IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Be sure to read the entire manual before assembly and operation and provide
attention to the following safety precautions:
1. Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician.
2. If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other abnormal symptoms while
using this treadmill, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor immediately.
3. Persons weighing over 110 kg should not use the treadmill. Only one person at a time
You should use this equipment; Never allow more than one person at a time up to the treadmill.
4. Keep children away from this equipment at all times, not a toy.
5. Keep your pets away from this equipment.
6. Inspect your equipment before exercising to ensure that all nuts and bolts.

15. The treadmill should only be switched on when it is deployed.
16. Before and after using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises.
17. Drink hydrating fluids (water) before, during and after any exercise.
18. DO NOT wear loose clothing while using the treadmill, in order to prevent them from tangling and
accidents occur. Use sportswear.
19. DO NOT stand on the running belt before starting with the exercises, keep on
running boards on the sides of the band and start your exercises when the band is already moving.
20. DO NOT start your workout with high speeds.
21. Consult a physician before your treadmill is used by people with disabilities
or elderly people.
22. DO NOT use the treadmill if you have a pacemaker or other cardiac device.
23. All pregnant women should consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
24. Should immediately replace damaged parts and, please work out again only to
they have been properly repaired.
25. DO NOT attempt to use the treadmill if the power cord is damaged. Contact the seller.
26. Turn off the switch and unplug the power cord when the treadmill is not in use.
27. Store in a clean and dry place.

ASSEMBLE
Your treadmill is preassembled, just follow these steps to start use:
Place the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing tools.
1. Lift the main bars so that they remain of vertical and place
the locking pin (A) as shown in Fig 1. (turn knob clockwise).
2. Place the folding pin (B) as shown in the Figure 1. This
serves to hold the main bar.
3. Place the handlebars in the main bar inserting the screws
(C) with the help of the Allen wrench (H). Connect the cable
from the computer and finally place the plastic covers (D) to
cover the screws.
4. Lock the computer (E) between the handle and the hole
orificiodel computer.
5. Place the emergency key (G) in the magnetic part of the
computer.

CLEANING THE INTERNAL SIDE BAND AND LUBE
To clean the inside of the band or to lubricate it, you must loosen the band's treadmill as shown in Figure 2,
once it is a little loose, put your hand under the band and a cloth wipe the surface to remove the accumulated
dirt or place a drop of oil lubricant in each of the sides (upper, middle and lower).
Once finished cleaning or lubricating the band, replace it as it was before. (See Figure 2)
HOW TO ADJUST THE BELT
Your band is factory set, but could stretch or misaligned. Perhaps
the running belt needs adjusting during first weeks of use.
Stretching be normal during the molding. (See Figure 2).

MAINTENANCE
• Always wear clean athletic shoes, to prevent them from carrying waste to the band.
• To clean the exposed side of the band, you can use a damp cloth.
• Fold the treadmill and sweep or vacuum the surface where it is, this will serve to prevent the
dust reaches the area of the band and cause it to malfunction.
• Before maintaining your treadmill, make sure it is turned off and unplugged of the outlet.
• Do not use solvents to clean the treadmill.
• If there are stubborn stains, oil or grease, or other dirt, use a cotton cloth with cleaning
mild detergent to clean your treadmill. Then use a dry cloth to remove excess liquid cleaner.
• Do not use any liquid or cleaning substance on the control panel, only a dry cloth.
• Do not immerse either side of the treadmill in cleaning fluids.

Know your computer
The dashboard offers a selection of features designed to make the most of
their programs and functions.
On / Off : It serves to turn on and off the treadmill.
Modo : It used for program selection, time setting and data display on
the screen while it is exercising: speed, time, distance and calories.
Speed + / Speed - : It serves to adjust the speed of the treadmill. The speed range is 1.0 to 10 km/h.
They also serve to select the pre-established programs.
Explorer : Works to shed information about the speed in which it is located, Time has elapsed, distance covered
and calories burned.
LED Speed Indicator : By placing the LED light speed, the speed that takes during training will be displayed.
LED Time Indicator : By placing the LED light in time, it will show the time it takes during training.
LED Distance Indicator : By placing the LED light in the distance that takes during training it will be displayed.
LED Calories Indicator : By placing the LED light on calories, calories expended during training are displayed.
Music function : 3.5mm audio cable in input.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: This unit must be properly grounded to ensure operation safety. If this equipment is not
functioning properly, grounding reduces the risk of shockpower. The unit must be connected to an AC
electrical outlet that is properly groundedproperly installed and grounded in accordance with local codes
and standards.
Connect the plug to the outlet, the LEDs will light and speakers will sound current indication. Thus the
treadmill is in standby mode. The same time digital display shows "= = =".
It is important to always apply the safety key to the magnetic part of the computer because otherwise,
your treadmill will not start.

HOW TO FOLD YOUR TREADMILL
1. Remove the locking bolt turning unlike the clockwise
(see Figure 1).
2. Lift the band leaving upright (see Figure 2).

3. Pull the folding pin and then place into the hole that you find in the
main bar. (See Figure 3).
4. Now you can move your treadmill, hold the handlebars with both
hands and drive them downward so that the tires touch the ground
and you can move your treadmill forward.

Heating
A successful exercise program consists of a warm up, aerobic exercise and cooling. Warming up is

for more strenuous exercise by heating and stretching the muscles. At the end of your workout, repeat
these exercises to reduce muscle pain problems. We suggest the following exercises heating
and cooling.

• HEAD TURNS
Turn your head to the right for a while, feeling the stretch to the left side of
the neck. Then turn your head to the left for a while. Turn your head back
for a while. Pull your chin toward the ceiling and letting your mouth open.
And finally, drop your head on his chest for a while.
• SHOULDER LIFT
Raise your left shoulder toward your ear for a while. Next, lift your

• SIDE STRETCHING
