•Do not use this equipment if you are in poor health, taking medicaons,
drugs, or have been consuming alcohol, all of which may impair your
ability to work safely on this product.
•Always use this product in compliance with local or naonal laws,
regulaons, codes, and any other standards enforced in the locaon
where the product is used. This is the responsibility of the owner/user.
•Inspect product before each use. Do not use if damaged or if any
unusual noise or movement is observed. Check for missing parts.
•Examine thoroughly to make sure buggy is set up properly. If assembling
or ghtening fasteners, ghten all fasteners to the torque
specied: Recommended Tightening Torque: 21 -lbs. Do not exceed
27 -lbs. Do not overghten – overghtening can cause damage to the
unit. Do not replace or substute bolts, nuts, or other hardware that is
of lesser quality than the hardware supplied by the manufacturer.
•All components must be complete, funconing properly and correctly
assembled. If a malfuncon occurs, remove the product from service
and nofy your supervisor and maintenance personnel about the issue.
•Any incomplete part, missing part, or ill-ng part should be replaced
prior to use.
•Keep the product clean & dry. Lubricate moving parts. Proper use,
maintenance, and storage are essenal for this product to funcon
properly.
•Use the right product for the job. Do not modify the buggy and do
not use the buggy for a purpose for which it was not intended.
•Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 1,450 lbs.
•Always distribute objects on the buggy evenly and resng adequately on
the upright supports. Uneven weight distribuon and/or top-heavy
loading could cause buggy pping.
•Be aware of dynamic loading. Suddenly dropping or bouncing a load on
the buggy may create, for a brief instant, an excess load, which may
result in damage to the product and/or personal injury.
•This buggy must be used on solid at surfaces.
•This Buggy must be used on a rm surface that is free of pits, debris,
holes or obstrucons.
•Acids are corrosive and can seriously aect strength. Do not expose this
buggy to corrosive substances.
•Never move a buggy with a worker within.
•Do not use powered devices to propel this buggy. Use extra cauon
near operang machinery.
•Do not modify or add to this buggy or any of its components in any way.
•Do not remove any labels from this buggy.
•Always use this product in accordance with the instructions in this manual
and consistent with any training relevant to machines, devices, materials,
etc. used in conjunction with this product.
