JOPRO Cart
Manual battery handling system with two battery compartments.
For sideways battery change on forklift trucks.
Maximum battery weight: 400 kg per battery.

use and keep it in a safe place for future
reference.

Always lock the rearmost wheels
before any battery is pulled on or
off JOPRO Cart.
Working area
Unauthorized staff are not allowed
within 1,5 meters from JOPRO Cart
when in use.

Always lock the battery holder
over the battery tray before trans-
port.
Mind your fingers when pull-
ing the battery in or out of the
forklift.

Maintenance
Monthly
JOPRO Cart should be supervised
regarding:
- deformations: check that there
are no visible cracks, distortions,
corrosions or other deformations.
- weldings: check that all weld-
ings are intact and have no visible
cracks.
- instructions: check that the
manual is always available.
When required
JOPRO Cart and the forklift’s roll-
ers must be on the same level.
Adjust the height of JOPRO Cart
by means of the adjustment bolts
