1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
WARRANTY
JYK warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of inial purchase. JYK obligaon under
this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at its sole opon) any such
defecve products. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend
to Retailers. This Limited Warranty does not cover:












JYK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE
REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE
WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF
REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, JYK
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT.
