READ THESE INSRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT. KEEP THIS MANUAL HANDY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
OPERATION AND SAFETY
•Do not use this equipment if you are in poor health, taking medicaons,
drugs, or have been consuming alcohol, all of which may impair your
ability to work safely on this product.
•Always use this cart in compliance with local or naonal laws,
regulaons, codes, and any other standards enforced in the locaon
where the product is used. This is the responsibility of the owner/user.
•Inspect product before each use. Do not use if damaged or if any
unusual noise or movement is observed. Check for missing parts.
•Examine thoroughly to make sure Cart is set up properly. If assembling
or ghtening fasteners, ghten all fasteners to the torque
specied: Recommended Tightening Torque: 21 -lbs. Do not exceed
27 -lbs. Do not overghten – overghtening can cause damage to the
unit. Do not replace or substute bolts, nuts, or other hardware that is
of lesser quality than the hardware supplied by the manufacturer.
•All components must be complete, funconing properly and correctly
assembled. If a malfuncon occurs, remove the product from service
and nofy your supervisor and maintenance personnel about the issue.
•Any incomplete part, missing part, or ill-ng part should be replaced
prior to use.
•Keep the product clean & dry. Lubricate moving parts. Proper use,
maintenance, and storage are essenal for this product to funcon
properly.
•Use the right product for the job. Do not modify the Cart and do
not use the Cart for a purpose for which it was not intended.
•Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 3,000 lbs.
•Always distribute objects on the Cart evenly, resng adequately on
upright supports and secured to prevent falling o. 4824 size models
have a maximum usable tray load of 8” per side. 6024 size models have
a maximum useable tray load of 5” per side. Uneven weight distribuon
could cause Cart pping.
•Be aware of dynamic loading. Suddenly dropping or bouncing a load on
the Cart may create, for a brief instant, an excess load, which may result
in damage to the product and/or personal injury.
•This Cart must be used on solid at surfaces.
•This Cart must be used on a rm surface that is free of pits, debris, holes
or obstrucons.
•Acids are corrosive and can seriously aect strength. Do not expose this
Cart to corrosive substances.
•Never move a Cart with a worker within.
•Do not use powered devices to propel this Cart. Use extra cauon near
operang machinery.
•Do not modify this Cart or any of its components.
•Do not remove any labels from this Cart.
•Always use this product in accordance with the instructions in this manual
and consistent with any training relevant to machines, devices, materials,
etc. used in conjunction with this product.
