SÄKERHETSANVISNINGAR
• Endast personer som har behörighet att montera elektriska enheter på upp till 1000 V får utföra
underhåll och montering�
• Alla kretsar i varvtalsregulatorn är spänningsförande� Underhåll och montering får endast utföras
efter frånkoppling av nätspänningen�
SÄRSKILDA SÄKERHETSANVISNINGAR
Det är förbjudet att:
– använda varvtalsregulatorn om den uppvisar skador på hölje eller kontakter�
– använda varvtalsregulatorn om fukt eller vatten trängt in i höljet�
– använda varvtalsregulatorn i rum med explosiva eller frätande ämnen i luften�
– montera varvtalsregulatorn i närheten av värmeelement�

MONTERING
Varvtalsregulatorn måste monteras inomhus och vertikalt på väggen�
Anslutning till elnätet måste vara försedd med jordfelsbrytare�
Gör på följande sätt för att ansluta varvtalsregulatorn till elnätet:
1� Demontera varvtalsregulatorns vridreglage (1)�
2� Lossa muttern (2) och avlägsna det locket och ramen (3)�
3� Avlägsna fästskruvarna (4) som xerar varvtalsregulatorn i monteringsdosan och ta ur
varvtalsregulatorn (5) ur monteringsdosan�
4� För in kablarna i monteringsdosan (6)�
5� Placera monteringsdosan på väggen�
6� Skala kabeländarna ca 6-7 mm�
7� Anslut kablarna till varvtalsregulatorns (P) kopplingsplint (7) och äkten (B) enligt kopplings-
schemat och etiketten på kopplingsplinten�
8� Placera varvtalsregulatorn i monteringsdosan och fäst den med skruvarna�

För att normal drift ska fungera på avsett sätt är det nödvändigt att varvtalsregulatorn regleras för mini-
mal rotationshastighet:
– Vrid vridreglaget moturs medan regulatorn är i påslaget läge (utan att vridreglaget knäpper
till och stänger av)�
– Koppla in strömmen�
– Använd en stjärnmejsel med isolerat handtag för att vrida potentiometern (8) tills minimal
rotationshastighet uppnås�
– Vrid vridreglaget moturs till avstängt läge (så att knäppljudet hörs)� Vänta på att äktens
rotation avstannar�
– Vrid vridreglaget till minimal äkthastighet och den är nu justerad för en stabil minimal
rotationshastighet�
– Sätt på ram och lock och dra åt muttern�
– Montera vridreglaget�
OBS!
Varvtalsregulatorn får inte användas om minimal rotationshastighet är felaktigt inställd� Skador på
äkten kan uppstå om minimal rotationshastighet inte är korrekt�
FELSÖKNING
Varvtalsregulatorn ska fungera direkt efter att den har anslutits till nätspänning� Utför felsökning enligt
tabellen om varvtalsregulatorn inte fungerar�

• Alle kretser i hastighetsregulatoren er spenningsførende� Vedlikehold og montering må bare
utføres etter at strømmen er frakoblet�

– bruke hastighetsregulatoren hvis den viser tegn på huset eller kontakter�
– bruke hastighetsregulatoren hvis fuktighet eller vann har trengt inn i huset�
– bruke hastighetsregulatoren i rom med eksplosive eller etsende stoer i luften�
– montere hastighetsregulatoren i nærheten av et varmeelement�

For at normal drift skal fungere etter hensikten, er det nødvendig at hastighetsregulatoren reguleres
for minimal rotasjonshastighet:
– Vri rotasjonslageret mot klokken mens regulatoren er i påslags stilling (uten av
rotasjonslageret knepper igjen og stenger)�
– Koble til strømmen�
– Bruk en stjernetrekker med isolert håndtak for å vri potensiometeret (8) til det oppnås
minimal rotasjonshastighet�
– Drei knappen mot klokken til stengt stilling (så det høres en klikkelyd)� Vent til rotasjonen
til viften stopper�
– Drei knappen til minste viftehastighet og den er nå justert for en stabil, minimal
rotasjonshastighet�
– Sett på rammen og lukk og trekk til mutteren�
– Monter knappen�
OBS!
Hastighetsregulatoren må ikke brukes dersom minste rotasjonshastighet er feilstilt� Det kan oppstå
skader på viften om minste rotasjonshastighet ikke er riktig�
FEILSØKING
Hastighetsregulatoren skal fungere rett etter at den har blitt koblet til strømmen� Utfør feilsøking i hen-
hold til tabellen dersom hastighetsregulatoren ikke virker�

MONTERING
Hastighetsregulatoren må monteres innendørs og vertikalt på veggen�
Strømtilkoblingen må være utstyrt med en jordfeilbryter�
Gjør slik for å tilkoble hastighetsregulatoren til elektrisitetsnettet:
1� Demontere hastighetsregulatorens rotasjonsregulator (1)�
2� Løsne mutteren (2) og ta av lokket og rammen (3)�
3� Ta av festeskruene (4) som holder hastighetsregulatoren i monteringsboksen og ta hastig-
hetsregulatoren (5) ut av monteringsboksen�
4� Før kablene inn i monteringsboksen (6)�
5� Plasser monteringsboksen på veggen�
6� Skrell kabelendene ca� 6-7 mm�
7� Koble kablene til hastighetsregulatorens (P) koblingssplint (7) og viften (B) i henhold til
koblingsskjemaet og etiketten på koblingssplinten�
8� Plasser hastighetsregulatoren i monteringsboksen og fest den med skruene�

• Prace związane z montażem i konserwacją mogą być przeprowadzane wyłącznie przez osoby
posiadające uprawnienia do montażu urządzeń elektrycznych o napięciu do 1000V�
• Wszystkie obwody w regulatorze prędkości obrotowej są obwodami znajdującymi się pod
napięciem� Montaż i konserwacja mogą być przeprowadzane wyłącznie po odłączeniu
napięcia sieciowego�
SZCZEGÓLNE ZASADY BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
ZABRANIA SIĘ:
– Używania regulatora prędkości obrotowej, jeżeli nastąpiło uszkodzenie obudowy
lub styków�
– Używania regulatora prędkości obrotowej, jeżeli do wnętrza obudowy dostała się
wilgoć lub woda�
– Używania regulatora prędkości obrotowej w pomieszczeniach, w których w powietrzu
znajdują się substancje łatwopalne lub żrące�
– Montowania regulatora prędkości obrotowej w pobliżu grzejników�

MONTAŻ
Regulator prędkości obrotowej powinien być zamontowany w pomieszczeniu, pionowo na ścianie�
Przyłącze do sieci elektrycznej musi być wyposażone w bezpiecznik różnicowoprądowy�
W celu podłączenia regulatora prędkości obrotowej:
1� Zdejmij blokadę regulacji prędkości (1) z regulatora�
2� Odkręć nakrętkę (2) i zdejmij pokrywę i ramkę (3)�
3� Zdejmij wkręty mocujące (4) regulator w puszce montażowej i wyjmij regulator (5) z puszki�
4� Wprowadź kable do puszki montażowej (6)�
5� Umieść puszkę montażową na ścianie�
6� Zdejmij z końcówek kabli ok� 6–7 mm izolacji�
7� Podłącz kable do łączówki (7) regulatora (P) oraz wentylatora (B) zgodnie ze schematem
elektrycznym i etykietą na łączówce�
8� Umieść regulator prędkości obrotowej w puszce montażowej i przykręć go śrubami�

W celu zapewnienia prawidłowej eksploatacji konieczne jest ustawienie regulatora na minimalną pręd-
kość obrotową:
– Przekręć blokadę w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara przy regulatorze
w pozycji włączonej (tak aby blokada nie zatrzasnęła się i nie odłączyła urządzenia)�
– Podłącz zasilanie�
– Za pomocą śrubokrętu krzyżakowego z izolowanym uchwytem przekręć potencjometr (8)
aż do osiągnięcia minimalnej prędkości obrotowej�
– Przekręć blokadę w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara aż do uzyskania
pozycji wyłączonej (tak by było słychać dźwięk zatrzaśnięcia)� Poczekaj, aż wentylator
przestanie się obracać�
– Przekręć blokadę na pozycję minimalnej prędkości wentylatora� Teraz została ustawiona
stała minimalna prędkość obrotowa�
– Załóż ramkę oraz pokrywę i dokręć nakrętkę�
– Zamontuj blokadę obrotu�
UWAGA!
Nie wolno używać regulatora przy nieprawidłowo ustawionej minimalnej prędkości obrotowej� Niewłaści-
wa minimalna prędkość obrotowa może spowodować uszkodzenie wentylatora�
WYKRYWANIE USTEREK
Regulator prędkości obrotowej powinien działać bezpośrednio po podłączeniu do zasilania sieciowego�
Jeżeli regulator nie działa, wyszukaj usterkę na podstawie wskazówek podanych w tabeli�

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
You must not:
– use the speed regulator if there are signs of damage on the housing or contacts�
– use the speed regulator if moisture or water has penetrated through the housing�
– use the speed regulator in enclosed spaces with explosive or corrosive atmospheres�
– install the speed regulator in close proximity to sources of heat�

In order to ensure that normal operation works as intended, it is essential that the speed regulator
is set to minimal rotation speed:
– Turn the control knob anticlockwise whilst the regulator is switched on (the control knob
does not click and shut o)�
– Connect the power�
– Use a Philips screwdriver with an insulated handle to turn the potentiometer (8) until
minimal rotational speed is achieved�
– Turn the control knob anticlockwise to the o position (a click is heard)� Wait until
the fan stops rotating�
– Turn the control knob to minimum fan speed - it is now adjusted to deliver a stable
minimum rotation speed�
– Fit the frame and cover and tighten the nut�
– Fit the control knob�
NOTE:
The speed regulator must not be used if minimum rotation speed is not correctly set as this may cause
damage to the fan�
TROUBLESHOOTING
The speed regulator will work immediately after it has been connected to the mains� If the speed regula-
tor does not work, troubleshoot using the table below�

INSTALLATION
The speed regulator must be installed indoors and vertically on the wall�
The mains power connection must be tted with a residual current device�
Connect the speed regulator to the mains electricity supply as follows:
1� Remove the speed regulator’s control knob (1)�
2� Undo the nut (2) and remove the cover and the frame (3)�
3� Remove the attachment screws (4) holding the speed regulator in the installation box
and remove the speed regulator (5) from the installation box�
4� Insert the cables in the installation box (6)�
5� Place the installation box on the wall�
6� Strip the cable ends approx� 6-7 mm�
7� Connect the cables to the speed regulator’s (P) connection block (7) and the fan (B) as
shown in the wiring diagram and the label on the connection block�
8� Place the speed regulator in the installation box and secure it in position using the screws�
