JUPITER-Küchengeräts. Sie haben sich für ein
hochwertiges und modernes Küchengerät entschieden.

Dieser Vorsatz ist ein Zusatz für den Universalwolf-Vorsatz
am Systemantrieb. Er dient zum Pressen von markhaltigem
Saft aus Obst, Blatt-, Wurzel-, Knollengemüse und allen
Arten von Beeren in haushaltsüblichen Mengen im Haus-
halt oder in haushaltsähnlichen, nichtgewerblichen An-
wendungen bestimmt.
Haushaltsähnliche Anwendungen umfassen z. B. die
Verwendung in Mitarbeiterküchen von Läden, Büros,
landwirtschaftlichen und anderen gewerblichen Betrieben,
kleinen Hotels und ähnlichen Wohneinrichtungen.Verwen-
den Sie das Gerät nur für haushaltsübliche Verarbeitungs-
mengen und -zeiten. Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung ist nur zusammen mit
der Gebrauchsanleitung des passenden Universal-
wolf-Vorsatzes und des zugehörigen Systemantriebs
gültig.

Wichtige Hinweise für Ihre Sicherheit
VORSICHT Verletzungsgefahr durch rotierende Teile!
• Nicht bei laufendem Motor in den Vorsatz greifen.
• Führen Sie das Pressgut niemals von Hand zu. Verwen-
den Sie immer den Stopfer.
• Der Fruchtpress-Vorsatz darf nur komplett am Univer-
salwolf-Vorsatz montiert und mit aufgeschraubtem Ver-
schlussring Gbetrieben werden.
• Betrieb nur ohne Lochscheibe und Messer des Universal-
wolf-Vorsatzes!
• Kinder dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen.Auch nicht zum
Spielen.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten
oder einem Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen ver-
wendet werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt werden oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Geräts unter-
wiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren
verstanden haben.
• Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur durch den JUPITER-

Saftausgabe
Tresterauswurf
Demontage vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme
Der Fruchtpress-Vorsatz wird montiert geliefert. Demon-
tieren Sie den Vorsatz zur Reinigung vor der ersten Inbe-
triebnahme.
• Lösen Sie die Rändelschraube der Auslaufschale Aund
ziehen Sie die Auslaufschale vom Pressmantel Dab.
• Schrauben Sie die Flügelstellschraube Bso weit aus dem
Bügel des Pressmantels Dheraus, bis Sie den Gummife-
derverschluss Centnehmen können.
• Drücken Sie die Pressschnecke Eaus dem Pressmantel
heraus D.
Montage am Universalwolf-Vorsatz
TIPP: Die Montage erfolgt am besten, wenn der Univer-
salwolf-Vorsatz komplett montiert und am Systemantrieb
aufgesetzt ist (siehe Gebrauchsanleitungen Universal-
wolf-Vorsatz und Systemantrieb).
• Schrauben Sie den Verschlussring Gam Universal-
wolf-Vorsatz ab.

1 Entfernen Sie die Lochscheibe und das Messer!
2 Stecken Sie die Pressschnecke Eso auf die Schnecke des
Universalwolf-Vorsatzes, dass beide eine durchgehende
Spirale bilden (Detail X).
3 Setzen Sie den Gummifederverschluss Cin den Bügel
des Pressmantels D.
WICHTIG: Die Blechscheibe des Gummifederverschlus-
ses muss die Öffnung des Pressmantels abdecken.
4 Schrauben Sie die Flügelstellschraube Bso weit ein,
dass der Gummifederverschluss Cleicht an der Öffnung
des Pressmantels Danliegt.
WICHTIG: Das Gewinde der Flügelstellschraube muss in
der Bohrung des Gummifederverschlusses sitzen.
5 Setzen Sie den kompletten Pressmantel in den Gewin-
deflansch des Universalwolf-Vorsatzes ein.
WICHTIG:
- Die lange Nut des Pressmantels muss nach oben zei-
gen, das Sieb des Pressmantels nach unten.
- Die Aussparung im Flansch des Pressmantels muss
auf der Nase im Gewindeflansch des Universal-
wolf-Vorsatzes sitzen!
6 Schrauben Sie den Verschlussring Gim Uhrzeigersinn
auf den Gewindeflansch des Universalwolf-Vorsatzes
und ziehen ihn von Hand an.
7 Schieben Sie die Auslaufschale Abis zum Anschlag auf
den Bügel des Pressmantels D(Pfeil zeigt auf die Nut
des Pressmantels) und arretieren Sie die Auslaufschale
mit der Rändelschraube.
Pressgut verarbeiten
VORSICHT Verletzungsgefahr durch rotierende Teile!
• Nicht bei laufendem Motor in den Vorsatz greifen.
• Führen Sie das Pressgut niemals von Hand zu. Verwen-
den Sie immer den Stopfer.
• Der Fruchtpress-Vorsatz darf nur komplett am Univer-
salwolf-Vorsatz montiert und mit aufgeschraubtem Ver-
schlussring Gbetrieben werden.
• Betrieb nur ohne Lochscheibe und Messer des Universal-
wolf-Vorsatzes!
• Vor dem ersten Gebrauch reinigen Sie alle Bestandteile
des Vorsatzes gründlich (siehe Abschnitt Reinigung).
• Bedienung Universalwolf-Vorsatz und Systemantrieb
siehe entsprechende Gebrauchsanleitungen.
• Stellen Sie je einen Behälter unter die Saftausgabe
(größerer Behälter) und den Tresterauswurf (kleinerer
Behälter).
• Füllen Sie das zu verarbeitende Pressgut portionsweise
in die Einfüllöffnung des Universalwolf-Vorsatzes ein.
Schieben Sie mit dem Stopfer nach.
INFO: Übermäßiges Stopfen beschleunigt nicht die Ver-
arbeitung.
Einstellung der Flügelstellschraube
Der Pressdruck wird durch den Gummifederverschluss wei-
testgehend automatisch reguliert.
• Passen Sie den Pressdruck durch Ein- bzw. Ausdrehen der
Flügelstellschraube entsprechend dem Pressgut an.
• Lockern Sie die Flügelstellschraube, wenn Saft im Einfüll-
trichter nach oben steigt.
Hilfreiche Tipps für die Verarbeitung
• Johannisbeeren können Sie mit Stielen verarbeiten.
Stein- und Kernobst müssen Sie vorher entkernen. Stiele,
Kernchen, Haut usw. werden von Saft und Mark auto-
matisch getrennt.
• Schneiden Sie große Früchte und Gemüsestücke vor
dem Verarbeiten in passende Streifen.
• Wenn der Trester noch feucht erscheint, pressen Sie ihn
nochmals.
• Bei langfasrigem Pressgut, wie z. B. Rhabarber oder
Brennnessel, lassen Sie die Flügelstellschraube bzw. den
Gummifederverschluss offen.
• Trinkfertigen, naturtrüben Saft erhalten Sie, wenn Sie
den markhaltigen Dicksaft durch ein Feinsieb seihen.
Reinigung
HINWEIS Beschädigung durch Spülmaschine!
Vorsätze sind nicht spülmaschinengeeignet. Reinigen Sie
die Vorsätze nur mit lauwarmem Wasser und Spülmittel.
• Nehmen Sie den Vorsatz vor dem Reinigen vom Univer-
salwolf-Vorsatz ab.
• Demontieren Sie den Fruchtpress-Vorsatz und reinigen
Sie ihn mit lauwarmem Wasser und Spülmittel.
• Trocknen Sie alle Teile gut ab.
• Reiben Sie den Pressmantel mit etwas Speiseöl oder
-fett ein.
Aufbewahrung
Bewahren Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung, tro-
cken, staubfrei, kühl und für Kinder unzugänglich auf.

This attachment is an add-on for the universal mincer at-
tachment on the drive unit. It is used to press pulpy juice
from fruit, from leafy, root and tuber vegetables and from
all types of berries in normal domestic quantities in a do-
mestic environment or in domestic-like, non-commercial
applications.
Domestic-like applications include, for example, use in
staff break rooms in shops, offices, agricultural and other
commercial businesses, small hotels and similar residen-
tial facilities. Only use the appliance for normal domestic
processing quantities and periods of time.The appliance is
maintenance-free.
These operating instructions are only valid when used
in conjunction with the operating instructions of the
appropriate universal mincer attachment and the as-
sociated drive unit.

and, in particular, the safety notes, before using the
appliance for the first time.
Keep the operating instructions safe and always store
them with the appliance.
Important safety notes
CAUTION Rotating parts can cause injury!
• Never put your hand into the attachment when the mo-
tor is running.
• Never push the food to be juiced into the appliance by
hand. Always use the pusher.
• The fruit press attachment may only be operated when it
is completely assembled on the universal mincer attach-
ment and the sealing ring Gis screwed on tight.
• Do not operate with the perforated disc and blade of
the universal mincer attachment still assembled!
• Children should not use the appliance. They should not
play with it either.
• This appliance may be used by persons with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities, or by those who lack ex-
perience and/or knowledge, if they are supervised or
have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance
and have understood the dangers involved.
• The appliance may only be repaired by JUPITER
customer service.

Disassembly before first use
The fruit press attachment is supplied assembled. Disas-
semble and clean the attachment before first use.
• Loosen the knurled screw of the outlet unit Aand pull
the outlet unit from the press sleeve D.
• Screw the adjusting screw Bout of the frame of the
press sleeve Das far as required until you can remove
the rubber spring closure C.
• Press the squeezing screw Efrom the press sleeve D.
Assembly on the universal mincer attachment
TIP: The assembly works best when the universal mincer
attachment is completely assembled and set up on the
drive unit (see Operating Instructions Universal Mincer
Attachment and Drive Unit).
• Unscrew the sealing ring Gfrom the universal mincer
attachment.

1 Remove the perforated disc and the blade!
2 Connect the squeezing screw Eto the screw of the uni-
versal mincer attachment so that together they form a
consistent spiral (detail X).
3 Place the rubber spring closure Cin the frame of the
press sleeve D.
IMPORTANT: The metal disc of the rubber spring closure
must cover the opening of the press sleeve.
4 Screw the adjusting screw Bin so far that the rubber
spring closure Clies gently against the opening of the
press sleeve D.
IMPORTANT: The thread of the adjusting screw must sit
in the borehole of the rubber spring closure.
5 Insert the complete press sleeve into the threaded
flange of the universal mincer attachment.
IMPORTANT:
- The long groove of the press sleeve must face up-
wards, while the sieve of the press sleeve faces down-
ward.
- The recess in the flange of the press sleeve must sit
on the small raised area in the threaded flange of the
universal mincer attachment.
6 Screw the sealing ring Gclockwise onto the threaded
flange of the universal mincer attachment and tighten
by hand.
7 Push the outlet unit Athrough to the end stop on the
frame of the press sleeve D(arrow points to the groove
of the press sleeve) and lock the outlet unit with the
knurled screw.
Processing the food to be juiced
CAUTION Rotating parts can cause injury!
• Never put your hand into the attachment when the mo-
tor is running.
• Never push the food to be juiced into the appliance by
hand. Always use the pusher.
• The fruit press attachment may only be operated when it
is completely assembled on the universal mincer attach-
ment and the sealing ring Gis screwed on tight.
• Do not operate with the perforated disc and blade of
the universal mincer attachment still assembled!
• Before using for the first time, thoroughly clean all parts
of the attachment (see section Cleaning).
• For information on using the universal mincing attach-
ment and drive unit see the corresponding operating
instructions.
• Place one container under the juice outlet (larger con-
tainer) and the other under the pulp outlet (smaller
container).
• Insert the food to be juiced into the filling opening of
the universal mincer in portions. Push it down using the
pusher.
INFO: Excessive pushing does not speed the process up.
Setting the adjusting screw
The pressing pressure is regulated, largely automatically,
by the rubber spring closure.
• Adjust the pressing pressure by screwing the adjusting
screw in and out to suit the food to be juiced.
• Loosen the adjusting screw, if juice rises upward in the
filling hopper.
Helpful tips for processing
• Currants can be processed with the stems. Stone and pit
fruit must be pitted beforehand. Stems, pips, skins etc.
are automatically separated from the juice.
• Cut large fruits and vegetables into appropriately sized
strips before processing.
• If the pulp still appears wet, press it again.
• For long-fibred food, such as rhubarb and nettles, leave
the adjusting screw or the rubber spring closure open.
• Ready-to-drink, naturally cloudy juices can be made by
straining the thick, pulpy juice through a fine sieve.
Cleaning
NOTE Dishwasher can cause damage!
Attachments are not dishwasher-safe. Only clean the at-
tachments using lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Remove the attachment from the universal mincer at-
tachment before cleaning.
• Disassemble the fruit press attachment and clean it with
lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Dry all the parts well.
• Rub a little cooking oil or fat onto the press sleeve.
Storage
Store the appliance in its original packaging, in a dry, dust-
free and cool place that is out of reach of children.
