Caution:
Please read the instructions carefully and completely before using
the PowerBlitzer.
1. Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling,
cleaning.
2. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage
corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
3. Don’t plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully
assembled and always unplug before disassembling the appliance or
handling the blade.
4. Don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
5. Never use a damaged or faulty appliance. If your PowerBlitzer is faulty
please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0800 781 7831.
6. Ensure the suitability of the wall and use the appropriate wall fixings that
will withstand the forces generated. If in doubt consult a qualified
person.
7. Don’t let the excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or
touch a hot surface.
8. Don’t place hot ingredients in the appliance.
9. Short-time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute,
and don’t operate hard food for longer than 10 seconds.
10. If you press switch 1, you can run the inching switch to meet your
requirements. Switch 2 has a fixed speed.
11. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
12. Care should be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying
the bowl and during cleaning.
13. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
14. This appliance is not intended for persons without assistance or
supervision if their physical, sensory or mental capabilities prevent them
from using it safely.
15. This is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.

How to use the hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces,
soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and
milkshakes.
1. Press the lock and release buttons on the motor unit and attach to
the stainless steel blender stick until it locks. (Fig. 1)
2. Introduce the hand blender in the vessel (Fig. 2).
Then choose speed “1”-“5” and press switch 1, or pulse switch 2 to
operate it.
3. Use the handblender for no longer than 1 minute.
4. Caution: the blade is very sharp!
5. Make sure the PowerBlitzer is held upright to avoid spashing and
accidents.




How to use the chopping bowl
1. Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat,
cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.
2. Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coffee
beans and grains.
Before chopping...
1. Carefully remove the plastic cover from the ‘S’ Blade. Caution: the
blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2. Place the blade on the center pin of the 500ml chopping bowl. Press
down the blade and lock bowl. Always place the chopping bowl on an
anti-slip base. (Fig. 1)
3. Place the food in the chopping bowl.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopping bowl. (Fig. 2)
5. Press the lock and release buttons on the motor unit and attach to
the chopping bowl lid until it locks (Fig. 3)
6. Choose switch 1 to operate the chopper. During processing, hold the
motor unit with on hand and the chopper bowl the other. (Fig. 4)
7. After use, press side buttons of the motor unit and take the motor unit
off the chopping bowl lid.
8. Then remove the chopping bowl lid and carefully take out the blade.
9. Remove the processed food from the chopping bowl.

How to use the whisk
Use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites and
mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.
1. Inset the whisk into the whisk holder. Press the lock and release buttons
on the motor unit and attach to the whisk holder until it locks.
2. Place the whisk in a vessel. Then choose speed “1”-“5” and press
switch 1, or pulse switch 2 to operate it.
3. Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minutes.
4. Remove the motor unit from the whisk holder and whisk after use.
Then pull the whisk out of the whisk holder.






Cleaning
Clean the motor unit and chopping bowl lid with a damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
1. Unplug the motor unit before
cleaning.
2. After processing very salty food, you
should rinse the blades right away.
3. When processing food with colour,
the plastic parts of the PowerBlitzer
may become discoloured. Wipe
these parts with vegetable oil before
washing.
4. Caution: The blades are very
sharp!
5. It is recommended to wash the units
between uses on different ingredients
to prevent contamination.
