GETTING STARTED
Thank you for choosing the Jarv Active Track Step Tracker
Activity Band.
Please take the time to read this manual carefully, even if
you are already familiar with a similar product.
WHAT’S IN THIS DOCUMENT
This manual gets you started on getting your activity
band on your wrist then setting it up.

DEVICE OVERVIEW :

In order to measure data accurately, please make sure to
wear your fitness tracker on either your right or left hand
with the data display showing the data from left to right.

USING YOUR JARV ACTIVE TRACK
ACTIVITY BAND
1) MODE: Function selection and Adjusting the Clock and
Pedometer
2) SET: Function setting for the Time and Pedometer,
Step tracking reset

MAIN FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION
1) Step Tracking (Min: 0~Max: 99999): Press the
MODE button once to enter the step tracking interface.
2) SP-Timer (Step/Pedometer Timer): The SP-Timer
displays the time elapsed during step tracking. The
SP-timer will only record the time elapsed during step
tracking, which is registered once movement of the wrist
or arm is detected, and will stop tracking the time once
movement has ceased. Once Steps tracking is reset to 0,
the SP- timer will also reset to 0.

3) Distance Tracking: First, you will need to select
which format you want the distance to be displayed in-
Metric or Imperial.
In the state of step tracking, Press and hold the MODE
button for approx. 6 seconds until the display changes from
Metric system (KM) to Imperial system (Miles), or vice
versa. You will then be able to track distance by pressing
the MODE button 2 times in the state of time display.
4) Calorie Tracking: Press the MODE button once when
the Distance tracking is being displayed to enter the
Calorie tracking interface

5) Time Setting: First, you will need to select your time
format and then adjust your time setting.
In the state of time display, Press the SET button for 2
seconds, then press the MODE button once to select the
time format, either standard (12HR) or military (24HR),
next, press the SET button once to confirm the format
and enter the time setting interface, the hour digital
display will flicker, now press the MODE button to adjust
the hour, when the hour setting is ok, then press the SET
button once, the minute digital display will flicker, now
press the MODE button to adjust the minutes. Press the
SET button to confirm and exit.

6) Stride Length Setting: In the state of time display
(if using the Imperial system), press the MODE button
twice, then press the SET button for 2 seconds to enter
the stride length interface, press the MODE button to
adjust stride length, the range is from 10 to 80 inches,
the stride length will increase by 2 inches increments
when pressing the MODE button, default range starts at
24 inches. If using the Metric system, the range is 30 to
200 cm, default range starts at 60cm, and the stride
length will increase by 5cm increments when pressing the
MODE button. Once stride length has been adjusted
correctly, Press the SET button to confirm and exit.
7) Weight Setting: In the state of time display (if using
the Imperial system), press the MODE button 3 times,
then press the SET button for 2 seconds to enter the
weight setting interface, press the MODE button to
adjust weight, the range is 70 to 250lbs, the weight will
increase by 5lbs increments when pressing the MODE
button, default range starts at 130lbs. If using the Metric
system, the range is 30 to 120kg, default range starts at
60kgs, and the weight will increase by 2kg increments
when pressing the MODE button. Once weight has been
adjusted correctly, Press the SET button to confirm and
exit.
8) Displaying Information: In the state of time display,
press the MODE button continuously to display the time ,
steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned and SP
timer. Information shown on the screen will vary as you
press the MODE button.
9) Step/Distance/Calorie Tracking Reset: In the
state of time display, press the MODE button once, enter
into the step tracking interface, press the SET button ,
and activity tracker will be reset to 0.

6) Stride Length Setting: In the state of time display
(if using the Imperial system), press the MODE button
twice, then press the SET button for 2 seconds to enter
the stride length interface, press the MODE button to
adjust stride length, the range is from 10 to 80 inches,
the stride length will increase by 2 inches increments
when pressing the MODE button, default range starts at
24 inches. If using the Metric system, the range is 30 to

1. To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this unit
to excessive moisture or water
2. Alkaline batteries, like all batteries are recyclable and
should be recycled or disposed of in normal household
waste. Contact your local government for disposal or
recycling practices in your area.
3. This device is rated IP56 which means it is
water-resistant and is able to protect against water
jets/water splashing but cannot withstand immersion in
water or long exposure to water such as a shower or
swimming.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Please do not use any corrosive chemical to clean the
device, use a soft cleaning cloth for the tracker and some
mild soap and water for the band. If your Jarv Active Track
activity band does get wet please dry it thoroughly before
putting it back on.
Do not try to disassemble or take apart this device.
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or
maintenance will not be covered under the warranty.
