☉General Safety Rules
WARNING
1. Read and understand instructions of this manual entirely before operating the machine.
2. Always wear approved safely glasses /face shields when using the machine.
3. Make certain the machine is properly grounded.
4. Before machine in operation, remove tie, ring, watch, other jewelry, and roll your sleeves up
to above elbows. Remove loose clothing and confine long hair.
5. Keep the floor around this machine clean and free of scrap material, oil and grease.
6. Keep machine guards in place at all times when the machine is in use. If it removed for
maintenance purpose, pay extra attention and replace these guards at once.
7. Do not over reach. Keep a balanced stance all the time so that you don’t fall lean against
blade or some other moving parts.
8. Whenever make any adjustments or maintenance with the machine must unplugged the
power source.
9. Use the right tool. Don’t force a tool or attachment to do a job that it was not designed for.
10. Replace warning labels if they have become obscured or removed.
11. Make certain the motor switch is in “off” position while connecting the machine into the
power supply.
12. Pay your work undivided attention. Looking around, and carrying on a conversation, or
“Horse-play” are careless acts which might result in serious injury.
13. Keep visitors a safe distance from the work area.
14. Use recommended accessories, and parts. Improved accessories may be hazardous.
15. From the good habit of checking, to see keys and wrenches are removed before turning
on this machine.
16. Always keep hands & fingers away from the black when this machine is running.
17. Never hold a material with this saw in the horizontal position. Please be sure always use
the vise to clamp it securely.
18. Read and understand warnings that posted on the machine.
19. Always provide necessary support for long and heavy material.
20. Use a sharp blade and always keep machine clean for a best and safest performance.
21. Failure to comply with any of these warnings may cause serious injury.

☉Operation Rules
①Before Operation
Transportation:Please make sure the carrying chain is fixed on
the carrying hook. Then lift head handle to move with wheels by
one person. The other way, one can lift the head handle, and the
other one can lift the base handle to transport machine.
②Before Cutting
●Blade Installation:make sure the power is off and turn the cover
locker to release the cover.
(1)Remove blade
1.Turn the tension handle to “RELEASE”
direction to loosen blade.
2.Take blade off from bearings.
3. Take blade off from guide bracket.
4. Take blade off from wheels .
(2)Install blade
Install blade by the contrary way of
“remove blade ”.

●Load Adjustment:
There are four load states to choose depend on what material you cut.
(because of the cutting situations are complex, so you can choose the
load state best suit for you or control the load by head handle with
hand)
(1)Extra light
(2)Light
(3)Normal
(4)Heavy duty
Steps:1.Lift saw head to upper state.
2.Push load wheel and turn to move pin to the load state you
want.

●Blade Guide Bracket Adjustment:
For the best cutting precision, rear
blade guide bracket can move
forward or backward to fit cutting
size.
Don’t let bracket touch cutting material to damage or
affect cutting precision .
Don’t adjust during operation.
●Clamping And Angle Setting:
(1) Angle Vise Adjustment:
1. Clamp material
Place material on the fixed vise side, then lift half nut handle to clamp
and screw the wheel.

2.Angle adjustment
you can have 0~45。range to choose ,
then loose two 17mm bolt with tools
and move to
the right angle, then screw two bolts to
fixed the angle.
(2) Chain Vise Adjustment:
(i) Turn handle wheel to left rotation to release
chains.
(ii) Put material on the ”V groove” and put
chains on it .
(iii) Turn handle wheel to right rotation to clamp
material.
Cutting Rules
(i) Lift the saw head, then turn on for a while.
(ii) Put sawblade on material gently and start cutting procedure.
(iii) When cutting is over, the power will automatically shut
down.
④Maintenance:
◆After cutting procedure, it’s necessary to clean the dust to avoid dust
damaging machine parts.
◆After operation, please plug out and hook on the carrying hook .
Then put machine in dry place to avoid rust.
