user's manual carefully boforo uslng this product, and operate the product
according to the manual. Please keop thls manual for later reference. r
A CAUTION
a Do not open the casing for any reason as this may cause short
circuit or malfunction of the product.
a Do not apply excessive force to the products. ln the event of the
product suffering breakage, be careful not to damage yourself with l
the broken pieces.

technology and the finest materials.The circuitry has beon tostod for
reliability by our stafi of qualified technicians under pedormance
conditions. Simple caro and maint6nancowil! provide long llfe. The unit is
powerde by a CR2032(3V) llthium battory When the back tight on LCD or
LED lndicator light becomes weak in color, replac6 tho battery in ord€r to
achieve the best tuning results from J&H Mlcro Clip Motro-Tuner.
Operation panel & Function instruction
7.When a music instrument is played, the note name of the sound is
indicated on the screen. Adjust the music instrument to get a desired
note name on the screen. When the sound is high or low, the needle
is not in the middle and the LED light is red. Colrect tuning is when
LED light turns to green and the needle is in H position.
o Metronome
1. Turn on the power and press@ tO select the metronome mode.
2. Select the volume by button@. The volume has four choices, big
volume, middle volume, smallvolume and mute , the result is indiiated
at position Aof LCD.
3. Press button @ to select beat from O to g and the result will be
displayed in F position of LCD.
4.Press bution @ to choose the rhythm: J Jl JI)-ffi n J,? . The result is
indicated at position C.
5.Press button@and@to selecl_metronome tempo. Button @ is for
increasing. the tempo, button @ is for decreasing the tempo. Keep
pressing these buttons to change the tempo continuously. The tempo
range is from 30BPM to 2508pM. The result is indicated at position B.

. Tone generator
1. Turn or the power and select any one of Chromatic(C),Guitai(8,-'
Bass Guitar(B) and Violin(V) with button @ under tuner mode . The
result is indicated at position D.
* lt cannot be changed under tone gonorator mod6.
2. Select the tone generator mode by button @.
Select the volume by button@. The volume has four choices, big
volume, middle volume, small volume and mute , the result is indi6ated
at position Aof LCD.
ln the case of Chromatic(C), select a tuning scale with Key button@,
and the result of selection is indicated at F postion. Four kinds of -
scales, namely C, Bb, Eb and F major scales can be selected.
Usual l.y,.the C major scale is used for tuning guitar, etc.
xGuitar(G) , Bass gultar(B)and viotin (V) adsot on the C-scale. it
cannot be change<!.
5. For changing calibration (reference pitch): press button@, reference
pitch can be varied within the range of 43,OHz-45lOHz with 1Hz step of
increment. Leaving the bufton pressed causes automatic increment.
Result is indicated at position (B).
6. N-OTE is raised by pressing button @ and lowered by presseing button
@ Select vour desired no-tqwhen it is indicated at Dosition- G

I OPERATING PROGEDURE
Keep Presssing button @ for 2 seconds to turn on the power, you
can press it again to choose the mode for Tuner, Metronome and
To_ne generator. Keep pressing the button for 2 seconds again to turn
off. The power will be turned off automatically 3 minutes liter if the
unit has been left unattended.
.Tuner
1. Turn on it and press@to choose the mode of tuner.
2. Select either vibration tuning or microphone tuning. Set switch @ to left,
it'-s--vib+ation tuning, the otherwise is microphone tuning. The vibration
sensor provides tunings with no influence of surrounding noise.
3. Select any one of Chromatic(C)/Guitar(G)/Bass(B) and Viotin(V)
with mode button (? according to the instrument to be tuned. The
selected mode is indicated at position D.
4. ln the case of Chromatic(C),select a tuning scale with button @
Four kinds of scale, namely, C, Bb, Eb and F major scale can be
selected. The result of selection is indicated at oosition F.
*Guitar(G) and Bass guitar(B)are sot on the C-icale. lt cannot be
changed.
5. Set the standard tuning or a flat tuning with button @.
Each time pressing the button, halftone=b, two halftone=bb, three
halftone=bbb and four halftone=bbbb are sequentially indicated at
E position.
* Absence of b lndication showe the standard tuning.
g. For changing calibration (reference pitch) : press button@, reference
pitch can be varied within the range of 43OHz-4S0Hz with 1Hz step of
increment. Leaving the button pressed causes automatic increment.
Result is indicated at position (B).
