Introduction
The VERA DLV20 dolly is an accessory for the VERA20 loudspeaker.
It is characterized by a subtle look, a remarkable size to weight ratio and ease of use.

1. Safety | Intended use
The VERA DLV20 dolly was developed for use in professional sound systems. The dolly may
only be used by trained and qualified personnel.
The VERA DLV20 dolly may only be used with the VERA20 loudspeaker.
These assembly instructions describe how to use the VERADLV20 dolly. Any other use shall
be deemed improper and may result in damage or even injury.
Modifications or alterations to individual parts of the VERA DLV20 dolly are not permitted!
Danger to life!
WARNING
During and after each system setup, check that all quick-lock pins are always completely
inserted! All quick-lock pins must always be used!
WARNING
Before each use, check the integrity of the VERADLV20 dolly and ensure that all components
are in perfect condition.
WARNING
The VERA DLV20 is an accessory designed both for indoor and outdoor use.
CAUTION
The VERA DLV20 dolly may only be used by trained and qualified personnel. Personnel must
check the VERA DLV20 for its full suitability before each use.
WARNING
When visible damage to any part of the VERA DLV20 dolly is detected, it must be decommis-
sioned immediately.
WARNING
Note the operating modes described in this assembly instructions. Other uses are not per-
missible.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by TWAMBO.
Please adhere to the following safety instructions to avoid risks when using accessories.

When moving the VERA DLV20 dolly, ensure full load-bearing capacity and stability of the
substrate.
The VERADLV20 dolly is specified for a load of not more than four VERA20 loudspeakers.
This load capacity must never be exceeded!
WARNING
During movement (assembly or dismantling, transport to the place of use) of the
VERA DLV20 dolly with VERA20 loudspeakers, ensure sufficient space to prevent collisions
with other objects.

4.1 Mounting VERA20 loudspeaker on the VERA DLV20 dolly
4. Commissioning
NOTE
To prepare the VERA20 loudspeakers for transport on the dolly, proceed as follows:
NOTE
1. Press down the locking brakes on the two castors with your foot. This will secure the dolly
from rolling away.
2. Lift off the top of the dolly.

3. Loosen the two quick-locking pins at the front of four VERA20 loudspeakers.
4. Both splay links in the front rigging tracks must be extended downwards.

5. Please note that setting up the VERA DLV20 dolly with VERA20 loudspeakers always
requires two persons!
6. Have two persons place the first VERA20 loudspeaker on the lower part of the
VERA DLV20 dolly.
7. Insert the VERA20 loudspeaker´s two front quick-locking pins into the holes of the
VERA DLV20 dolly.
8. Check that all quick-locking pins are always completely inserted!

9. Have two persons place the second VERA20 loudspeaker on the first one.
10.Pull back the VERA20 loudspeaker until its front splay links align with the rigging tracks of
the lower loudspeaker.

13.Follow steps 9 to 12 to mount the third and fourth VERA20 loudspeaker in the same
manner.

15.Move all right-hand sliders completely to the right and all left-hand sliders completely to
the left.
16.Loosen the quick-locking pin on the main carrier of the upper three loudspeaker´s back
rigging and fold out the hook completely downwards until each of the three hooks tou-
ches the back rigging support plate.

17.Insert the quick-locking pin on the main carrier of the upper three VERA20 loudspeaker´s
back rigging so that all three hooks are fixed.
18.Check that all quick-locking pins are always completely inserted!

19.Push all slides on the right completely to the left, so that the back rigging is closed.
20.Make sure that the top three hooks attach to the support plate, that all quick-locking pins
have been pushed through completely and that all right slides are closed! This ensures that
all VERA20 loudspeakers and the VERA DLV20 dolly form a firmly connected unit.
21.Fold back the hook on the back rigging of the bottom speaker so that it rests against the
quick-locking pin.

22.Remove both quick-locking pins on the left and right of the VERA DLV20 dolly´s top.
23.Put the top part of the dolly onto your system structure.
24.Insert the two quick-locking pins of the VERA DLV20 dolly into the holes of the upper
VERA20 loudspeaker.
25.Check that all quick-locking pins are always completely inserted!
26.Pull the Cover4V20 Cover over the dolly and close it.
27.Lift the locking brakes on the two castors with your foot. This will unlock the dolly.

Ensure that the surface of the dolly is not damaged during transport and storage. Moisture
can penetrate exposed wood surfaces and cause the wood to swell.
This is why the product should be transported and stored in a safe, careful, dry and largely
dust-free manner.
