback when the cutting tool
jams in the workpiece.
• Keep hands away from the sawing range and away from
moving parts. Do not reach under the workpiece. Contact with the
saw blade can lead to injuries. Wear suitable protective gloves.
• Do not force tool. Use the correct accessory for your
application.
• Do not brake the saw blade to a stop by applying side
pressure after switching o. The saw blade can be damaged,
break or cause kickback.
• When the cut is completed, switch o the machine and
then pull the saw blade out of the cut only after it has come to a
standstill. In this manner you can avoid kickback and can place
down the machine securely.
• Always wait until the machine has come to a complete stop
before placing it down.
• Do not touch the saw blade or the workpiece immediately
after operation; they may be extremely hot and could burn your
skin.
• Do not leave the tool running. Operate the tool only when
hand-held.
Unpacking
When unpacking, check to make sure that all components are
included. Refer to the drawings on this manual. If any parts are
missing or broken, please call IVT assistance center.
Initial operation
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power supply voltage
must match the information quoted on the tool identication
plate.
Installing the saw blade
To obtain the best performance from your device, it is important
to select a specic saw blade for the particular application and
type of material you wish to cut. By doing this, you will get a
smoother, faster cut and you will prolong blade life.
WARNING
Always be sure that the tool is switched o and unplugged
before installing or removing blades.
Be sure blade clamp (4) areas are clean. Metal chips and sawdust
may prevent the blade clamp screw (5) from clamping the blade
securely.
1. Loosen the blade clamp screw (5) with hex key (6) [F1].
2. Insert the saw blade through the soleplate (3) and insert the
shank of the saw blade into the blade clamp (4) as far as it will
go.
NOTE: Make sure the saw blade is properly inserted.
3. Tighten the blade clamp screw (5) securely.
4. Make sure that the blade is locked into the blade clamp (4)
and that the saw blade cannot be extracted even though you
try to pull it out.
WARNING
If the saw blade isn’t properly installed and xed, it may be
ejected unexpectedly during operation.This can be extremely
dangerous.

Brief Activation
• Press the On/O switch (1) and then let go again.
Continuous use
Switching On
• Press On/O switch (1) and retain with lock-on button (2).
Apply caution when locking the device in“running”position and
maintain rm grasp on tool.
Switching O
• Press and release On/O switch (1).
Stepless speed control
The machine runs with variable speed between 0
and maximum depending on the pressure applied
to the on/o switch (1).
Operating instructions
WARNING
Make sure the saw blade does not touch the workpiece until
motor reaches full speed, since this can cause loss of control
resulting in serious injury.
General cutting [F3]
1. Hold the device rmly and clearly away from your body.
2. Make sure saw blade is clear of any foreign material and that
power cord and extension cord are out of the path of the blade.
3. Be sure material to be cut is held rmly. Small workpieces
should be securely clamped in a vise or with clamps to the work
bench or table.
4. Mark the line of cut clearly.
5. Switch on the device.
6. Set the soleplate (3) against the workpiece, then guide the
tool along the cutting line.
ATTENTION
Do not force the tool. Use only enough pressure to keep the
device cutting. Let the saw blade do the work.
Metal cutting [F4]
Metals such as sheet steel, pipe, steel rods, aluminum, brass and
copper may be cut with this device.
WARNING
Always wear gloves to protect your hands from hot ying
chips when cutting metal.
1. Clamp the workpiece rmly and cut close to the clamping
point to eliminate any vibration of the material being cut.
2. When cutting conduit pipe or angle iron, clamp work in a
vise if possible and cut close to the vise.
3. To cut thin sheet material, “sandwich”the material between
hardboard or plywood and clamp the layers to eliminate
vibration and material tearing.
It’s recommend to use a suitable coolant (cutting oil) when
cutting most soft metals and steel. Cutting oil will also keep
blades cool, increasing cutting action, and prolonging blade
life.
Plunge cutting [F5]
1. Mark the line of cut clearly.
2. Choose a convenient starting point inside the area to be cut
out and place the tip of the saw blade over that point.
3. Rest the front edge of soleplate (3) on workpiece and hold
rmly in position.
4. Switch on the device.
5. With saw blade running at full cutting speed, slowly tilt the
mini saw downward until the tip of the saw blade starts cutting
the workpiece.
6. After the saw blade has penetrated workpiece, raise the
handle of the tool slowly until the soleplate (3) rests rmly on
the workpiece.
7. Then guide the tool along the cutting line to acquire the
desired cut.
ATTENTION
Do not force the tool! Be careful not to twist or bend the saw
blade.
Maintenance and storage
CAUTION
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.
• Always keep the tool and the ventilation slots (if present)
cleaned. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the appliance
will ensure eciency and prolong the life of your tool.
• If the tool should fail despite the rigorous manufacturing
and testing procedures, the repair should be carried out by an
authorized IVT customer service.
• Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight, to be sure the tool is in
safe working condition.
• Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.
• Use only original spare parts. Parts not produced by
manufacturer may cause poor t and possible injury.
• Store the tool in a dry room out of reach of kids and away
from any ammable material.
• Never wet the device or spray water on it!

Nutzung des beschädigten Gerätes kann der Operator oder die

• Für die Arbeit benutzen Sie entsprechende Berufskleidung.
Die geräumige Kleidung, Schmuck können von den sich
bewegenden Teilen festgezogen sein. Gebrauchen Sie
entspechende Berufskleidung. Schützen Sie die Beine und
Fußsohlen vor dem auseinanderiegenden Müll. Arbeiten Sie
barfuß oder in geonete Sandalien nicht. Sammeln Sie das
lange Haar hinten.
• Enthalten Sie die Grie in der Sauberkeit und Trockenheit.
• Benutzen Sie die entsprechenden Schutzvorrichtungen.
Benutzen Sie die Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschuhe. Bei der
Arbeit mit den Pulvern oder bei den Abgaseausstößen benutzen
Sie die Atemschutzmaske. Notwendigerweise ziehen Sie nicht
glitschige Schuhe, den Helm und die Ohrenstöpseln an. Wenn
das Niveau des Lärms 85 dB (A) übertritt, verwenden Sie die
Schutzkopfhörer unbedingt.
ACHTUNG
Verwenden Sie die Arbeitsschutzmittel! Schutzvorrichtungen
und individuelle Schutzmittel gewährleisten Schutz Ihrer Ge-
sundheit und Gesundheit der Leute, die nahe, ebensogut wie
störungsfreier Arbeit des Gerätes legen, werden garantiert.
• Fangen Sie das Gerät nicht an, wenn es nach oben gerichtet
ist oder es in nicht Betriebsbedingung ist.
• Bewahren Sie eine unveränderliche Stellung. Bewahren Sie

Elektirsche Sicherheitsregeln
ACHTUNG
Mit dem Ziel der Verhinderung des Schlages durch
elektrischen Strom, Verursachen des persönlichen Schadens
oder bei dem Gebrauch von Electrowerkzeuge ist es nötig
nächste Vorschriften über Sicherheitsregeln zu beachten. Vor
dem Werkzeuggebrauch lesen Sie und beachten Sie genau
gegebene Anweisungen.
• Um die Sicherheitsneveau zu steigern, es wird empfohlen

Gegebenheiten entspricht.
• Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit den geerdeten Oberächen
(Rohre, Heizkörper, Batterien und Kühlapparaten). Bei der

Strom rühren Sie die elektrodurchführenden Details nicht an.
• Ziehen Sie Kabel an Gerätsbewegen nicht.
• Verwenden Sie die Schnur vorsichtig. Bewahren Sie Schnur
von der Einwirkung der Wärme, vermeiden Sie deren Kontakt
mit den Schmierstoen, sowie den scharfen Gegenständen
oder den sich bewegenden Teilen.
• Seid Sie vorsichtig mit der Schnur.
• Verwenden Sie die Elektroinstrumente in der Nähe von
den feuergefährlichen Flüssigkeiten und der brennbaren Gase
nicht.
• Vordem das Gerät an anderen Platz zu übergeben, schalten
Sie es von Netzwerk aus.
VORSICHT
Das Gerät ist notwendig zuerst auszuschalten, und dann von
Fassung oder Verlängerungskabel zu trennen.
• Drücken Sie die Verlängerungsleitung während der Arbeit
des Gerätes nicht durch. Verlieren Sie das Kabel nicht aus den
Augen.
• Schalten Sie das Verlängerungskabel direkt zu dem Gerät
selbst nicht an. Wenden Sie sich an den nächsten oziellen

vermeiden, er soll beim Hersteller, dem Vertreter oder bei der
gleichartigen qualiezierten Person ersetzt werden.
• Ziehen Sie sofort den Stecker aus der Steckdose aus, wenn
das Kabel beschädigt oder eingeschnitten ist.

Verwenden Sie die.
Überwachen Sie die Elektroinstrumente in den feuchten und
nassen Räumen nicht. Behalten Sie den Arbeitsplatz trocken,
sichern Sie gute Beleuchtung ab. Bewahren Sie das Gerät von
der Feuchtigkeit. Lassen Sie das Gerät nachts in der oenen Luft
nicht. Beim Treen des Wassers ins Elektroinstrument wird das
Risiko des Schlages vom Strom erhöht.
• Regelmäßig prüfen Sie und jedesmal vor der Nutzung
das Kabel einer Ernährung auf das Vorhandensein der
Beschädigungen und der Merkmale des Verschleißes.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät mit dem beschädigten Kabel nicht;
wenden Sie sich an das ozielle Service-Zentrum.
• Bei der Arbeit außerhalb des Raums verwenden Sie nur
die dazu vorbestimmten Verlängerungsleitungen mit der
entsprechenden Markierung. Vermeiden Sie das Treen des
Kabels unter das Gerät, bewahren Sie es von der Feuchtigkeit,
Einwirkung der Wärme, vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit den
Schmierstoe und den feuergefährlichen Stoen.
• Vermeiden Sie den zufälligen Start des Gerätes: vor dem
Anschließen zum Netz überzeugen sich, dass sich der Schalter
(bei Vorhandensein) in der Lage «o» (ausgeschaltet) bendet.
• Vor dem Einschluss des Gerätes ziehen Sie die Einstelkeile
und die Schlüssel heraus.
• Verwenden Sie das Gerät mit dem gestörten Schalter nicht.
Das Gerät mit dem fehlerhaften Schalter stellt die Gefahr vor
und fordert die Reparatur.
ACHTUNG
Manchmal wird den Staub während der Gerätsarbeit
gebildet,den Krebserzeugenen chemischen Stoen enthalten
kann. Zu solchen chemischen Stoen gehoeren: Blei im Bestand
vom Bleiweiß, Quarz, der den Ziegel und den Zement bildet,
Arsen und Chrom, die im Sägeholz enthalten sind, bearbeitet
von den chemischen Reagenzien, und übrige schädliche Stoe.
Das Risiko der Einwirkung der angegebenen chemischen Stoe
hängtvonder Frequenzder mit ihnendurchfuehrendenArbeiten
ab. Um ihre schädliche Einwirkung zu verringern, arbeiten Sie
im gut lüfteten Raum und verwenden Sie die sanktionierten
Schutzvorrichtungen, zum Beispiel, Mundschutz, die für
AbltrierungdermikroskopischenTeilchenspeziellentwickelt
sind. Bewahren Sie eine unveränderliche Stellung.
• Beim Treen unter das Gerät des nebensächlichen
Gegenstandes, schauen Sie es auf das Vorhandensein der
Beschädigungen an und, falls notwendig, reparieren Sie es.
• An Enstehung der übermäßigen Vibration, stoppen Sie
sofort die Kraftmaschiene und stellen Sie Gründe klar. Vibration
ist normalerweise Zeichen der Beschädigung.
• Bevor dem Verlassen des Arbeitsplatzes, Reparatur,
Besichtigung oder Reinigung des Gerätes schalten Sie es ab und
bis zum vollen Stillstand warten.
• Es wird verboten, elektrische und mechanische
Schutzvorrichtungen zu ändern oder zu entfernen.
Sondere Sicherheitsregeln
• Am Arbeitsplatz rein halten. Die Mischung von Werkstoen
bei der Bearbeitung mit der Säge ist gefährlich.
• Einige Materialien enthalten chemische Stoe, die giftig sein
können; bei der Bearbeitung von Holz und anderen Materialien
kann der für die Gesundheit gefährliche Staub erzeugt werden.
Die Maßmahnen für die Vorbeugung des Staubeinatmens und
des Hautkontakts treen. Die Atemmaske benutzen. Nie das
Werkzeug für die Bearbeitung von asbestgehaltene Materialien
verwenden!
• Die Lärmeinwirkung kann das Gehör verletzen. Benutzen
Sie die Ohrenschutzmittel.
• Die während der Arbeit des Werkzeuges entstehenden
Funken, Bruchstücke, Späne, und Staub können ernst die
Sehkraft verletzen. Benutzen die Augenschutzmittel.
• Die Werkstücke befestigen. Das Werkstück mit dem Fuß
oder mit der Hand nicht behalten. Keine Spannvorrichtungen
oder Spanneisen verwenden.
• Um die Versorgungsleitungen am Arbeitsplatz festzustellen,
sind entsprechende Geräte zu verwenden oder ist die örtliche
Firma, die die Leitungen betreibt, um die Hilfe anzusprechen.
Der Kontakt mit den Elektroleitungen kann zum Brand oder der
Stromverletzung führen. Die Schädigung der Gasleitung kann
zur Explosion führen. Der Schnitt der Wasserleitung kann zur
Vermögensbeschädigung oder der Stromverletzung führen.
• Das Elektroinstrument bei der Arbeit in dem Platz, wo es
die Unterputzleitung oder seine Netzschnur berühren kann, nur
um isolierte Oberächen der Handgrie halten. Der Kontakt mit
der Leitung unter Spannung gibt die Spannung auch auf äußere
metallische Teile der Säge weiter und ruft die Stromverletzung
hervor.
• Nur scharfe und fehlerfreie Sägeblätter verwenden.
Gebogene und stumpfe Blätter können gebrochen werden
oder die Werkzeugabhebung bringen. Das Schneidewerkzeug
regelmäßig anschärfen und abputzen.
• Den Kontakt des Werkzeuges mit Nägeln vermeiden. Vor
der Bearbeitung des Werkstückes muss man es kontrollieren
und vorhandene Nägel entfernen.
• Den Motor vor der Berührung des Werkstückes starten.
Sonst entsteht das Risiko der Abhebung wegen des
Blatteinspannens im Werkstück.
• Die Hände außerhalb des Schneidebereichs halten und sie
zu den beweglichen Teilen des Werkzeuges nicht annähern.
Die Hände unter das Werkstück nicht legen. Der Kontakt mit
dem Schneideblatt kann zu Verletzungen führen. Passende
Schutzhandschuhe verwenden.
• Keinen Druck zum Instrument anwenden. Entsprechende
Vorrichtungen verwenden.
• Nach dem Ausschalten des Instrumentes das Sägeblatt
nicht halten, indem man daran die Seitenkraft anlegt, sonst
kann das Blatt geschädigt, zerbrochen werden oder die
Werkzeugabhebung passieren.
• Nach dem Schnitt das Werkzeug ausschalten; das Blatt aus
dem Schnitt kann man nur nach dem vollen Halt herausnehmen.
So kann man die Werkzeugabhebung verhindern; nach dem
Halt kann man das Werkzeug ohne Folgen zur Seite legen.
• Immer auf den vollen Halt des Werkzeuges warten, bevor
man es aus den Händen lässt.
• Das Sägeblatt oder das Werkstück sofort nach der Arbeit
nicht berühren: sie können sehr heiß sein und die Haut brennen.
• Das arbeitende Werkzeug ohne Kontrolle nicht lassen. Das
Instrument bei der Arbeit nur mit den Händen halten.
