DANGER Check that all items are complete and in good
condition.
WARNING In the assembly of the bolts, it is recommended that
one should use one's hand in tightening the bolts
prior to its completion. Once completed remember
to have all the bolts securely fastened to prevent
accident.
ATTENTION Be sure to carefully follow all the steps in our
assembly instruction.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATIONS
WARNING:
Before starting any exercise program, it is recommended that you consult your
physician, especially for persons with pre-existing health problems.Before using
the new equipment, please review this manual to learn about the features, functions,
and safety operations.Should you experience any irregular physical conditions
such as dizziness, severe muscle or joint pain, pain in your chest or should any
other symptoms appear: STOP EXERCISING and consult with your physician
immediately.
1. Read all instructions in this manual before using this equipment. It is the owner’s
responsibility to ensure that all users of this equipment are thoroughly informed of all
warnings and precautions. Use this equipment for its intended use as described in this
manual.
2. Securely tighten all nuts and bolts and inspect and tighten all parts each time you use
the equipment. **Replace any worn parts immediately and if you find that any repairs
are needed, please keep the equipment out of use until repair.**
3. Inspect the Crank Arms and Pedals daily for any signs of stress fatigue, and check
Brake Pads for its wear periodically. The safety level of the equipment can be
maintained only if it is examined regularly for damage and wear.
4. Press down on the red emergency brake lever under the tension knob to STOP cycling
immediately.
5. The equipment should only be used on a level surface and is designed for indoor use
only.
6. Warm up before you start exercising to prevent injuries
7. No more than one person should operate the equipment at one time.
8. It is recommended that you do not initiate any type of exercising within 40 minutes after
a meal.
9. Keep small children and pets away from the equipment at all times
10. Appropriate clothing should be worn while exercising. Never wear loose clothing that
could be caught in moving parts. It is recommended that athletic support clothing be
worn for both men and women. Athletic shoes should always be worn while exercising.
DO NOT USE with bare feet, wearing sandals, or wearing only socks or stockings.
11. The user’s max weight to operate the equipment is 150kg / 330 lbs.
12. DO NOT USE the equipment around water or while you are wet. Using the unit around
a pool, hot tub or sauna will void the warranty and is potentially hazardous.
13. The equipment is NOT suitable for medical/therapeutic use.

Step 1
Secure FRONT STABILIZER to MAIN
FRAME using allen head bolts.
Step 3
Slide the seat slider into the seat post,
Insert fixing KNOB through washer, seat
post into seat slider and tighten it. then
insert SEAT POST into rear top of MAIN
FRAME, fixed by knob. Securely fix the
seat to the seat slider.

Secure REAR STABILIZER to MAIN
FRAME using allen head bolts .

Step 8
Firmly screw each pedal into the cranks.
Please check for the letters L for left pedal
or R for right pedal.
Step 9
Fix bottle cage by screwing bolts on
fork. Then put water bottle into the bottle
cage.
Step 5
Securely fix the HANDLEBAR to the top
of HANDLEBAR POST by using KNOB
and WASHER .
Step 4
Insert HANDLEBAR POST into front top
of the MAIN FRAME , fixed by knob .

Step 6
Fix Computer Clamp to the handle bar
with the bolt provided from the Clamp,
put the Rubber Ring in between to avoid
slipping of Clamp.
Step 7
Insert Computer into Clamp, then plug
two sensors for pulse and speed into the
back side of Computer.

After the bike is assembled, suggest you to use family use stationary standard
tools to tighten two pedals again to make sure they are securely tightened.

RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT:
Pedalling resistance is controlled by the tension knob located under the handlebar. To
increase resistance, turn the tension knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn the
tension knob counter clockwise.
SEAT ADJUSTMENT:
Proper seat adjustment is critical to exercise efficiently and
avoid the risk of injury.
To determine whether the seat is properly, adjust seat on the
exercise bike, place one pedal in the down position and enter
your foot over the center of the pedal. Your leg should be only
slightly bent. If you are stretching or your leg isn't extended
sufficiently the seat should be adjusted as required.
After adjusting it is very important to make sure that the seat
locking pin is securely locked into position.
1. To adjust the height of seat simply turn the adjustable knob
loose. Then pull the knob and move the seat up or down to the desired height. (there
are different seat height positions) .
2. To adjust the seat position. Turn the fixing knob loose then pull the knob to move the
seat to the desired position. Then fix the fixing knob.
LEVELING:
After completing the installation, if the floor/equipment is not even adjust foot pads
underneath stabilizers to level the frame.
HANDLEBAR ADJUSTMENT:
1. To adjust height of handlebar, simply turn the
ADJUSTABLE KNOB loose then pull the knob and move
handlebar post up or down to the desired height. There
are 6 holes for adjusting different positions.
2. To adjust handlebar position, just turn the FIXING KNOB
loose and move it back and forth to the desired positon.
Then fix FIXING KNOB again.
BELT ADJUSTMENT:
The belt on this bike has been pre-adjusted and should not require immediate attention.
Continuously use of bike may cause the belt become loose and need to be adjusted.
When to adjust:
When stepping heavily on the pedal and found belt was slipping that meant belt was

too loose and needs to be tightened. Please note not to over-tighten the belt, or it will
damage the bearing.
How to adjust:
1. Use tool to loosen the Nut (2J) on two sides.
2. Slightly tighten the Nut (2I) on the right side by 1 or 2 turn clockwise, then also
slightly tighten the Nut (2I) on the left side. Make sure flywheel is straight at the
center of frame, then tighten the Nut (2J) on the right.
3. Ride the bike and repeat procedure 2 to see if you feel comfortable about the
movement of the belt.
4. Make sure the Nut (2J) on the right side is securely tightened and the flywheel is at
the center, then tighten the Nut (2J) on the left side.

SPECIAL NOTICE:
1. Every time before riding, make sure both pedals are securely tightened.
2. After finishing riding, use a dry rag to clean sweat and dust off for the whole unit.
Especially please clean the flywheel, all the metal tube and parts to avoid rusting.
EXERCISE COMPUTER
Function Keys:
ENTER:
1. Press ENTER key to select the functions for setting exercise values of TIME and
DISTANCE.
2. Press ENTER key to confirm the setting exercise
values.
3. Keep pressing ENTER key for 3 seconds to remove all
previous exercise data.
UP:
1. Press UP key to switch the functions of speed,
average speed, maximum speed, heart rate, maximum
heart rate, RPM, average RPM and maximum RPM.
2. Press UP key to add the setting exercise values of TIME and Distance.
DOWN:
1. Press DOWN key to switch SPEED to PULSE, CAL to RPM
2. Press DOWN key to decrease the setting exercise values of TIME and DISTANCE.

Computer Instruction
Function and Operation
Auto ON/OFF
The monitor automatically starts working once the user starts to do the exercise on the
machine. It will automatically turn off after the machine is not used for 75 seconds, and all
exercise value will be removed.
TIME
1. Press ENTER key to select TIME, and press UP/DOWN keys to set the exercise TIME.
2. If users do not set TIME, time will be automatically count up 00:00:00~99:59:59
3. Setting value of Count Down is from 5:00~99:59:00. The monitor will beep when count
down to 0:00.
SPEED
1. SPEED display range is 0.00 ~ 99.9 kph / mph
2. 3 SPEED display: current speed, average speed and maximum speed.
RPM
1. RPM display range is 15 ~ 999.
2. 3 RPM display: current RPM, average RPM and maximum RPM.
DISTANCE
1. Press ENTER key to select DISTANCE (TIME value is 0), and press UP/DOWN keys to
set the exercise value.
2. If users do not set DISTANCE, distance will be automatically count up 0.0~999.9 km/mile
3. Setting value of Count Down is from 1.0~999.0 km/mile. The monitor will beep when count
down to 0:00.
CALORIE
1. CALORIE displays K/CAL on the LCD.
2. Calorie will be automatically count up 0.0~9999
PULSE
1. Pulse display range is 40~200. The Pulse value will display “P”, after user stops
measuring heart rate for 16 seconds.
2. PULSE displays “BPM” on the LCD.
3. 3 PULSE display: current heart rate, average heart rate and maximum heart rate.
Attention:
Working Temperature:0˚C~ 50˚C
Storage Temperature.: -10˚C~ 60˚C
How to change battery:
1. Open battery cover and insert 2 AAA or 2 UM-4 batteries.
2. Properly put back battery cover.
3. Under regular condition, warranty of battery is one year.
4. If the LCD shows partial display, please take out batteries, wait for 15 seconds and insert
again.
5. Previous exercise data will be removed after take out batteries.
6. Please follow local regulation when throwing batteries away.
