chargerfacingupandyour
phone’stouchscreenfacing
down,insertthesmallendof
thechargerintothemicro-
USBportonthephone.
2.Insertthelargeendofthe
charger cordintothe porton
thewalladapter.
3.Plugtheadapter intoastandardoutlet.
Thebatteryiconintheupper rightofthe
screentellsyouwhetherthedeviceis:
- Charging(the iconisanimated)
- Partiallycharged
- Fullycharged

Getfamiliar withthethreemainkeys,asyouwillusethem
tonavigateyourphone.
1. Homekey – nomatterwhatyou’redoing, thiswill
takeyoubackto theMainscreen onyourphone.
2. Menukey–thisgivesyoua menuofoptionsfor
everysectionofthe phone.Forexample,this
buttonwillallowyouto addanddeletecontacts
whileinyourcontactslist.
3. Backkey – thiswilltakeyoubackto theprevious
screen.

Whentyping anemailortext,simplytapthe screeninthe
messageentryarea.Thisisthewhiteareashown inthe
imagetothe right.
1.Thebluecursor willappearwhen tappingatextfield
onthe screenandcanbeusedtonavigateyourtyped
text.Youcanselectaspecificplace inthetextbysimply
tappingtheplace orbytouching&draggingthecursor
tothe desiredlocation.
2.TheShiftkey changesthetextfrom lowercaseto
uppercase.Touchand holdforcapslock.
3.TheSymbols/Numberskey enablesyouto choose
fromnumbersandvarioussymbols.Onceyouhave
reached thesymbols/numberskeyboard, tap =\< to
seean additionalkeyboardofsymbols.Pressthe ABC
buttonto returntotheoriginalkeyboard.
4.TheDeletekey allowsyoutodeleteanypreviously
typedcharacters.
