Käsikirjan käyttö
Tämä käyttäjän käsikirja on tarkoitettu ammattitaitoiselle käyttäjälle.
Siksi koneen käyttäminen edellyttää normaaleja yleistietoja ja taitoja.
Päivitys
Kaikki ohjeet, kuvaukset ja tekniset tiedot perustuvat viimeisimpään tietoon
koneen rakenteesta sillä hetkellä kun ohjekirja painetaan. Valmistaja kehittää
kuitenkin konetta jatkuvasti ja pidättää siksi itsellään oikeuden tehdä koneeseen
laatua ja turvallisuutta parantavia muutoksia niistä erikseen ilmoittamatta.

The instruction manual is intended as guidance for an experienced operator.
Operating the machine requires average level of knowledge and skill.
Right to make changes
All instructions, illustrations and technical information are based on the latest level
of specifications at the time of the printing of this manual. The manufacturer will,
however, carry on with the development o and will therefore retain the right to
make changes, without prior notice, to the design and construction of the machine
improving the safety and quality of the product.

In order to ensure fast and efficient service in cases of spare parts orders or in
breakdown situations, the Machine Identification Plate information should always
be informed to the supplier of the machine or the service technician. Fill in
carefully the Identification Plate information on the appropriate space reserved on

1.YLEISTÄ
Japa 215 hiekoitin on pientraktorilla, ajettavalla ruohonleikkurilla,
autolla ym. hinattavaa mallia. Tämä hiekoitin on kehitetty helpottamaan
pihojen, jalkakäytävien ja teiden hiekoittamista. Autolla hinattaessa
tarvitaan lisävarusteena vetokuulakytkin.
1.GENERAL
Japa Sand Spreader 215 is intended to be towed by a Mini-Tractor,
Garden Tractor, car or other four-wheeled vehicle. It has been designed
for spreading sand on paths, driveways and yards. When towing with
car, a drawbar coupling is needed. It is available as accessory.

3.ASENNUS
JAPA 215 hiekoitin asennetaan tehtaalla toimintakuntoon. Lähetys
tavasta johtuen voi olla, että pyörät on jouduttu ottamaan kuljetuksen
ajaksi irti. Näiden asennus tapahtuu seuraavasti: Pyörä (4) asennetaan
akselille venttiili sisäpuolelle, jonka jälkeen laitetaan pyörän
lukitusholkki (5) paikoilleen. Kytkimen (6) asennuksessa on
huomioitava pyörän pyörimissuunta. Kytkimen on toimittava niin, että
hiekoitinta vedettäessä molemmat kytkimet ovat kiinni ja
peruutettaessa irrottavat. Kuva 2 on kytkimen asettaminen vapaa-
asentoon.
3.ASSEMBLING
Japa Spreader 215 is basically assembled in the factory. Some parts
may have, however, been detached for transport reasons. The wheels
(4) are to be mounted on the axel the valve is on the inside and after
that fastened with locking sleeve (5). When mounting the coupling (6),
take into account the rotation direction of the wheel as both couplings
should be locked when pulling the spreader forwards and when
reversing the spreader, the couplings will be disengaged. Picture 2
shows the free position of the coupling.

4.KÄYTTÖ
Hiekoitin asetetaan pientraktorin tai vetokoukulla varustetun
henkilöauton perään. Säiliön täyttäminen hiekalla tapahtuu, joko
lapioimalla tai valuttamalla säkistä, siilosta yms. Hiekoitus tapahtuu
eteenpäin ajamalla (kytkimien asento, kuva1). Peruutettaessa
vapaakytkimet irrottavat ja hiekoitin ei hiekoita. Siirtoajan ajaksi
kytkimet voidaan asettaa vapaa-asentoon, kuva 2. Jos hiekkaa tulee
liian paljon, voidaan lyhentää rummussa olevia
hiekanpudotusnappuloita, kuva 3. Paras tulos kokeissa on saatu 4-8
mm. seulotulla sepelillä. Hiekan ollessa sopivan karkeaa, se ei painu
jäähän heti sisälle ja estää liukkautta mahdollisimman pitkään.
4.OPERATION
The Spreader is coupled to the towing vehicle or car with a drawbar
coupling. The reservoir can be filled by shovel or directly from sack, silo
etc. The Spreader spreads sand while the vehicle is moving forwards
(see coupling position, picture 1). When the vehicle reverses, the free
coupling disengages and the sand stops coming out. When
transporting the Spreader, the coupling must be disengaged (picture 2).
If there is too much sand coming out, you can shorten the spreader
pins on the mixer shaft by grinding them (picture 3). The best spreading
result can be obtained with 4 - 8 mm diameter screened gravel.

When the gravel diameter is right it will not sink into the ice as quickly
as fine sand.

5 HUOLTO
Japa 215 hiekoittimen huollon tarve on käyttökautena vähäinen.
Tärkein huolto on pyörän ja kytkimen kunnon tarkistus. Tarvittaessa
pyörän akseli ja kytkin puhdistetaan ja voidellaan vaseliinilla.
Käyttökauden loputtua hiekoitin pestään vedellä. Pesun jälkeen
tarkistetaan kumien kunto ja tarvittaessa vaihdetaan. Hiekoittimen
metalliosat tarkistetaan, maali ym. vauriot korjataan.
5. MAINTENANCE
Japa 215 Sand Spreaders require very little maintenance. The most
important is to keep the function of the wheels and coupling adjusted.
The wheel shaft and coupling must be cleaned and lubricated with
vaseline when the need arises. After usage, the Spreader is to be
washed with water. Check also the rubber parts after the wash and
change them if necessary. Check also the metal parts and repair any
damaged in paint or other damage.

takuu ostopäivästä lukien. Takuukorjauksessa tarvittavia rikkoutuneitten osien

mahdollisesti tapahtuvia vahinkoja ei korvata.
Tämä takuutodistus ilmaisee koko vastuumme ja velvollisuutemme ja se mitätöi
kaikki muut vastuumme.
Takuuseen liittyvän korvauspyynnön yhteydessä ostajan on esitettävä koneen
tyyppinumero, valmistusnumero sekä ostokuitti, josta ilmenee ostopäivä.
Korvauspyyntö esitetään valtuuttamallemme myyjälle.
Kaikista takuuseen liittyvistä asioista on sovittava myyjän tai koneen valmistajan
kanssa ennen mihinkään toimenpiteisiin ryhtymistä.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

This Japa product is covered by a warranty valid for one year from the date of the
purchase, covering manufacturing and material faults of the product. Parts and
components delivered to replace the faulty parts will not be charged to the customer.
The warranty does not cover:
*a machine that does not have the original Identification Plate
*damage caused by abnormal use
*damage caused by natural wear and tear
*wearing parts (for instance V-belts, filter and chains)
*wash, cleaning with oil and petrol
*normal adjustments, operation instructions and service
The warranty is not valid if during the warranty period:
*the machine has not been used or serviced according to the instructions delivered
with the machine
*the ownership of the machine has been transferred to a third party.
The shipment costs of a machine or components to be repaired and the labour and the
travel costs of the mechanic are the responsibilities of the owner of the machine.
Damages occurred during the transportation are not covered by the warranty.
This warranty expresses and limits our whole responsibility and it replaces and/or
substitutes all other implied or expressed warranties and responsibilities which
otherwise may apply.
In a case of a request for reimbursement, based on valid warranty, the Buyer (i.e. the
owner) must advise the machine model code, serial number and appropriate details of
the purchase receipt, indicating the date of purchase of the Japa machine in question.
The reimbursement request should be presented to our authorized retailer.
All subjects raised under this warranty must be agreed beforehand with the Seller (i.e.
the Supplier) or the Manufacturer of the machine before any action is taken.
