Tento stručný návod nenahrazuje návod kprovozu! Před všemi pracemi se systémem ENESKAmicro nebo naněm si vždy nejdříve přečtěte návod
kprovozu!
Systémy ENESKAmicro jsou určeny výhradně kbroušení, frézování, odstraňování otřepů aleštění zapoužití nástrojů, součástí adílů příslušenství
schválených společností joke (viz kapitolu 3 návodu kprovozu). Při všech pracích se systémem ENESKAmicro platí, že nesmí být překročeny hodnoty
uvedené vtechnických údajích jednotlivých komponent.
Aby se předešlo ohrožení osob avěcným škodám napředmětech, musí být VŽDY zohledněny následující bezpečnostní pokyny ainformace:
• Systémy ENESKAmicro používejte výhradně vtechnicky bezvadném stavu.
• Řídicí jednotku systémů ENESKAmicro vždy postavte nabezpečný aneklouzavý podklad achraňte ji před kontaktem skapalinami.
• Vždy používejte ochranné brýle, rukavice aochranu sluchu.
• Vždy zajistěte dostatečné odsávání.
• Zapnutý systém ENESKAmicro neponechávejte bez dozoru.
• Poruchy vždy ihned odstraňte sami podle tohoto návodu, nebo je nechejte odstranit.
• Neprovádějte žádné změny, nástavby ani přestavby jednotlivých součástí systémů ENESKAmicro.
• Systém nepoužívejte pod širým nebem.

Volba motoru: K řídicí jednotce může být současně připojeno několik motorů, ale jen jeden motor lze použít kobrábění! Automaticky se vybere motor,
který byl naposledy připojen křídicí jednotce nebo který byl naposledy použit. Tlačítko motoruA, B nebo C, které patří ktomuto motoru, bliká (viz obr.
20). Je-li to třeba, stiskněte tlačítko motoruA, B nebo C avyberte jiný motor.

*3 Vždy použijte nářadí přiložené knásadci! Jestliže je při montáži násadce patrný odpor dříve, než je závit zcela zašroubovaný, upínacím pouzdrem
násadce nejdříve otáčejte rukou, až spojka zaklapne.
*4 Nástroje připojujte nebo vyměňujte pouze svypnutou řídicí jednotkou! Nástroje vždy zasuňte doupínacího pouzdra až nadoraz. Než je namontu-
jete, všechny díly důkladně vyčistěte.
*5 U násadců JEHR 500, JIH 300 aJIR 310 navíc seřiďte upínací pouzdro (viz návod kprovozu)!
*6 Chod doleva lze zvolit jen vpřípadě, že násadec je určen pro oba směry otáčení.

lesen!
ENESKAmicro Systeme sind ausschließlich zum Schleifen, Fräsen, Entgraten und Polieren mit den von joke zugelassenen Werkzeugen, Komponenten
und Zubehörteilen bestimmt (siehe Kapitel 3 der Betriebsanleitung). Bei allen Arbeiten mit dem ENESKAmicro System dürfen die Werte, die in den
Technischen Daten der einzelnen Komponenten angegeben sind, nicht überschritten werden.
Um Gefahren für Personen und Schäden an Gegenständen zu vermeiden, die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise IMMER berücksichtigen:
• ENESKAmicro Systeme nur in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand verwenden.
• Das Steuergerät des ENESKAmicro Systems immer auf sicherem, rutschfestem Untergrund aufstellen und vor Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten schützen.
• Immer eine Schutzbrille, Handschuhe und Gehörschutz tragen.
• Immer für eine ausreichende Absaugung sorgen.
• Das ENESKAmicro System im eingeschalteten Zustand nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
• Störungen entsprechend der Betriebsanleitung umgehend selbst beseitigen oder beseitigen lassen.
• Keine Veränderungen, An- und Umbauten an den einzelnen Komponenten des ENESKAmicro Systems vornehmen.
• Das System nicht im Freien verwenden.

Motor wählen: Es können mehrere Motoren gleichzeitig am Steuergerät angeschlossen werden, aber nur ein Motor kann für die Bearbeitung genutzt
werden! Der Motor, der zuletzt an das Steuergerät angeschlossen oder benutzt wurde, wird automatisch ausgewählt. Die zu diesem Motor gehörende
Motortaste A, B oder C blinkt (siehe Abb. 20). Falls erforderlich, die Motortaste A, B oder C drücken, um einen anderen Motor zu wählen.

Safety
These brief instructions are no replacement for the operating instructions. Always read the operating instructions before working with or on the
ENESKAmicro system.
ENESKAmicro systems are exclusively intended for grinding, milling, deburring and polishing using tools, components and accessories approved
by JOKE (see chapter 3 of the operating instructions). The values specified in the technical specifications of the individual components must not be
exceeded when working with the ENESKAmicro system.
To avoid danger to persons and material damage, ALWAYS observe the following safety instructions:
• Only use ENESKAmicro systems in technically perfect condition.
• Always place the ENESKAmicro system control unit on a safe, non-slip surface and protect it from contact with liquids.
• Always wear safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection.
• Always ensure that there is sucient air extraction.
• Do not leave the ENESKAmicro system unattended when switched on.
• Immediately rectify faults yourself or have them rectified in accordance with these instructions.
• Do not make any changes, additions or modifications to the individual components of the ENESKAmicro system.
• Do not use the system outdoors.

Choosing a motor: Several motors can be connected to the control unit at the same time, but only one motor can be used at a time. The motor that was
last connected to or was used with the control unit will automatically be selected. The motor buttonA, B or C belonging to this motor will flash (see fig.
20). If necessary, press motor buttonA, B or C to select another motor.

Les systèmes ENESKAmicro sont conçus uniquement pour le meulage, le fraisage, l’ébavurage et le polissage avec les outils, composants et
accessoires autorisés par joke (voir chapitre 3 du manuel d’utilisation). Lors de tous les travaux eectués avec le système ENESKAmicro, les valeurs
indiquées dans les Caractéristiques techniques des diérents composants ne doivent jamais être dépassées.
Pour éviter les dommages matériels et les dangers pouvant menacer les personnes, les consignes de sécurité suivantes doivent être TOUJOURS respectées:
• Utiliser les systèmes ENESKAmicro uniquement s’ils se trouvent en parfait état.
• Poser toujours l’appareil de commande du système ENESKAmicro sur une surface stable et antidérapante et le tenir à l’abri des liquides.
• Porter toujours des lunettes de protection, des gants et une protection auditive.
• Veiller à une aspiration susante.
• Ne pas laisser le système ENESKAmicro sans surveillance lorsqu’il est en marche.
• Éliminer soi-même ou faire éliminer les dysfonctionnements conformément au manuel d’utilisation dès qu’ils apparaissent.

Az ENESKAmicro rendszerek kizárólag a joke által engedélyezett szerszámokkal, részegységekkel és tartozékokkal történő köszörülésre, marásra,
sorjázásra és polírozásra szolgálnak (lásd az üzemeltetési útmutató 3. fejezetét). A ENESKAmicro rendszerekkel végzett minden munka során tilos az
egyes részegységek Műszaki adatai alatt felsorolt értékeket meghaladni.
A személyi sérülések és anyagi károkozások elkerülése érdekében a következő biztonsági utasításokat MINDIG tartsa be:
• Az ENESKAmicro rendszereket kizárólag műszakilag kifogástalan állapotban használja.
• Az ENESKAmicro rendszer vezérlőkészülékét mindig biztonságos, csúszásmentes felületen állítsa fel, és óvja a folyadékokkal való érintkezéstől.
• Mindig viseljen védőszemüveget, kesztyűt és hallásvédőt.
• Mindig gondoskodjon megfelelő elszívásról.
• Az ENESKAmicro rendszert bekapcsolt állapotában ne hagyja felügyelet nélkül.

vagy C motorgomb villog (lásd 20. ábra). Amennyiben szükséges, egy másik motor kiválasztásához nyomja meg az A, B vagy C motorgombot.

sempre preventivamente le istruzioni per l’esercizio!
I sistemi ENESKAmicro devono essere utilizzati esclusivamente per rettificare, fresare, sbavare e lucidare con gli utensili, i componenti e gli acces-
sori ammessi da joke (vedere il capitolo 3 delle istruzioni per l’esercizio). Per tutti i lavori con il sistema ENESKAmicro non si devono superare i valori
indicati nei dati tecnici dei singoli componenti.
Per evitare pericoli per le persone e danni alle cose, tenere SEMPRE conto delle avvertenze di sicurezza seguenti:
• Utilizzare i sistemi ENESKAmicro soltanto se in condizioni tecnicamente perfette.
• Posizionare sempre la centralina del sistema ENESKAmicro su un fondo stabile e antiscivolo e proteggerla dal contatto con i liquidi.
• Indossare sempre occhiali protettivi, guanti e cue.
• Assicurare sempre un’aspirazione suciente.
• Non lasciare incustodito il sistema ENESKAmicro quando è attivato.
• Provvedere immediatamente a eliminare o far eliminare i malfunzionamenti come indicato nelle istruzioni per l’esercizio.
• Non apportare modifiche di alcun tipo ai singoli componenti del sistema ENESKAmicro.

teem altijd eerst de gebruiksaanwijzing lezen!
ENESKAmicro-systemen zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor het slijpen, frezen, afbramen en polijsten met de door joke goedgekeurde gereedschappen,
componenten en toebehoren (zie hoofdstuk 3 van de gebruiksaanwijzing). Bij alle werkzaamheden met het ENESKAmicro-systeem mogen de waarden
die in de technische gegevens van de afzonderlijke componenten zijn aangegeven, niet worden overschreden.
Om gevaren voor personen en materiële schade te voorkomen, de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften ALTIJD opvolgen:
• ENESKAmicro-systemen uitsluitend in technisch perfecte staat gebruiken.
• De besturingseenheid van het ENESKAmicro-systeem altijd op een stevige, niet gladde ondergrond zetten en beschermen tegen contact met vloeistoen.
• Altijd een veiligheidsbril, beschermende handschoenen en gehoorbescherming dragen.
• Altijd voor voldoende afzuiging zorgen.
• Het ENESKAmicro-systeem in ingeschakelde toestand niet onbeheerd achterlaten.
• Storingen conform de gebruiksaanwijzing onmiddellijk zelf verhelpen of laten verhelpen.
• Geen wijzigingen, aan- en ombouwwerkzaamheden aan de afzonderlijke componenten van het ENESKAmicro-systeem uitvoeren.
• Het systeem niet in de openlucht gebruiken.

Motor selecteren: er kunnen meerdere motoren tegelijkertijd op de besturingseenheid worden aangesloten, maar er kan slechts één motor voor de bewer-
king worden gebruikt! De motor die als laatste op de besturingseenheid is aangesloten of als laatste is gebruikt, wordt automatisch geselecteerd. De toets
A, B of C die bij deze motor hoort, knippert (zie afb. 20). Indien nodig, de motortoets A, B of C indrukken om een andere motor te selecteren.

Systemy ENESKAmicro przeznaczone są wyłącznie doszlifowania, frezowania, gratowania ipolerowania narzędziami, komponentami iakcesoriami
dopuszczonymi przez firmę joke (patrz rozdział 3 instrukcji obsługi). Podczas pracy zsystemem ENESKAmicro nigdy nie należy przekraczać wartości
określonych wdanych technicznych poszczególnych elementów.
Aby uniknąć zagrożenia dlaosób iryzyka uszkodzenia przedmiotów, należy ZAWSZE przestrzegać poniższych wskazówek bezpieczeństwa:
• Systemy ENESKAmicro należy stosować wyłącznie wniebudzącym zastrzeżeń stanie technicznym.
• Jednostkę sterującą systemu ENESKAmicro należy zawsze umieszczać nabezpiecznej, antypoślizgowej powierzchni ichronić przed kontaktem zcieczami.

Wybór silnika: Do jednostki sterującej można jednocześnie podłączyć kilka silników, ale tylko jeden znich można wykorzystywać doobróbki! Automa-
tycznie wybierany jest silnik, który został podłączony dojednostki sterującej jako ostatni lub użyty jako ostatni. Miga wówczas przycisk danego silnika:
A, B lub C (patrz ilustr.20). Wrazie potrzeby nacisnąć przycisk silnika A, B lub C, aby wybrać inny silnik.

Os sistemas ENESKAmicro destinam-se exclusivamente a lixar, fresar, rebarbar e polir com as ferramentas, os componentes e os acessórios
autorizados pela joke (ver capítulo 3 do manual de instruções). Os valores indicados nos dados técnicos dos diversos componentes não podem ser
excedidos durante qualquer trabalho com o sistema ENESKAmicro.
Por forma a evitar perigos para pessoas e danos materiais, tenha SEMPRE em consideração as seguintes indicações de segurança:
• Utilizar os sistemas ENESKAmicro apenas em condições técnicas perfeitas.
• Colocar sempre a unidade de controlo do sistema ENESKAmicro sobre uma base estável e antiderrapante e protegê-la do contacto com líquidos.
• Usar sempre óculos de proteção, luvas e proteção auditiva.
• Garantir sempre uma aspiração adequada.
• Não deixar o sistema ENESKAmicro ligado sem vigilância.
• Eliminar ou solicitar imediatamente a eliminação de falhas em conformidade com o manual de instruções.
• Não realizar alterações, modificações ou conversões nos vários componentes do sistema ENESKAmicro.
• Não utilizar o sistema ao ar livre.

Selecionar o motor: é possível conectar vários motores em simultâneo à unidade de controlo, mas apenas um motor pode ser utilizado para o proces-
samento! O último motor conectado à unidade de controlo ou utilizado em último lugar é selecionado automaticamente. O botão do motor A, B ou C
relativo a esse motor pisca (ver Fig. 20). Se necessário, premir o botão do motor A, B ou C para selecionar outro motor.

ENESKAmicro!
Sistemele ENESKAmicro sunt destinate exclusiv pentru șlefuire, frezare, debavurare și lustruire cu sculele, componentele și accesoriile aprobate de
joke (vezi capitolul 3 din manualul de exploatare). La toate lucrările efectuate cu sistemul ENESKAmicro nu este permisă depășirea valorilor indicate în
Datele tehnice ale fiecărei componente.
Pentru a evita pericolele pentru persoane și prejudicii ale obiectelor luaţi ÎNTOTDEAUNA în considerare următoarele indicaţii de securitate:
• Utilizaţi sistemele ENESKAmicro numai în stare tehnică impecabilă.
• Amplasaţi unitatea de comandă a sistemului ENESKAmicro întotdeauna pe un substrat sigur, aderent și feriţi-o de contact cu lichide.
• Purtați întotdeauna ochelari de protecţie, mănuși și căști antifonice.
• Asiguraţi întotdeauna o aspirare suficientă.
• Nu lăsaţi sistemul ENESKAmicro în stare conectată nesupravegheat.
• Remediaţi imediat singuri sau dispuneţi remedierea defecţiunilor corespunzător acestui manual de exploatare.
• Nu întreprindeţi modificări, utilări și conversii constructive la componentele individuale ale sistemului ENESKAmicro.

Alegerea motorului: Se pot racorda concomitent mai multe motoare la unitatea de comandă dar se poate folosi numai un motor pentru prelucrare!
Este selectat automat ultimul motor care a fost racordat la unitatea de comandă sau folosit. Tasta pentru motor aferentă A, B sau C se aprinde intermi-
tent (a se vedea fig. 20). Dacă este necesar apăsaţi tasta pentru motor A, B sau C pentru a alege un alt motor.

*4 Racordaţi sau schimbați sculelor numai când unitatea de comandă este oprită! Introduceți întotdeauna sculele până la opritor în cleștele de
tensionare! Curăţaţi temeinic toate piesele înainte de a le monta.
*5 La piesele de mână JEHR 500, JIH 300 și JIR 310 ajustaţi suplimentar un clește de tensionare (a se vedea manualul de exploatare)!
*6 Rotirea spre stânga se poate selecta numai dacă piesa de mână este avizată pentru două sensuri de rotaţie!

Aby ste predišli ohrozeniu osôb avecným škodám, VŽDY zohľadnite tieto bezpečnostné pokyny:
• Systémy ENESKAmicro používajte len vtechnicky bezchybnom stave.
• Riadiacu jednotku systému ENESKAmicro umiestnite vždy nabezpečný, protišmykový povrch achráňte ho pred kontaktom stekutinami.
• Vždy používajte ochranu očí, rukavice aochranu sluchu.
• Vždy zabezpečte dostatočné odsávanie.
• Systém ENESKAmicro nenechávajte bez dozoru vstave zapnutia.
• Poruchy odstráňte sami alebo nechajte odstrániť okamžite podľa tohto návodu.
• Nevykonávajte žiadne úpravy, nadstavby aprestavby najednotlivých komponentoch systému ENESKAmicro.
• Nepoužívajte systém vo vonkajších priestoroch.

Výber motora: Na riadiacu jednotku môžete súčasne pripojiť viaceré motory, ale naspracovanie môžete použiť len jeden motor! Automaticky sa vyberie
naposledy pripojený alebo použitý motor. Tlačidlo motora A, B alebo C patriace ktomuto motoru bliká (pozrite obr. 20). V prípade potreby stlačte tlačidlo
motora A, B alebo C, aby ste zvolili iný motor.

zauporabo!
Sistemi ENESKAmicro so predvideni izključno zabrušenje, rezkanje, ostrganje in poliranje zorodji, komponentami in dodatno opremo, ki jih je dovolilo
podjetje joke (glejte poglavje 3 navodil zauporabo). Pri vseh delih ssistemom ENESKAmicro ni dovoljeno preseči vrednosti, ki so navedene vtehničnih
podatkih posameznih komponent.
Da bi preprečili nevarnosti zaosebe in materialno škodo, jetreba VEDNO upoštevati naslednje varnostne napotke:
• Sisteme ENESKAmicro jedovoljeno uporabljati samo vneoporečnem stanju.
• Upravljalno napravo sistema ENESKAmicro vedno odložite navarno, nedrsečo površino in jo zaščitite pred tekočinami.
• Vedno nosite zaščitna očala, rokavice in zaščito zasluh.
• Vedno zagotovite zadostno odsesavanje.
• Ko jesistem ENESKAmicro vklopljen, ga jetreba nadzorovati.
• Motnje takoj sami odpravite vskladu znavodili zauporabo ali jih dajte odpraviti.
• Posameznih komponent sistema ENESKAmicro ni dovoljeno spreminjati, nadgrajevati in predelovati.
• Sistema ni dovoljeno uporabljati naprostem.

Izbiranje motorja: Na upravljano napravo jelahko hkrati priključenih več motorjev, vendar jezaobdelavo mogoče uporabiti samo en motor! Samodejno
boizbran motor, ki jebil nazadnje priključen naupravljalno napravo ali uporabljen. Utripa tipka motorja zata motor A, B ali C (glejte sl. 20). Če jepot-
rebno, pritisnite tipko motorja A, B ali C, da izberete drugi motor.
