increase resistance, turn the tension knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn the
tension knob counter clockwise.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
Every time before riding, make sure both pedals are securely tightened.
After finishing riding, use a dry rag to clean sweat and dust off for the whole unit.
Especially please clean the flywheel, all the metal tube and parts to avoid rusting.

Proper seat adjustment is critical to exercise
efficiently and avoid the risk of injury. To
determine whether the seat is properly, adjust
seat on the exercise bike, place one pedal in
the down position and enter your foot over the
center of the pedal. Your leg should be only
slightly bent. If you are stretching or your leg
isn't extended sufficiently the seat should be
adjusted as required.

that the seat locking pin is securely locked into
position.

ADJUSTABLE KNOB loose. Then pull the
knob and move the seat up or down to the
desired height. (there are different seat
height positions) .

LEVELING:
After completing the installation, if the floor/equipment is not even, turn the FOOT PAD
to the desired level in order to balance the frame.
CHAIN ADJUSTMENT:
The chain on this bike has been pre-adjusted and should not require immediate
attention. Continuously use of bike may cause the chain become loose and need to be
adjusted.
When to adjust chain:
1. In riding the bike, if you found swing of chain that caused noise that meant chain
was too loose. If it is too loose, it not only causes noise, but chain might fall loose
from the frame.
2. If you rode the bike without putting any break on the wheel but found some tension
on the bike that meant the chain was too tight. It will cause more friction and become
easily worn out between chain and related parts.
How to adjust for loose (tight) chain:
1. Use tool to loosen the Nut (2J) on two sides.
2. For loose (tight) chain, slightly tighten the Nut (2I) on the right side by 1 or 2 turn
clockwise (counterclockwise). Then also slightly tighten (loosen) the Nut (2I) on the
left side. Make sure flywheel is straight at the center of frame, then tighten the Nut
(2J) on the right.
3. Ride the bike and repeat procedure 2 to see if you feel comfortable about the
movement of the chain.
4. Make sure the Nut (2J) on the right side is securely tightened and the flywheel is at
the center, then tighten the Nut (2J) on the left side.
