Important Information
WARNING
• This product is suitable for hard floors in indoor environments, including waxed floors,
stone floors, rubber floors, marble floors, granite floors, terrazzo floors, solid wood
floors, composite floors, bamboo floors, various mirror tiles, porcelain tiles and other
flat surfaces. If this product is used on an uneven floor surface, optimum results may not
be achieved.
• Do not use this product near or on the surface of flammable and explosive objects, which
may cause fire and explosion.
• Do not use this product near working fireplaces and heaters, to prevent warping of the
machine enclosure.
• Do not vacuum high-temperature substances (cigarette butts, matches or hot ash, etc.),

Before using this product, please read all contents of this manual carefully. Install the
machine according to the steps in this manual. Keep this manual for future reference. If
you transfer the product to others, please attach this manual to the machine. Any
operation inconsistent with the contents of the manual may cause product damage or
personal injury. This product is only suitable for operation in a conventional home
environment, and is not suitable for industrial or outdoor use.
• The product is not suitable for people with physical, sensory, intellectual defects or
people without experience and common sense (including children), unless supervised
or instructed by others to ensure its safe use.
• Do not touch the plug or any live part of the product with wet hands, in order to avoid
electric shock.
• If the adapter or plug is damaged, stop using it. Please call our professional
maintenance personnel for replacement to avoid harm.
• Keep the airflow channel and moving parts of this product away from long hair, loose
clothing, fingers and other parts of the body. Do not put the vacuum tube, accessory
suction head or tool into your eyes, ears or mouth.
• When using, if you notice electric leakage or excessive motor temperature and abnormal
sound, such as overheating, abnormal sound, peculiar smell, weak suction, etc.,
stop using immediately and call our company’s professional maintenance personnel.
• When charging, please use the specially provided adapter. Other types of adapter may
cause battery failure or extreme thermal effects.
• If the product is not used for a long time, turn off the power supply and unplug the adapter.
• After using the machine, please clean the wastewater tank immediately to keep the
ventilation path unblocked, so as to avoid the decrease of suction and motor heating due
to blockage, which will affect the service life of the floor washer.
• After using the machine, please keep it in a dry place. Humid environments affect the
insulation and service life of electrical appliances.
• The handle, body, floor brush, adapter and other electrical components of the floor
washer must not be soaked in water or washed.
• Please check the suction nozzle regularly. If there is any blockage, please remove it
immediately to avoid reduced suction caused by dirt solidification and blockage, which
will affect the cleaning performance of the machine.
• Please ensure that the shutdown screen is off before replacing the roller brush.
• If the machine breaks down, do not repair it by yourself. Please call our company’s
after-sales department for help.
• All technical and other data provided in this product manual are obtained by our company
or the designated third-party testing company, and the final interpretation right belongs
to our company.

• Do not disassemble the floor washing machine by yourself. There are no parts in the
machine that can be repaired by customers. Do not try to change the performance of the
machine, otherwise it will cause danger.
Using an adapter that does not correspond to the specifications of this product will •
damage the battery and increases the risk of harm to the user.
The correct rated voltage is marked on the nameplate at the rear of the machine body.•
After vacuuming a large amount of liquid, do not shake the machine up and down, knock •
it violently or tip it onto the floor, to prevent wastewater from flowing into the motor or
entering the internal live parts through gaps.
When cleaning stairs, be extra careful to prevent falling.•
When operating the floor washer, do not lift it up and down or carry it without first •
shutting it down or pausing it.
In order to prevent tripping, the machine should be placed against a wall after use.•
If the clean water tank and wastewater tank are not properly installed, do not use them.•
Do not place any small objects at the air outlet, and do not block the air outlet. Remove •
all small objects that may hinder the smooth air flow at the air outlet, to prevent the
machine from overheating.
Do not get the machine body wet, otherwise fire and electric shock may occur due to •
short circuit of the machine.
Safely dispose of waste batteries.•
▶ When the battery contained in the appliance contains materials that are harmful to the
environment, the battery must be removed from the appliance before the appliance is
discarded.

Important Information
• If a large amount of cleaning solution is added, it will produce more foam when used,
which may cause danger to the motor.
• Please clean according to the instructions. It is recommended to use cleaning agents
produced by our company or by manufacturers approved by our company, which do not
contain acid, alkali solution or substances harmful to the environment.
• Keep the detergent out of the reach of children. If the cleaning solution accidentally
enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. In case of accidental ingestion, seek
medical attention immediately.
• Local environmental regulations shall be followed when treating wastewater and
cleaning solution.

▶ When removing the battery, the appliance must be powered off.
▶ Please dispose of used batteries safely and properly. Do not throw them into fire, water
or soil.
▶ If a waste battery leaks and touches the skin or clothing, rinse with clean water to avoid
skin discomfort, and promptly go to a hospital for treatment.

Instructions for Use
A. Preparation before use
a) Before use, please check whether your floor washer is fully charged. If not, please
charge and use after it is fully charged.
Charging method:
Put the machine on the charging stand, connect one end of the adapter to the charging
stand and the other end to a mains socket in the home; you can stow away the power cord
when you don't need to charge the machine. When charging, please place the machine
upright on the charging stand, close to the corner of the wall to avoid tripping and other
injuries. During the charging process, the machine screen displays the power status in
real time, and the screen light goes out after full power is reached.
Tips
If the product is not used for a long time after purchase, please use the specific charging
stand to charge the battery for about 4 hours every 3 months (no need to fully charge).

B. Starting work
If you need to add floor cleaning solution, please use the product's special or designated
cleaning solution. Do not add other types of solution, so as to avoid damaging the product

During use:
A. The machine will automatically identify the dirt condition on the floor and if necessary
simultaneously adjust the cleaning force and change the color of the dirt display ring.
Red indicates dirt and blue indicates no dirt. EN
B. When the clear water tank level is low, a voice prompt will remind the user toadd water.
C. When the wastewater tank is full, the machine will enter pause state, the corresponding
display indicator light will illuminate and a voice prompt will remind the user to empty it.
D. When the roller brush is blocked by foreign objects, the machine will enter pause state,
the corresponding display indicator light will illuminate and a voice prompt will be played.
E. This machine is supplied with an upright switch. After turning on the machine, please
push down the handle of the machine and then push and pull to clean. However, the
height of the handle should not be less than 30cm from the floor, otherwise the
wastewater in the wastewater tank will flow back onto the floor.
F. After using the machine, it is recommended to place it vertically on the charging stand.

When using, please do not absorb foam liquid, so as not to affect the use experience.

C. Cleaning after use
1) Self-cleaning of machine body pipes and roller brush
a. After use, please promptly put the machine back into the
charging stand for charging, and step on the self-cleaning
switch to start self-cleaning; step on the self-cleaning switch
again to stop self-cleaning.
b. After self-cleaning is complete, the machine will automatically
enter charging state.
Tips
1. Before self-cleaning, make sure there is
sufficient water in the clean water tank.
2. Please pay attention to avoid foreign
objects touching the self-cleaning switch,
so as to avoid accidentally starting the
self-cleaning function.

1. In order to avoid affecting the performance of the machine, it is recommended to
regularly clean and maintain the machine body, floor brush, dirt suction port,
wastewater tank, etc.
2. Before cleaning, turn off the machine, then wipe the body with a cloth or neutral
detergent. Note that the cloth should be wrung out to prevent water stains from leaking
into the machine.
3. Wastewater tank cleaning: clean the wastewater tank after each use of the machine
(can be washed with a cleaning brush), and regularly clean the upper cover and filter of
the wastewater tank.

▶ Clean the sprinkler ports regularly according to the usage conditions, to avoid
accumulation of stains and scaling from affecting the water outlet.

Replacement of HEPA

In order to ensure maximum cleaning performance, please replace the roller brush and
HEPA element regularly. It is recommended to replace it every 6 months under normal use.

Customer Service
The whole machine is guaranteed for two years, the motor is guaranteed for three years,
and the adapter and battery are guaranteed for one year. Any one of the following
conditions is not covered by the warranty:
1. Corresponding wear parts (such as roller brush, filter material, cleaning brush, floor
cleaning fluid) and free gifts.
2. Damaged by improper handling, use, maintenance, and storage by the user.
3. Damaged by using a charging voltage lower than 100V or higher than 240V.
4. Damage caused by failure to use and maintain according to the product instruction
manual.
5. Disassembled and repaired by personnel other than the company's professional
service personnel.
6. Product is outside the warranty period.
7. The model or number recorded on the invoice or warranty card does not conform to the
