Installation Instructions
Once Brackets are in place, replace (2)
OEM 21mm bolts. Then using the (8)
provided 1/2” bolts - 4 per side. Secure
Mounting Brackets to Tahoe frame
through OEM openings.
With assistance, install SUV/Utility
Vertical BumperAssembly onto Mounting
Brackets and secure using (8) provided
1/2” bolts and nuts - (4) bolts on the
bottom of Mounting brackets. (Shown
with Optional Wings)
IF ORDERED WITH OPTIONAL WINGS
Secure PS/DS Wings to SUV/Utility
Vertical Assembly using (10) provided
1/2”bolts-(5)boltsperside.Next,secure
Guard Bars to the Wings and SUV/Utility
VerticalAssembly using (8) provided 3/8”
bolts - (4) per side.
Cut 1” slits into lower tow hook openings
of OEM bumper to accommodate
Mounting Brackets.
Re-install OEM bumper facia back onto
vehicle in reverse order of removal.
Remove (6) 10mm bolts on the top of the
OEM bumper facia. Remove (2) 7mm bolts and (2) clips in each wheel well area on the OEM
bumper facia. Temporarily remove OEM
bumper facia and set aside.
Remove (2) 21mm bolts on top of support
beam. This will allow the Mounting
Brackets into openings on frame
structure. Place Mounting Brackets into
frame.
