Safety Warnings
• Keep these instructions.
• Nonuser replaceable light sources.
• Uncoil the light strip before use.
• Do not drop, puncture, open, cut, or disassemble this product
• Do not install this product in any way other than what is outlined in
this guide.
• Do not place this device on hot surfaces.
• Only use the adaptor supplied; using a dierent adaptor can damage
the device.
• Do not submerge the strip or the power supply unit in water.
• Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause damage
• Do not use this product in small, enclosed locations that could limit
the low of air or trap excess heat.
• Do not expose this product to open lames or use near ire.
• Do not use the product in a strong magnetic ield.
• Do not use this product for emergency lighting/exits.
• Do not allow small children to operate, modify, or install this
device unsupervised.
• Use a clean, soft cloth to clean - do not use any cleaning agents
to clean.
• Manage in accordance with disposal laws in your area.
• Do not clean the device when it is on and connected to the
power supply.
• Do not connect the light strip to the power supply while it is in the
packing or wound onto the reel.
• Do not use the rope light when covered or recessed into
a lat surface.
• Not intended for illumination. Only use for ambiance.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the

installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause

1. Get Started
1.1 Preinstallation
1.2 Installing Your Lights
• CHECK THAT YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. BOX SHOULD
CONTAIN AMBER LIT STRIP, MOTION SENSOR CONTROLLER,
USB CHARGING CORD AND MOUNTING ADHESIVE.
• MAKE SURE THE MOTION SENSOR IS CHARGED USING THE
USB INCLUDED.
• AFTER IT IS CHARGED, PLUG THE END OF THE LIGHT STRIP
INTO THE MOTION SENSOR PORT.
• WIPE DOWN AND CLEAN THE SURFACE YOU’RE PLANNING
TO PLACE YOUR LIGHTS ON.
• THE CIRCULAR MAGNET INCLUDED WILL ATTACH TO THE
BACK OF THE MOTION SENSOR CONTROLLER. SECURE THE
3M ADHESIVE INCLUDED TO THE EXPOSED SIDE OF THE
MAGNET TO MOUNT TO THE WALL.
• PEEL OFF THE PROTECTIVE TAPE ON THE BACK OF THE
LIGHTS AND MAGNETIC MOTION SENSOR MOUNT.
• PLACE LIGHTS ONTO SURFACE AND MOTION SENSOR ONTO
MAGNET. PRESS DOWN TO MAKE SURE ADHESIVE IS FIRMLY
SECURED TO SURFACE.

• ENABLES ‘STATIC’ MODE, TOGGLE BETWEEN 21 DIFFERENT
COLOR OPTIONS
2. ‘MODE’ KEY:
• ENABLES ‘DYNAMIC’ MODE, CYCLES BETWEEN 8 DIFFERENT
LIGHT FUNCTIONS
3. ‘+/-‘ KEY:
• WHEN LIGHTS ARE STATIC, THIS CYCLES THROUGH
5 LEVELS OF BRIGHTNESS
• WHEN LIGHTS ARE IN DYNAMIC MODE, THIS CYCLES
THROUGH 5 LEVELS OF SPEED
• PRESS AND HOLD FOR 1 SECOND TO TURN OFF
4. TIMER SWITCH:
• ADJUST THE LENGTH OF TIME LIGHTS WILL POWER OFF
AFTER NO MOTION IS DETECTED
5. OFF:
• MOVEMENT AND LIGHT SENSORS ARE OFF
6. SUN SWITCH:
• MOTION SENSOR ENABLED  LIGHT WILL TURN ON WHEN IT
DETECTS MOVEMENT
7. MOON SWITCH:
• MOTION AND LIGHT SENSOR ENABLED: SENSOR WILL ONLY
TURN ON WHEN IT DETECTS BOTH MOVEMENT AND LIGHT UP
TO 25 LUX

*WARNING WHEN BRIGHTNESS OF LIGHT BEGINS TO
DULL IT INDICATES THE BATTERY POWER IS INSUFFICIENT,
