LED’s definition:
a. Blue LED corresponds to gear. When it’s on it means gear is down, when it’s off
it means gear is up. When blue LED flashing, it means sequencer doesn’t receive
transmitter signals or gear switch is not on correct position. Turn on or check
the transmitter, make sure switch is on correct position to eliminate flashing.
b. Red LED corresponds to PSI. When it’s flashing, pressure loosing protection is
effective. Gear will go down automatically; manual button or transmitter switch
will not work. Get the pressure higher than set value or reset value to 000 to
eliminate flashing.
c. Green LED corresponds to F/S. It’s a lock unit. When this function is on, height
protection is effective, gear is locked. If plane is sitting on ground, while a
retracting command is sent from transmitter, central controller will not execute
this command until the plane flies up to a height of set value, to get release
from this protection. If you need to test your gear on ground, short press
manual button to turn off this function. When LED is red, this function is off.
Note: when blue LED is on, make sure gear is down!!! Very important! This is
how central controller identifies status of gear. If you ignore this step or not
set up correctly, when PSI is on, gear will go up. If the direction of down (open)
or up(close) of gear(door) is incorrect, reverse it by switching the wires.
10. Three-needle outlets
10.1 Nose out- nose wheel rotation servo outlets.
Nose in- outlets connect to receiver.
Function: it indicates nose wheel rotation servo is controlled by central controller.
When gear is up, nose wheel servo stops working. When gear is down, nose wheel
servo recovers to work. However, this procedure is time-lapse. Lapsed time is N-3
seconds. N is lapsed time of gear door. When it’s set up at 8 seconds, recover time
of nose wheel is 8-3=5 seconds. Control recovers in 5 seconds after sending gear
down command. Change the time-lapse of nose wheel by changing time-lapse of
gear door.
