CarKeeper Installation Manual
Main unit’s composition
A. Powerwire

1. Black/Red (right): Car fuse output 12 volts
2.
Black (mid) : to be connected withACC or IGN fuse or IGN wire

Black (left): Screw tightly onto metal screw on car or chassis

1. The main unit can be placed in storage compartment at left side of the
driver's seat (location A).
2. For location of protection case of car remote, refer below:
(1) Push start/stop car: Recommended location is in any detectable place
near driver’s seat or push start/stop button (location B), to allow best
detection with car computer.
(2) Key-start car: The location can be any concealed place together with
main unit.
3. The GPS receiver can be placed under the wind-shield (location C).

Bluetooth pairing / iKE Initial Setting
Bluetooth pairing
1. Download CarKeeper APP (from Apple store, Google play)
2. Login by means of FB or Google
3. Add car, scan the QR code from color-box package.
4. Turn on phone Bluetooth
5. Bring phone closer to car. Grey car icon on phone screen
changes to Light-Blue color . APP will jump to “Bluetooth
pairing mode.”
6. Follow APP “Bluetooth pairing mode” on phone screen to
complete pairing.
7. If select “Cancel” for pairing mode in step 5, Turn APP Off
and then On. Re-do procedure from step 5 ~ 7.
iKE Initial Setting
After Bluetooth pairing completed, finish iKE initial settings by
following steps 1~3 to enable iKE function.
Trouble-shooting if Bluetooth pairing failed
9 Make sure Bluetooth is ON (iOS must be turned On manually)
9Mobile phone Bluetooth version at least 4.0 or above.
9Total units of Bluetooth-paired devices has reached maximum.
9Some of Android phones need settings as below:
(1) Both WIFI and Bluetooth must be turned on, because Bluetooth will
not function while WIFI is turned off.
(2) SettingsÆApplication ManagementÆCarkeeper APPÆClose
“Contact” function for Bluetooth for normal functioning. 
Installation notes
9Refer to "Car fuse configuration" on individual car’s manual.
12V fuse: 12V, Power window, etc. that feeds 12 volt as normal
Ignition fuse: IGN, IGN1, IGN2, ACC, rear wiper, etc., These
points feed 12 volt output when ignition ON
9The main unit must be securely fixed horizontally on stable
hard surface to be best sensitive to vibration/tile sensor.
The GPS case must be fixed with its top side facing upwards
( i.e the screw-side facing downwards). Be aware of GPS
positioning being affected by metal content in window film.
9The protection case
(Push start/stop car) must securely be fixed in
a concealed place. If detection of key is unstable, then relocate
it in the storage compartment under driver’s seat.
