
TESTING THE PET-AGREE
The red light (LED) will light brightly and constantly while the button is
depressed indicating that the PET-AGREE is functioning and the battery
is good. If the LED does not light, replace the battery with a new 9 Volt
Alkaline Battery.
CHANGING THE BATTERY (use only 9 Volt Alkaline Battery!)
1. Remove the two screws on the bottom of the PET-AGREE.
2. Lift off the top of case and gently pull Alkaline
Battery away from terminals.
3. Insert a new Alkaline Battery, insuring proper
terminal alignment (see picture).
4. Replace case top and screws insuring the red light
(LED) is visible through the hole in top of case.
CAUTIONS: Do Not Touch the Silver Disc on Front of the PET-
AGREE!
Denting or damaging the silver disc can cause the PET-AGREE to
malfunction and void the warranty. The PET-AGREE is designed as a
training aid for dogs and cats only.
The PET-AGREE should not be directed at humans or used for other
than its intended design. Children should not use the PET-AGREE
without adult supervision.
STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
K II Enterprises warrants the PET-AGREE to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase from the
manufacturer or authorized dealer or distributor. This manufacturers warranty
does not supercede nor does it include any warranties which may be offered by
any authorized distributors or retailers.
This warranty is good only in the United States and Canada.
K II Enterprises is not responsible and does not warrant the battery or damage
caused by the battery used in this product.
All warranties are voided if the product has been damaged, adjusted, abused,
modified or tampered with by any other than K II Enterprises authorized personnel.
All expressed or implied warranties for this product, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to a
period of 60 days from the date of purchase, and no warranties, whether
expressed or implied, will apply after this period. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions or limitations of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to
you.
K II Enterprises liability, whether based on contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or
any other theory, shall not exceed the price of the individual product whose defect
or damage is the basis of the claim. In no event will K II Enterprises or its dealers
or suppliers be liable to the user for any damages arising out of the use or inability
to use this product.
To make a claim under this warranty for replacement or repair, return the PET-
AGREE with dated purchase receipt to the original place of purchase or write K II
Enterprises, PO Box 306, Camillus, NY 13031 for shipment information – DO NOT
RETURN PRODUCT TO THIS ADDRESS.
