1. Important items
This manual is for everyone who uses
dongles that are attached to and used on
JOLED monitor glancy. Please read this
user manual carefully. Contains
important information and notes about
working with dongles. JOLED warranties
apply when the product is properly
handled and operated according to the
intended use and presented with the
original invoice or receipt indicating the
date of purchase, place of purchase,
model and product serial number.
Caution during operation
•Do not directly expose yourself to direct
sunlight or very strong light. Also, do not
place near the heat source. If left in such
an environment for a long time, the
dongle can be damaged.
•Do not expos your device to rain or
moisture to prevent fire or electric shock.
•Do not try to open the dongle to avoid the
risk of electric shock.
•If the unit fails, the dongle must be
repaired by a qualified technician. The
user cannot repair parts of this unit.
•To prevent the accumulation of internal
heat, Make sure there is nothing near the
ventilation window on the monitor's
dongle cover.
•Protect the dongle from high
temperatures, humidity, water and dust.
•Do not place objects (such as liquid-
filled objects or candles) nearby that
may damage the dongle.
•Keep the oil away from the dongle.
The plastic cover of the dongle may
be damaged and may not be covered
by the warranty.
•If you disconnect the USB-OTG cable
and turn off the dongle, wait 6
seconds before connecting the USB-
OTG cable for normal operation.
•Please do not use anything other
than the included cable that you
have allowed to use. If it is lost or
not included, please contact the
service center.
•Do not cause severe vibrations or
strong shocks on the dongle during
operation.
Maintenance
•Oil-based cleaning solutions can damage
plastic parts. In addition, damage caused
by this liquid may not be covered by the
warranty.
•If you do not use it for a long time,
remove the dongle from the monitor.
•When cleaning the dongle, unplug the
USB-OTG cable and clean it with a soft,
dry cloth. Do not use organic solvents
such as alcohol, acetic acid, chlorine or
ammonia-based liquids.
•If the dongle gets wet, wipe it with a dry
cloth as soon as possible.
•If foreign objects or water enter the
dongle, turn off the power immediately
and unplug all cables.
•To use the dongle longer, use it in the
following temperature and humidity
locations.

Relative humidity : 10-80%

properly, or if you follow the
instructions in this manual but do
not know the procedure, please
contact the service center.

through the collection of the disposal

All excess packing materials are
omitted. We do our best to make it

5.1 Troubleshooting
This page describes the issues that
users can solve. If trying these
solutions does not resolve the issue,
please contact JOLED service center.
Dongle issues in general
No booting
• Make sure the power cord is
connected to the power outlet and
the back of the monitor.
•Turn on the monitor.
•Check if the ⑩USB function is
turned on with the remote control
of the monitor equipped with the
dongle.
• Make sure the HMDI connector is
properly connected to your
monitor.
•Make sure the USB-OTG cable is
connected correctly.
Dongle image and audio issues
Image shakes and image is unclear
• Make sure the HDMI connector is
properly connected to the monitor.
•With the dongle remote control or
smartphone remote control, on
the screen, press settings -device
preference - reboot.
•Alternatively, check if you have
selected -Device Preference –
More - Display Screen resolution -
Auto switch to Best resolution.
Smoke and sparks appear
•For your safety, disconnect from
the power supply immediately.
•Please contact the JOLED service

Q1: What should I do if I see "No
signal input" on the monitor
screen?
•Turn on the monitor.
•Check if the ⑩USB function
is turned on with the remote
control of the monitor
equipped with the dongle.
•Make sure the HMDI
connector is properly
connected to your monitor.
•Make sure the USB-OTG
cable is connected correctly.
Q2: Is it possible to change the
resolution?
•Confirming menu, select
Device Preference -More -
Display - Screen solution and
set resolution. Auto switch is
recommended.
Q3: Is a Google account required
for the first dongle account
registration?
•Yes, Google account is
necessary. It is also
required when installing the
app.
Q4: Is it possible to adjust the
brightness?
•It can be adjusted with the
monitor remote controller or
the smartphone remote
controller.
Q5: The video has stopped.
•It may stop due to video
load and W-Fi connection
problems. Press the back
button or home button to
quit the current app, then
select the app again and
enjoy.
•Or select Reboot from the
settings menu.
•We recommend connecting
to the 5GHz band for Wi-Fi
