FIGURE 1 - SMALL CABINET: MODELS 025, 032, 035, AND 040
INTRODUCTION
The L-Series water-cooled self-contained units can
be split and shipped in three segments, allowing for
ease of handling and transporting in a freight elevator
or to fit through a 36-inch doorway, for example. This
manual guides the installer in the reassembly of the
three sections based on the cabinet size. Small cabinet
instructions apply to models 025, 032, 035, and 040.
The unit is assembled and tested at the factory prior
to shipment. The sections are then separated for ship-
ment.
The three segments include:
• Compressor/condenser/coil section
• Control and supply air fan section
• Filter section
Place the sections on dollies or a hand pallet truck to
make it easier to maneuver and position the sections
for assembly. Ensure the dollies or pallet truck is posi-
tioned to support the unit by the perimeter base frame
and not the bottom pan. Failure to do so could result in
damage to the bottom of the unit.
PARTS
Table 1 on page 7 lists the parts that ship loose
with the fan compartment. Locate the box in the fan
compartment behind the pressure seal door beneath the
control compartment.
Table 2 on page 8 lists the parts that ship loose with
the filter section.

FIGURE 33 - LARGE CABINET: MODELS 070, 085, 095, AND 105
INTRODUCTION
The L-Series water-cooled self-contained units can
be split and shipped in three segments, allowing for
ease of handling and transporting in a freight elevator
or to fit through a 36-inch doorway, for example. This
manual guides the installer in the reassembly of the
three sections based on the cabinet size. Large cabinet
instructions apply to models 070, 085, 095, and 105.
The unit was assembled and tested at the factory prior
to shipment. The sections were then separated for ship-
ment.
The three segments include:
• Compressor/condenser/coil section
• Control and supply air fan section
• Filter section
Place the sections on dollies or a hand pallet truck to
make it easier to maneuver and position the sections
for assembly. Ensure sure the dollies or pallet truck is
positioned to support the unit by the perimeter base
frame and not the bottom pan. Failure to do so could
result in damage to the bottom of the unit.
PARTS
The following parts ship in the box of loose parts.
Table 5 lists the parts that ship loose with the fan com-
partment. Locate the box in the fan compartment be-
hind the pressure seal door beneath the control com-
partment.
Table 6 lists the parts that ship loose with the filter sec-
tion.
